Garren is professional, thoughtful and did an excellent job fixing the front of my car. It's worth supporting a local, small business such as Garren's Auto Body, and I highly recommend them.

Garren is AMAZING! Honestly, there is not many people out there who do business like him. He puts ethics and relationships above money. What?! He did a beautiful job and completely took charge of the challenges with the insurance. Highly recommend him. I live across the bay and would go back to him for anything. Garren was incredibly helpful and patient with my insurance company, and his auto body work ony Nissan Leaf was impeccable! He helped me keep the EV from becoming salvaged title, which would have hurt my cars value tremendously. Thanks a million Garren!

Don't bother taking your vehicle anywhere else... Garren is super trustworthy and is somehow a magician at fixing (dents and scratches... deep and shallow) look like it never happened at all. Great person and a very friendly team. He will give you the most honest quote and is very accommodating to everyone's busy schedules. My husband was just t-boned in my new Competition X5M which is a relatively rare car. Luckily he was unhurt but my poor car suffered. Thank goodness for Garren! He is incredibly knowledgeable so when these things happen at least I don't need to worry about where to take it. I don't know what I would do without you Garren! I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for the amazing working on our car!!! By far the best body work we ve ever had! You guys were efficient, reliable, and your work is just pure quality with great details. I got a hit and run on the side of my Wife s Lexus, and a good friend recommended Garrens. I called the man, he greeted me at the door and took my car in, he dealt with my insurance and got it done within 5 business days as promised, adding on other extra works I ve asked him. The car got delivered on time as promised. The work is outstanding, and my Wife is extremely happy. Thank you, again. We truly appreciate it all!!!

Garren was everything I was looking for in an auto body.He started out by not asking whether I was filing a claim, like other shops do. This suggests to me that he is not out to maximize the cash charges to insurance companies, rather that he is providing a reasonable price to me, the customer.His price was super reasonable, as I got two other quotes. The other quotes were double what I got from Garren because the other shops thought I was going to file a claim.Service was outstanding. He gave me a ride to the rental car shop, and dropped off the car to the rental car place when I was done!He gave me daily updates and got it done one day in advance.Reasonable, professional, transparent, customer service focused.Highly recommend Garren to anyone needing any type of autobody work.

I first met Garren in 1997 when he worked at a local auto body shop in Marin and my car had been side swiped in San Francisco. The body shop was also where my mechanic was so when I took my car in for oil changes I could also see about having door dings removed, etc. Garren helped when one of the mirrors was stolen off of my car in the Mission, when an ex-boyfriend backed my car into a pole, and when I had a fender bender years later. Not having any family in Marin I rely on Garren s expertise and connections in the automotive industry when I have questions about my car or friend s cars and he is always more than happy to assist. I was so happy for Garren when I heard he was opening his own shop, Garren s Auto Body, in 2010. Recently, I was unfortunately rear ended by a teen texting on her phone and I knew exactly who to call. Garren s Auto Body was approved by my insurance and the other driver s insurance and Garren knew what rental car place I would be using and offered to drop me off when I brought my car in. When I picked up my car it looked like new and had been washed and vacuumed as well. One of the nicest things about working with Garren is that he answers his work phone, not a receptionist, and when you pull up at his business he walks out to greet you. Garren has helped me with three cars that I have owned and I have referred many friends and work associates to him. I am grateful to know Garren and always glad to recommend him. His customer service is impeccable and his work is outstanding!

I feel you can tell alot about the end product by your first impression. These guys are great. Professional talented clean yes I said clean. A clean body shop WoW if they care that much about there work space. Imagine how they feel about your car.P.s. no one paid me to say this. Lol kj
