This is the second time I've used F. Lofrano & Son. The first thing that impressed me about this company is the friendly service both on the phone and in the office. They were professional and made sure I was taken care of. The updates during the week my car was in their shop kept me more than well informed. Always friendly and wanting to serve. Lastly my car was finished ahead of schedule. This is not what I expected since today everything seems to take longer than promised. I highly recommend them.

AMAZING. Greg was super helpful and answered all of my questions and concerns. They made it so easy for me to get/drop off the rental car and they took care of all the go between with my insurance. I loved that they called every couple of days with an update and I loved it even more that my car was ready a week early. Overall the experience was personable helpful and efficient! Plus, my car looks great!

Absolutely one of the best experiences I ve ever had with any business. Their quality of workmanship is the gold standard for auto body repair, and their professional and caring approach with their clients is just first rate. If I could give F. Lofrano & Sons more that five stars, I certainly would. My car looks fabulous.

I have been going to F. Lofrano & Son for about 5 years now. In each occasion (about 5), my BMW or Lexus came out looking perfect. Not close, not great job, but perfect. They have negotiated with insurers successfully every time they find issues the insurers estimate does not cover. It is also nice they give you a ride to the local rental place. I live 35 miles from them now, but have not considered going a different body shop once because of the quality of staff and service.

F. Lofrano & Son provided great service and made it very easy to get my car fixed. It started with an easy check in and transport to a rental car agency. There was regular communication on the care and insurance so that I felt I knew what the progress was and when the car would be ready. it was ready on time and it was easy to drop the rental car with them.thanks.

The estimator Greg, walked us through the whole process giving us a good sense that our car would be in good hands and that he was there to help along the way. That sense proved to be true as our car was finished on time and well cared for while there. My wife is thrilled with the looks of her "new" car. From my critical eye no over spray on gaskets etc., well painted, mouldings tight and all of the body panels align as well. I would not hesitate to recommend F, Lofrano & Son

The staff at F. Lofrano & Son on Fulton were awesome! They were very professional and let me know the progress on my vehicle. They really go the extra mile, like calling the car rental company to have me be picked up at their location and washing your car inside and out before returning it to you. I definitely recommend them.

When I walked in, on the day of my appointment, I was welcomed with courteous and kind manners. They take time to go over every detail.The paperwork procedure and all insurance matters were taken care of promptly.They called for a driver to come from the rental car agency [with a previous reservation]. I had nothing to do but wait a few minutes to be picked up, that saved me a 10 minutes walk, and off I went.The repair was completed on time, as told, and the work was impeccable.They cleaned the car out in the work area, and inside .The only negatives I can see are:1. Their billing is difficult to understand, it looks that it is factoring in some "units" of time x supplies x ? I am sure it can be justified but that is perplexing. I wonder whether in the particular case, that was due to the use of a formula given by insurance codes.2. High cost, but I have no element of comparison. Body work on cars is expensive, and Lofrano does not cut corners. A gratifying feeling which resulted in confidence.2. One has to go with the flow with insurance adjusters, etc., which was a rather dry experience. That has nothing to do with Lofrano & son per se.In summary, compared to a 4-4&1/2 stars, Lofrano if a 5.

Greg helped me with my nationwide claim. He got me in for an estimate the same day and explained everything about the repair process.Another shop I called wanted me to wait three days and over the weekend..This is the first time I have been really happy with my repairs. Kudos to Greg and the team at F Lofrano and Sons and many thanks!

This is the third time i have used the services of F Lofrano & Sons. They are professional, considerate, and understanding. They keep you updated with progress of your vehicle so you don't have to wonder status. They also operate on time and when they tell you it will be done it will be done. Besides that they are really good at what they do. Thank you so much !!!

Great and friendly staff took care of the entire repair process. It was all done in a timely manner and with great attention to detail. I would definitely recommend these guys if you need work on your vehicle.

Super easy to work with. Synced with state farm for no hassle payment. Did a really good job. My bumper looks great and I would definitely recommend this shop.

It s is so wonderful to get such personalized care. Lofrano s does an amazing job from the first call to the pick up day. My car and I were in the best hands. My car is 16 years old and it looks like new. Thank you.

No need to look further because it doesn't get any better. Great people, attention to detail, and a finished product beyond compare. They are honest, keep you informed, and deliver when promised. They handle all issues with your insurance company. If I left anything out, they do that well too.

Probably the best body shop repair service I've come across. They updated with the progress often to keep me up to date on the repairs. The car looks like how I had it prior to the accident. Thank you and I'll recommend your establishment to everyone I know.Andrew

I had a very good experience at Lofrano's San Rafael. Sam got me started with scheduling and pricing; Nicole helped with great customer service and Andy went above what was needed, and was super nice about everything even though he is super busy!!

I had used them before for a similar accident, and got wonderful customer service and work. This time there were a few more details, but in the end the work done was amazing, and I was updated throughout the repairs as to the progress.

Always do good work on the car. We have been going there for 15 years. The only issue is the new location. If you can get there, find a place to park and get out, great. But traffic and parking is a problem.

Cannot speak to their work but not impressed that the people in the office Appeared annoyed at me for not having an appointment to get a bid and then told me to come back on Monday , not suggesting I make an appointment for Monday but just drop-in because a Monday drop-in is appropriate and a Friday drop-in is apparently annoying
