I m very satisfied with my service at my recent appointment. Especially the service Advisor Terrance Arce accommodated me at last minute come in little early for my appointment and informed me about my service s plan with my vehicle and explained to me when will be best time for my next check up. Especially he doesn t even know, I had a surgery and in pain. He just helped me out from his heart. That s so awesome!! Keep up the good work!! That s great customer service and support for the client.

I had my car towed into Lexus late on a Saturday afternoon and everyone was so great. They not only fronted the cash for the towing but also set me up immediately with a loaner. Even with the inconvenience of the remodeling they provided great and very attentive service.

Dean is amazing! Very comfortable speaking with him about my needs for service. Never have I felt any pressure about what needed to be done for my car. From drop off to pick up, it was a very smooth experience working with Dean. I ve worked with over 10 different service managers for my other vehicles but I m putting Dean on top!

I love the service staff at Lexus of Marin! My Service Advisor, Jeffrey, always goes over and above my expectations. They deliver my vehicle clean and sooner than promised. I feel like a valuable customer every time I take my Lexus to the dealership for servicing.

I have had a very uneven service history with Lexus if Marin. Overall, I would expect more from such a wonderful company. They consistently disappoint in terms of delivering on what they say they will do - most recently on delivering my second key FOB after waiting almost a year to date. While friendly, their service disappoints. Good thing their cars are the best.

I just had my Lexus IS serviced at Lexus of Marin and could not be happier. Keith, my service advisor, is the consummate professional. He is knowledgeable and friendly and very easy to work with. Marcus, my mechanic has been doing the work on my car for years. He is simply the best.

I converted the lease of my 300ES Hybrid to a purchase. I never received license plates, tho I paid the dealership. They recorded a bogus address on the application, I requested a correction immediately. I called the dealership 4 times, finance, sales and general manager and received no help. They never returned my calls. I paid $125 (duplicate) to DMV myself to obtain my plates. I will not return to this dealership. Customer service is deplorable.

On time acceptance of car for routine service. And, on time delivery for pickup. Buffed out what looked like a paint scratch on hood and gave guidance on some user tech questions, both without charge. Good job guys and gals.

Eric was terrific. Check-in was quick and seamless. Service was performed on time, and delivered as promised and Eric(again) was then great with the check out - reminding me of my 10k service. Car was washed. The missing second key was provided and programed.The coffee in the lounge is not bad.

The Lexus of Marin's service department has always lived up to my wife and my elevated expectations. We have worked with Service Manager Dean deCastro from the purchase of our first Lexus vehicle in 1998. Dean worked at a different Lexus dealership in those days. We followed him to Marin. HaHaHa

Had good experience to purchase US 250h in Lexus of Marin through William Morris. William is very knowledgeable, patient and helpful to smoothly go through the process to buy and accessories' setup. Highly recommend William if others need to buy Lexus cars.

The service person I dealt with, can't think of his name, and all members of your team, are very friendly, and eager to please. I always enjoy going in there. I loved that they washed the car and cleaned the mats !! I had just been on a long road trip to So Cal so my car was not clean... and now it is! The gals behind the desk were also very efficient and nice. Thanks for having such terrific people working for you!Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection

Had to wait longer then expected for service personal, once I got cost estimate was shocked at the very high price just for one part over $2,000, part needs to be ordered waiting to hear back. At the price Lexus charges is one reason I never have work done at the dealer location, my mechanic could not fix this problem since it was touch pad problem and had no choice but go to dealer. Over the years I have saved thousands of dollars by not using dealer, Lexus needs to get more competitive when it comes to service cost.

I had Lexus Of Marin perform a complete diagnostic assessment on our LS 430 to address some unexpected issues. Even though I didn t have an appointment, they accepted my car and promptly fixed the issue and provided a very detailed checklist evaluating the status of the entire car and answered all of my questions. I have received EXCELLENT Service from Jeffrey Martin, Terrance Arce, and Dean DeCastro. Also it s been my experience the prices for Service at Lexus Of Marin are very competitive and their facility and Technicians and processes are superior (e.g. compared to private auto repair shops) therefore no need to worry about car dealership pricing being higher than private shops like some experience with other luxury car brands dealerships. Lastly but most importantly, is having TRUST with the Lexus Of Marin Technical Associates and Advisors.
