Another great experience here. This time I had a fairly new tire that was gouged and had to be replaced. Everything was easy from the first call - when they could get me in, whether I needed to be there when the towed car was dropped off (no), when they could get the tire from one of their other locations, what could they do if the wheel was damaged (fortunately not). They kept me updated at every step and got the replacement done the same day at a seemingly fair price. This is my go-to for tires.

My go to tire shop ever since it was Brandon's tire get my cooper cobras even if I have to order a few days ahead..East Bay tires are keeping with the tradition of great quality service

Called them about a dent rim on a bucket truck and was treated great. Would highly recommend some down to earth guys with a great big heart!Appreciate the generosity and the free help!

This is my first review I have ever written , and I cant speak highly enough of East Bay Tire Company in San Rafael .They are warm and welcoming from the minute you walk in to the time you leave . You are greeted by the friendly receptionist with the beautiful blue eyes , who immediately makes you feel well cared for . I came in on an emergency basis the day before a three day weekend with a flat tire and they took care of me at that very moment . All I could think of was" how much is this going to cost me ". I am forever grateful for there prompt care and outstanding customer service from each and every person that helped me . Thank you. !!!!To the Service Manager Eric who graciously and calmly referred me over to his best Tech and said Id be well taken care of.To the Tech ( I'm sorry I forgot your name , ... Jose ? You wear black glasses ) . He was attentive , honest , and caring and repaired my tire with professionalism and speed of a nascar pit crew member.What melted my heart and brought me to tears was there compassion and generosity they showed me as Eric said , ..." You owe us nothing , Its the little things that matter " .I am so grateful beyond words .Thank you .Marisa -

Truly a wonderful experience. I had a tire that was mysteriously leaking. Called them up, they had no problem asking me to come in that very day. They found the issue, patched up the tire, and had me on my way in under an hour.On top of that, everyone in the office was friendly and kind. I'll be going back for all my tire needs, no question. Thanks!

Wow, this is almost a 5 star business. Easy to see why! These guys are the best ever. They are honest, fair, and fast. And they know what they are doing. I highly recommend this business. They do just about anything that has to do with a car. They just did an alternator job for me, and couldn't be happier with the price, and customer service. Thanks guys, good job!

I highly recommend this business! This place has excellent reviews and they're well deserved. Super affordable, reliable service and very nice employees.To elaborate: I had a huge bolt screw stuck in the treads of my tire that I needed patched right away. Earlier, I had misread their hours online. When I called they broke the news to me that they were closing in about a half hour and I'd probably have to wait until the next day for the repair. I humbly explained my situation and why the repair was rather urgent. I drive for a living, so without my car, I can not work. I really couldn't afford to miss another work day, as I was just out a couple of weeks from work due to the flu. He was very kind and understanding of my grief and allowed me to come in right away. The employees were really nice and I was surprised they didn't seem upset with me for keeping them at work a little longer. I was very grateful that they accommodated me on such late notice. They did an excellent job and I was in and out of there in about 15-20 minutes. AND it only cost me $35 to patch the tire!

We have a construction crew working nearby and needed a quick tire patch and repair. Called one of the gentlemen ( Bruce I believe ) on the phone and was easily impressed on how great the customer service was. Let us come in no problem and took care of us. Makes little snags in the day like this that much more easy when you have good service. Thanks again( Columbia Electric )

I went in expecting to buy 4 tires, but only needed 2. So John only sold me 2. I have been going to Brandon Tires for many years, and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Nobody beats the service, the prices, and the company. Always a good time , these guys always make you feel like family. As a single woman, I feel safe and know that I won't get scammed and sold a bill of goods. I love these guys!!!!

Brandon's does excellent work with excellent ethics. They have worked on my 26 ft Flair to restore the brakes to like new and in addition they found and fixed issues with the suspension. The roof rides like new now! Bruce is out hero!

$40 tire. I asked a favor of the tech, he said he did that anyway (refill donut to 60 psi). Also, they gave me a donut donut (yummy). Three people proactively greeted me to ensure I had been served. This is a good establishment, by any objective measure.Edit: two stars, tire went flat after one trip. Normally I ask to put sealant in the rim, like the tire shop in my home town does, but got distracted

Bought tires here in the past - always great service and price. I also recommend them to those financially challenged - they are good source for used tires and will help you out in a pinch. Good job guys!

You will always get a Quality Product and Expert Service here. These guys are Honest and Professional. You'll never have to worry about being sold "A BILL OF GOODS" here. They also stand by their products and labor.

These guys provide great service, are very flexible with pick-up and drop off and are extremely reasonably priced. I highly recommend taking your care here for tires and other services.

Warning ,Warning , Warning if you guys want to save your self a headache stay away from this place. Unprofessional , disrespectful , and not courteous. Stay away!!! Tires are defective alignment not adjusted .Tires wearing off because of alignment not being done correctly stay away from this placed people stay away this is a warning
