Best service with low sales pressure I ve ever experienced! Love our new Mazda CX 5!! Ahmed and Brandon were very knowledgeable, patient and exceeded our car buying expectations! Took the time after our sale was complete to show my son (first car purchase) all the features of the car .to adjusting the stereo sound to his liking. There follow up to ensure satisfaction days later was a kind gesture I have not experienced in my many car purchases. Highly recommend Marin Mazda. We will be back in the future for sure!!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Ebin Gramajo at Mazda Marin, and I cannot sing his praises enough! From the moment I walked onto the lot, Ebin was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable about the Mazda brand. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and expertly guided me through the process of purchasing my dream car - a beautiful Mazda CX-30! Ebin's professionalism, patience, and dedication to customer satisfaction are truly exceptional. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a new car. Thank you, Ebin, for an outstanding car-buying experience! 5 stars and a thumbs up from this happy customer! "

We purchased a car from Marin Mazda recently and it was a mostly terrible experience. We waited a couple hours just to begin signing the paperwork. The dealer agreed to fix blemishes on the vehicle and only partially followed through. The dealer gave us two keys and we found out later one was for a different vehicle. We've called three times asking about getting the correct key and they keep saying "We will call you back" and never do. One employee attempted to make up for the bad experience by providing some free services and that was appreciated. My experience at other Mazda dealers has been far better than this one. I will avoid Marin Mazda in the future.

I have tried on multiple occasions to speak with somebody in the service department at this dealership. The phone tree that they use does not work. When I select service, I talk to people in sales. When I ask the operator for someone in the service department, I'm sent to a voicemail. When I use the automated tool for a callback with a named "service advisor" I get an automated call that starts me at the main phone tree. Not sure about everyone else out there but I have no time for this. If you want to provide quality service, I recommend answering your phone when people call you or you could take a more progressive approach and provide some transparent pricing online and allow people to book their own appointments.

I had such a great experience with my purchase yesterday. While it was lengthy it was pretty seamless. Ebin was great at communicating from the start, Chris was understanding of my financial needs and helped me get the best deal and Rami provided a fun experience through the financing process- best I ve ever experienced at a dealership

Update edit; They did the repair at another appt afterward.Edit 7/13/2022 Your recall repair has been reverted by a mechanic and engine cover removed so I can drive it. You didn't install the 6812G Recall - Spacer Stud for Engine Cover you said was done. I bought one elsewhere. You did the interim service of re-routing the cable. You forgot to tell the customer the interim repair was intended as a temporary fix until the spacer stud was available per the recall documentation.I ordered a cruise control cable as the hard sheath that makes it keep straight when retracted is damaged and the end flips up and gets stuck against the engine cover when gas is depressed and blocks throttle wide open. That is disconnected and routed out of the way. I ordered a missing bolt for the cable mount assembly.Edit 7/13/2022 ~1200 hrs. Your service dept advised the recall service may need to be reverted.Edit 7/12/2022 I can't drive it. My gas pedal is stuck floored and the carpet is not interferring. One of the recall repairs you didn't do was intended to mitigate that potential problem. It didn't."Mazda is recalling certain model year 2001 through 2006, and 2008, Tribute vehicles equipped with 3.0L V6 engines and speed control. Inadequate clearance between the engine cover and the speed control cable connector could result in a stuck throttle when the accelerator pedal is fully or almost-fully depressed. This risk exists regardless of whether or not speed control (cruise control) is used.Consequence:A stuck throttle may result in very high vehicle speeds and make it difficult to stop or slow the vehicle, which could cause a crash, serious injury or death.""Remedy: Mazda will notify owners, and dealers will repair the vehicles by increasing the engine cover clearance, free of charge.Mazda's recall campaign number is 6812G."Previous Edit: Update 6/30/22 on June 17 2022 my accelerator locked at full throttle on I-80 causing acceleration to over 100 mph with extremely hard to no brakes nearly causing several collisions that I was able to avoid luckily.Changing review from 5 stars to 3 as this endangered my life.Previous: Needed recall service completed. They did not do the actual repair.

I just purchased a Mazda CX-5 from Marin Mazda last week and had a great experience with Ebin. Everything was seamless from the test drive to the purchase process. I live in SF and had to pick up the car the following weekend - Ebin arranged for an Uber to pick me up and had the car ready to go when I arrived. Really great service and highly recommend!

Very annoying and unprofessional. Failed to call me for schedule appointments. I wont give names but they all suck. They lost the sale of my lease to san leandro mazda. So much nicer there and more professional. They really helped me out. Stay away from marin mazda unless you want small inventory and inflated prices. I gave 2 stars to just not be completely rude but they deserve 0

I bought my very first Mazda here and had a wonderful experience. Very accommodatingSalesmen that helped me find exactly what I wanted. The process took about an hour (It helps speed things along to be pre-approved) and that's it! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new Mazda.

