A-1 service plus tire rotation.Good job done well. Price was as I would expect from a dealer. Employees were pleasant and efficient.My wife usually takes me to and from the service department. She wasn t feeling well and (1) I had to take a Lyft ride home when I left my car and (2) I had to leave the car at the shop overnight so that we could pick up the car the next morning. Unfortunately I came in for auto service and was told over the phone that a diagnostic service for the issue I was experiencing would be free and Marin Honda would provide a quote for the cost of repair. When I arrived, the service agent then said that the diagnostic would be $239. The interaction felt like a very frustrating bait and switch and seems particularly strange to confuse a free service with one that costs $239. Additionally, it was just a waste of time and hassle on a Friday afternoon with no effort to address the issue from the supervisor on staff.

Pretty dang smooth and positive experience. Brought my Accord in for a battery warranty issue and recall campaign and was assisted by adviser Steven O. I lost my keys and didn t have the red key .Simon was very helpful and he also kept me stay calm. I ended up having a expensive learning lessen. They got the job done call for ride so I could pick up the car. I was very happy and would recommend the Honda service department to my friends and family. Thank you for helping me out

Marin Honda is the best place to service your Honda. I have been going their since 2009 and I have always had a good experience with trustworthy service. Just this past week I had to get my front break pad and rotors replaced. Steven Ong gave me great customer service. Steven squeezed me in without an appointment, clearly went over the work to be done and the duration it would take. The cost of work for a Honda mechanic with Honda parts was very reasonable. I love my Honda and I m so pleased and trust Marin Honda for my maintenance.Services: Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair, Oil change

Chris made sure he understood the AC issue I d been having and later called me and we discussed what they would do after he explained the diagnosis to me. I went in for a windshield replacement, the windshield had a hole in it and glass all over my car. I also had an open recall that was taken care of and needed a new air filter. My service advisor was Victor Reyes, I've had him before he is always great, explains everything clearly and keeps me updated throughout. I'm not local anymore but make it a point to bring my car here - Marin Honda and their service agents always go above and beyond to make sure I'm taken care of. Thank you!

Always get good service and friendly help at Marin Honda. They walk you through what they are going to do and call if any changes with pricing. Helped get a ride. Final cost slightly less than quotes. It was a great experience first time - I worked with a female representative, who was nice and professional. This time I got unbelievably rude male employees (help desk guy and his manager) who tried to gaslight me, telling me that a simple diagnostic is not covered by my plan. when I resisted they became plain rude and yelled. My husband tried to reason with them, but in the end we just walked out. These people surely lost us as customers.

As always, great service from Marin Honda. I've been taking my 2016 Civic to them exclusively and have had nothing but professional service since I purchased the car from this dealership. Victor did a great job handling this service visit. Highly recommended, I'll happily continue to use them in the future.

Exceptional experience with the service team.Had a day of emergency moment and the team immediately sorted out how to fit me in and actuallyfinished the work earlier than anticipated and did mysoftware upgrade to boot. I had some regular maintenance done (B1). I was on a bit of a budget and couldn t go over a certain amount. My customer representative, Mike Weinstein, was really accommodating. He made sure that anything safety related was covered and if there were other things that could wait, he made that known. I was able to get online and do some work while I waited for my car which is an incredible convenience.

3-day new hire Mike Weinstein and Simon Gregorio are great people and really wonderful down home calm and effective helpers and aides to your public, as have been all of the employees that I have had the pleasure of interacting with here. Really and truly some spectacular and actually phenomenal customer service, it really should be modeled after here.

I was impressed by almost everything. When I called I was placed on hold but for a short period of time. I was asked questions I didn't know the answers to. But was told it didn't matter and they could get the answers when I brought the car in. It was around noon on a Friday and they offered to see me that very day. I declined and set my appointment for early Saturday. I pulled right in and was met by a service advisor in short order.He went out checked on my car and returned with an estimate. I signed and initialed the forms and he called me an Uber. On my way out I remembered I had a wobbly sideview mirror and asked him to check on it.He called later to inform me that the parts for the mirror were in stock and so I authorized the repair. In the early afternoon a got a VM telling me my car was ready for pick up. I was dropped off and with in minutes was on the road. This was the shortest time I have ever spent in a service department and that says a lot. They treated me like my time was important and they never wasted it! I shall return.Service: Oil change

Waited all day. Got there smog not done,couldn t hear the noise I brought car in for and was treated like I was a pain.So $280 later and a whole day without a car, not much accomplished.They did do the smog when I arrived to pick up but we waited .Attitude was not apologetic but disparaging towards me.Oil still at 60% day after service.

I found the service agent to be very intelligent about Hondas - in general. He thoroughly explained what the scheduled service included. Professionally friendly and cheerful. I find this to be the case each and every time I bring my Honda in for service. Nearly one million miles in Honda vehicles. It was time for a routine service for my car. I was able to schedule a same day appointment. I was quoted a price for the necessary services. Less than an hour and a half later, the car was ready and the cost was as quoted.

I really like coming here for all my CR-V s needs, even though it s an older model. Prices are competitive, everyone is nice (and you don t feel like they are trying to oversell), and the lounge had a pretty good coffee machine while you wait :-). Replaced all 4 tires and performed a front-end alignment. As always, an inspection of my car was performed. Simon Giragossian, my service center agent, walked me through the inspection and highlighted areas of importance. His explanations were very clear. While pointing out risk of failure with my oil pump, he did it in a way that I didn't feel like I was always being upsold on unnecessary work.
