The reviews aren t wrong, they re very nice. But they are not fast. It was a Monday, and nowhere else had an appointment until Thursday. These guys had a Tuesday morning appointment and verified over the phone they d look at it same day, so I made the annoying trek to San Rafael first thing in the morning. Well, when I got no word from them until Wednesday afternoon I gave them a call. Oh he s just looking at it right now, call back in an hour they say. Infuriating regardless, but I got the sense if I hadn t called they wouldn t have even looked at it on Wednesday. The repair process moved at as leisurely a pace as the diagnostic process, with me always just happening to call right as they were finally starting to work on it after sitting on their hands for hours to days. There were some delays that weren t their fault such as waiting for a part to come in, which I don t hold against them, but their lack of communication or expediency outside of this was incredibly frustrating and massively inconvenienced me. I d bet money if I had just waited until the Thursday appointment at another shop my car would have been done sooner.

Great Guys, Great service and very reasonable, I have been going to Marin Car clinic for more than 20 years. I just did my smog and brakes for my Van and they took care of it in a couple of hours and their rate was super reasonable. Excellent service. Great job . Replaced timing belt water pump tune up and general service. So fast and efficient. These guys have been doing my cars for decades . Will always be my car repair pros.

I live in Sonoma County. I drive here to get all services on all three cars. There has been transparency from the start, I have never felt one bit of discomfort. Very very HONEST! I appreciate when I call and they make a way to see us. Thank you to the entire Staff at Marin Car Clinic. You are truly the Best!

This place is great their honest a little pricey but worth every penny cause they do great work and they have never let me down.....i need an honest reliable mechanic and these guys fit the bill.....THANK YOU

These two brothers in law know what they are doing, my car gets fixed by them any time it brakes ,price is also reasonable too.

I had been going to this place for about 17 years i use to lIve in Marin County and i moved to Sonoma County and i still go to then because it is hard to find an honest people. i really recoment this guys thank you for all the hard work you guys do
