Sales staff was very charming. Of course they are just a car dealer and they try to get your money with extra service contracts etc.Where the dealership falls short is in the service department. My service representative has limited social grace and is abrasive when I point out functions that don t work on a high end car. My experience lead me to switch service to another dealer.

Donald provided the best experience I ve ever had at a MB service center. I called and made an appointment but for whatever reason my appointment wasn t scheduled on their end and he still squeezed me in. He answered all my questions thoroughly and made sure my car came back spotless. He kindly listened to a bad experience I had at another dealership and ensured that didn t happen again. When I came to pick up my car he wasn t at his desk but one of his colleagues checked me out and Donald met me outside to inspect the car. This dealership has an excellent team. I drove an hour and 15 minutes for good service and they exceeded expectations exponentially. I will most definitely be coming back for future services!

we have been doing business with the Mercedes dealership in Marin county since 2013. We have always appreciated the service and the willingness to extend the benefits of owning a Mercedes to us. Recently we have gotten to know George and found him to be very accommodating, sensitive to our needs and wants and willing to go whatever it takes to help us in whatever we're asking especially of the service department. I rarely give reviews but I can t say enough good things about Marin Mercedes entire team. It was a seamless car purchase, actually even pleasant. 2-1/2 hours from beginning to end. Friendly, professional, calm environment, not pushy at ALL! Fair prices, they went the extra mile to have the car impeccable. Easy financing. Honestly I would recommend my closest friends and family.

I bought a G550 from the dealership on 4/6. Overall, the experience was good, except that I would never recommend anybody trading-in a vehicle with them. I had a 2023 Porsche 911 cab with a $123K pay-off--another Mercedes dealership was taking it at $130-133K, and giving me $10K back. This dealership stated they could only pay it off at $123K, telling me the market had changed. They are now selling it for $153K, a nice and comfortable $30K margin for them. Seems like the market only changed for a brief moment after all. I am putting 3 stars because this tarnished an otherwise lovely experience. But if you are not trading in, this is a great dealership.

This place was a class-act from start to finish. Marciano was an absolute pleasure to work with, the general Manager Omar responded lighting fast to any inquiry I had over text, and Rafi throughout the entire process made sure that we were taken care of.Listen, going to dealerships is a crapshoot, & surprise surprise you lose on almost every roll. Whenever I visit a dealership I expect to have a bad time because they're almost always terrible. That was 1000% not the case here.Not only was the service excellent, but they immaculately detailed the car before delivering it and left us with a full tank of gas. Mind you, this was for a used car purchase that's a 10th of what they're used to selling- yet they took care of us like we were buying one of their high-end vehicles.The entire process took about 1.5 hours and there was nothing but laughs all around during that time there. We also got to check out some really cool top of the line cars!I'm definitely coming back here as I've never been to any dealership that even comes close to the level of excellence here. If you want to save yourself a million headaches- and even furthermore, have a great time while buying a car- go to Mercedes Benz of Marin.

I had had an issue with a prior visit to Mercedes that I noted on their survey. I received an immediate response offering not only to correct the noted issue but also to perform some other diagnostic procedures at no cost. I dealt with Angelo, who was a total professional throughout the process, paying careful to pay attention to every detail and ensuring my total satisfaction. Angelo is a real asset to Mercedes.

We recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership (sale price was $130k) and I must say that sales team was excellent in getting the deal done to our satisfaction. I must mention that this was our second purchase from this dealership. We live in Sacramento area and we drove all the way to Marin to make this purchase based purely on our first transaction at this dealership (excellent overall experience at that time).The issue with this dealership now is that they do not have a finance manager, and an ex-sales person is acting in that capacity. This person while trying to do the financing tries to scam people by adding things that we definitely declined to accept as part of the paperwork processing. This is the stage where the dealer tries to upsell warranty, paint, protection, and all the other stuff. We declined to all that stuff and we signed the paper assuming that that is the case. When we got home and I was reviewing the documents, I found out that they slipped in ~$2000 worth of unnecessary coverage which we did not sign up for. When I contact the dealership next day, they said that they will look into it get back to me After 10 days of me calling on a regular basis, I finally got a hold of a GM and at that point I was told that they will give me partial credit for that amount. My warning to the potential buyers is to make sure that you sign the documents and check it before you leave the dealership.Update Feb 2, 2024: There was a very nice message from the "leadership" team to contact them - which I did and it has been two (2) weeks with no follow-up. Does that tell you something about this dealership.

