I have worked in the automotive service industry since 1986. I know what great customer service and quality repairs are. I was greeted warmly, I had to reschedule my appointment because of my getting covid, and they treated me with kindness and like a human. My door panels on my 2008 Mustang were peeling off from the heat, a well known concern, they removed the oem material, cleaned off the original glue, then recovered with a better looking and more durable material. Great experience. Recommend them highly.

Our 2008 Ford Expedition front seats had seem better days after 210K miles.Franzini gave our front seats that new car feeling! Here is to another 200K on this truck.Thank you Mike for the great service and high quality work.

Excellent work and very accommodating with a quick turnaround. Mike fixed the seat covers from our houseboat and we were able to have the work done before the holiday weekend. Very fair pricing. Thanks Mike! I'll be back with more boat cushions.

Bought a Wheelskins cover for my steering wheel. It was beyond my skill level and patience. Took it to Franzini Brothers and they hooked me up for a very reasonable price and in no time. Will return to them in the future. Highly recommend!

I will start with the work is excellent but that is the end of the good news. I dropped an item to have recovered, never got a quote, big mistake. Was told it would be done early the next week. No notification, called the following week, said was ready to pick up, went down and there was no tag and the brother who did the work was out so we could not pick up and he was very rude to us. Had to go down the next day, price was extremely high and no itemized receipt provided. The project should have been $100 materials max and 2 hours labor max, but the bill was way more than that, no discount for being late and the two trips to pick up. In fact they insisted they did nothing wrong and I was out of line for being upset over how I was treated and how this was handled. So if you have lots of money to blow and lots of time they are for you, if you want customer service and punctual work find another shop.

Don was great! Ordered material while I was there same day. So today, I picked up my "baby" and could not be happier!! The top fits perfectly as does the back set wind guard. If anyone needs canvas work done, theses guys is where you need to go!

The guys at Franzini Brothers put a new top on my 911 that is every bit as perfect as the day it came off the showroom floor! Nice work, nice guys. Next up? I need new seats :) that's what they are known for, so I'm in.

I was treated with terrific courtesy total honesty. In this @ all costs Buck Making Society I was told the Truth and offered a much cheaper way to solve my problemThey Are Terrific And Should be @ The Top Of Anyone's List Needing Upholstery Work On Or In Their Car .

Ok I loved their entuasm. They fixed my window in my covertably .some one broke my window and they fixed it in one day .Very happy . with them , smiling and happy, friendly 2 .u need something to be fixed ,.I recommend them 100 %

I purchased after market seat covers and foam, we all know after market parts are nothing like original but they made it work, excellent craftsmen my seats look great. Thx Guys