Ebin and Chris on the sales team worked hard to get me a great price on a Mazda CX-5. Ebin was courteous over email and text, had great follow-ups and answered a lot of my questions. This was during a busy time of the year so I appreciated the quick responses. If you want a great deal make sure to contact them!

This is my first time at Marin Mazda.I had bought a CX-5 from Concord Mazda and needed to have my services done closer to Santa Rosa, so I took it there.Oscar Menendez made it easy to transfer my warranty and the work was done expertly.

Marin Mazda was the only dealer in Northern California who had the Miata I was looking to buy. Justin Heggem approached me within a few minutes of my being on the lot. He was friendly, helpful, informative and not at all pushy which contrasted nicely with salesmen I had encountered elsewhere. I had a VERY positive experience buying my Miata and would highly recommend Marin Mazda.

The whole team was very nice with me until I signed the contract.A few weeks after buying my car, I called back to cancel some items from my vehicle coverage. While I was originally told that I could cancel through Marin Mazda and they'd take care of the paperwork (which was also later confirmed by Mazda's vehicle coverage helpline), Carlos Cabellero from the finance department insisted I had to do it on my own and that they were either helpless in assisting me or that it would take too long to go through them. As a customer, it felt like he was mostly avoiding doing his work and putting it on me to do it in the hope I'd be too lazy to actually go through with it.This ruined my experience with them -- too bad because the other folks at Marin Mazda treated me nicely.

For my first time buying a car, this is the best its ever going to get in terms of service. The team at this dealership is phenomenal.

They will offer a seemingly good offer first and then privately modify their offer. They can't agree with what they say. Not Recommended.

I worked with Mike Glasser over the internet and via text message. Mike was transparent with pricing and made my buying experience so seamless and easy. Not all dealerships are easy to work with, Mike is a gem in the industry! I highly recommend you buy a Mazda, and to do it with Mike at Marin Mazda.

We were on our way to wine country weekend when the tire pressure light went on and this Mazda dealership was on the way. The service center was closed but the people within the dealership were so friendly and helpful. I felt supported in the Mazda community. I think the person who helped me was named Ruben. When making big purchases, I know it always feels best to work with someone friendly and kind. Look for him.

If you re looking to lose money, get your car destroyed and treated like garbage then this is the place for you. I paid for maintenance and a routine check-up and my car died a few days later. I went to a new auto shop and they were impressed at Marin Mazda s inability to do a simple oil change.

Brought my car in for the brake recall, as the parking brake was corroded and was not releasing due to the faulty seal. The rear brakes would drag for days if anyone set the parking brake. Every time I got in my car after new tires, oil change, etc, the parking brake would be set by whoever parked it, so I loosened the adjustment nut on the cable to prevent its inadvertent use.Technician said he inspected the calipers and they were fine since there was no visible rust, although he did concur that the brakes were dragging. So no replacing the fouled calipers, just a new seal and that s it, no visible rust. They also wanted $225 to diagnose The loose parking brake cable, as if there was anything to diagnose it s loose. I loosened it. Took me 5min.As I could no longer trust these people to touch my car, I asked for them to release it to me so I could leave. When the porters brought my car around, the center console lid was still open absolutely no reason a brake inspection should require going through my center console.Crooks on several levels.

Folks are friendly and helpful in service and sales. As with any dealership, they are pricey and push services that are questionable. They also tried to charge me 15% more than they quoted for the minor service, which I challenged and they apologized for the error.Their minor service is only a bit more than what a private shop woudl charge, but they make it up with crazy pricing on item. e.g. Quoted $95 to replace the cabin air filter. That's a $13 filter and maybe two minutes to pop open the glove box and replace the filter. Oddly, they sent me a video showing the dirty filter which means they took the time to take it out and then put it back - so they "spent" the labor anyway, so why not just quote a price for the air filter of $25 or so and actually get some money for the work?"Major" service is $900 to replace engine oil, brake fluid, and differential oil, and air filters. Plus $50 to decontaminate the air ducts. That's a new one.Mazda service manual doesn't list differential oil as a regular service interval unless the car has had heavy duty use towing and such.

Just dealt with Bill there on a deal for a car for my son. It was his first time to deal with a dealership so I was helping work the deal. Bill made it easy and even fun. We got a great deal on a nice vehicle.

I had amazing experience with the team from start to finish. The flexibility to begin the process online and get my approval was super helpful. I only had to arrive the next day, sign all the forms and that was a swift process! I love my car and highly recommend this team!

The people in Marin Mazda are very nice although my experiences only over the phone and text messages. They had an RV for sale 2017 29 1/2 ft long it look like in very good shape. I made them an offer they were asking just over $60,000 and they turn me down, and that's about sums it up. The GM sent me an email asking me if I was still interested but I would needed to get closer to 60,000. I explained that I had a wife that would not let me go with that high and I do not need it that bad for that price. The RV was overpriced by at least $5,000. My opinion only. Thank you.