Every effort was made to accommodate me while my car was being worked on. Liked the way all updates, communication, and transactions were done electronically. Way more efficient than missing phone calls. All work was done correctly and efficiently as possible.

Treated with respect and thoroughness. They were not able to solve my Mercedes' audio software issue due to the car being 13+ years old, not supported anymore, but they were thorough and did not charge me for the investigation which was a nice surprise.

My recent experience with the Service Department was disappointing. It was recommended to me to replace my rear tires and model specs were provided, after a quick search I found them $200 cheaper at MB San Francisco. MB San Rafael would not match their price.

Buying a car from out of state from these folks was surprisingly easy, but the customer service 8 months following the sale was truly excellent. Best car buying experience ever!I never write reviews but felt compelled to do so here. Mercedes Benz of Marin was fantastic to work with.As someone who is in the relationship sales business, I have always hated buying cars as most places are so seemingly deceptive with their practices that I ve always left with a bad taste in my mouth, and never felt that I d been treated fairly. That was not the case here - in fact, it was quite the opposite.I worked with Omat Brahmini, the general manager directly.Omar gets it. He was thoughtful, courteous, honest and most importantly, treated me and my wife in a fashion that never seemed transactional in any way, but more like he was building a relationship - which in my opinion, is a lost art in car sales.Everyone on Omar s staff was great to deal with and it is clearly evident that the culture that Omar is instilling trickles down amongst the team.I highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Marin

I stopped by yesterday in the middle of the atmospheric river to change the back windshield wiper of my GLA250. The service dept. rep who took care of me was fast and courteous, got me the part I needed even though the parts department was already closed. Great location, great staff. Purchased a CPO vehicle, the sales person was very cooperative ONLY until the sale was made and promised me the second set of keys would be mailed to my address and later despite multiple follow ups and calls there was no response at all.The Sales rep told me that CPOs come with 2 keys but now the manager denies to provide the additional key. If additional key is not be going to be provided, the sales reps should not mislead customers by providing misinformation.Very irresponsible attitude towards customers, disappointing and would not recommend.

I had my mercedes c240 serviced here. I bought a new key for it but had the original blade, the new key came and does not fit the blade bc they ordered a cheap replacement. They tried to sell me a second whole key but wouldn't refund the first one. A week later the car wouldn't start - which I thought to be key related. They charged me $650 to diagnose it to tell me it was undriveable. I bought another car and took the day off worked and I went down to have this one towed away. When I arrive I waited several hours and the porter magically drove my car up to me and said man it drove great. My service team member managed a shrug and declined to refund any part of this service. #stealership

I recently purchased a used Toyota SUV and worked with Eddie and Yecci, it was a great experience and just as, or more importantly, I got AN AMAZING DEAL! Eddie was my contact on the phone and was willing to flex meeting me at a number I needed to land on and hold the vehicle a few days so I could make the long drive when other dealerships were not, or had hidden fee's for useless packages, which wasn't the case here at Mercedes of Marin.I worked with Yecci onsite and she is a fantastic saleswoman, very professional. In fact I can't say I've ever been more comfortable or felt as pleasantly while writing a check for a large sum of money. I could tell shortly after speaking with her that she was a good person and I could trust her; an atypical breath of fresh air when it comes to the customer experience at car dealerships.,Thank you!Lyle

Michele McLellan helped me on multiple leases now and she is the BEST. I love her genuine and non-pushy way of helping people.
