Take my car in for repairs last month and as always they did a wonderful job. Easy Automotive, in San Rafael, is the best Japanese Auto Repair in Marin. My ex-husband has been a loyal costumer for over 30 years with them, and told me about their exceptional service, and since 2020 they ve been my go-to for my Honda maintenance and other repairs, and I can't recommend them enough. Their reliability and honesty make them stand out in the industry. If you're looking for a trustworthy place for your car needs, look no further. They are friendly and knowledgeable. My special thanks to Roman. He always trustful, professional and patiently explain to me what my car needs. I trust him. They have great team of mechanic and also is cheaper than other auto-repair in the area. I am very pleased with their service.

I started out with A&A 23 years ago when I lived in Sausalito and then switched to Easy Automotive when I moved to San Rafael 6 years ago. Mike is the owner of both shops and both exhibit the same "personality": honesty, quality work and a willingness to work with the customer to make things right, and "on time". In all of these years I've never had an issue with Mike or his employees and I've always felt safe and well treated. Can't ask for more than that.

I really appreciated the quality of my interactions with the service people, they were very kind and present. It was affordable, quick and easy (made an appointment a few days in advance). Seem very trustable and reliable. Would definitely go to them again.

I just want to thank everybody at easy automotive for really helping me out with everything that I needed done they're very friendly very kind people and I would definitely recommend anybody to go there and get their car fixed they do quality work and they definitely care about their customers.

We love Easy Auto. We really appreciate that we can trust their recommendations and their work, both the normal maintenance and the big unexpected work that has occurred a couple of times on our older cars. We have used their services on all our family's cars for over 10 years now and have recommended them to many of our friends and family. I still thank my friend who recommended them to us. I had a cam sensor go out in my Hyundai Veloster. They correctly diagnosed & replaced the sensor with no muss or fuss. Their driver gave me rides quickly and smoothly.

I just had an oil change at Easy Automotive. How can something so simple go so wrong. I called over a week before I got an appointment asking for 11 a.m. but the office manager told me 11:30 would be better. When I arrived 15 minutes early I was told that I would have to wait until after the workers returned from lunch before they could do the oil change. Why would the manager tell me to bring my car in at 11:30 if I had to wait until after their lunch at 1p.m.? Also, I had called an hour before my appointment and was told they were on schedule. Rather than wait all that time I rescheduled for another day which meant that I had wasted my time and gas. The manager told me he would make it right for me when I returned which turned out not to be true.When I returned he charged me $67.88 for a simple oil change and took almost an hour to do it.A few weeks ago one of my family members took his car to Easy Automotive where the entire air conditioning system was replaced. When he was driving the car home he kept waiting for the cool air to come through which never did. He had to take the car back and the office manager again said he would make it right. One would think that the workers would have tested it out before releasing the car back to the customer. By the way the office manager did not recompense for the time and gas wasted by having to bring the car back.Service: Oil change

I've been taking my Toyotas to Easy Automotive since the 1980's and I have never had a problem. The service is friendly, personal, honest and clear every time I take my car in. I would highly recommend using Easy Automotive as your auto maintenance provider. I don't let any other place touch my autos because I only want them to work on my cars.

I've taken my 90s 4Runner to Easy Automotive for years. As always my last service repair was professional and good quality/value. I had developed some profuse dripping engine oil leaks which were difficult to pinpoint as there may have been several causes. However, they recommended starting with the oil leaks that were at the top of the engine followed by reinspection. This was a reasonable approach, and I'm glad to say it seems to have taken care of the dripping leak so far. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, If you haven't tried Easy Automotive yet don't hesitate. I'm certain your experience will echo mine.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Here s a huge shout-out for Easy Automotive in San Rafael. My wife and I had a warranty problem with a certified three-year-old Toyota Hybrid Avalon we bought in Texas. The Texas dealer refused to pay to have the not-uncommon problem fixed, the San Rafael dealer refused and national Toyota refused. So we took the car to Easy Automotive, where it was fixed fast and at half the dealer-quoted price. We re not the first to praise Easy Automotive I used to sign their many winning Best of Marin certificates when my wife and I owned the Pacific Sun. They are still the best.

Amazing service and market prices. Ask for Roman. I wished they made so fays available on the weekend. However they are reliable and dependable. I have been using them for almost 10 years.

Easy Automotive certainly lives up to the name! I found myself one morning unable to start my car. After calling AAA and getting my car towed, within four hours Easy Automotive was instantly able to diagnose the issue and by 2pm I was able to pick up my car. They also provided transportation to and from my home which made the entire situation seamless and even stress free. I couldn't have asked for a better scenario. Thank you Easy Automotive!

I trust them. If you follow their recommended maintenance and repairs, your car will practically run forever. They are thorough and honest. The owners are good people. I trust them.

Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They quote you reasonable times to return, drive you home, are reasonably priced and can get you in for standard maintenance usually with a couple days. What's not to like?!

Easy auto are honest and trustworthy. I need my truck for business and they always get me back on the road as fast as possible. Once they even worked on my truck after closing so that I wouldn't lose a days earning . Great Folks

I had timing belt replaced on Honda Odyssey.I am extremely happy of the service provided by Easy Auto. If you have an issue with your car, go to Easy Auto. They will take care of it.

Debbie and Mark run a high quality Japanese import repair shop. They have won the Pacific Sun "best of Marin award year after year. their shop car can't shovel you where you need to go while your car is being worked on, or you can walk to the San Rafael Transit terminal, just a few blocks away. It's across the street from back of Sprouts Market, where you can grab lunch.
