Ordered tires from TireRack and Diamond came up as one of the recommended installers I could ship to. Had never used Diamond before, and was annoyed with the previous recommended installer I had used tagging on additional fees that weren't included in the fee they quoted to TireRack. Diamond charged me the exact price they quoted to TireRack (so I paid exactly what I was expecting) and provided pleasant, professional, and quick service. No complaints and will be thinking of Diamond for my cars' future tire services.

I've been going to Diamond tire for almost 10 years now. Ryan is always very accommodating and does great alignment work. I have multiple M3s, one set up for track duty, and they always take their time getting to the specs I want. He also has great prices on tires! Support local businesses.

These guys are fantastic. Came in for a leaky tire, they fixed the flat and had me back on the road in under 30 minutes. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, I will definitely be back for more tire maintenance.

I was referred by High Tech Auto to bring my Porsche in for an alignment. The service was quick and the employees were amazing and professional. They walked me through the process so I was able to see the changes they made to my car. I highly recommend them and will be coming back again!

Looks like they changed ownership. I used to love this shop.I brought my truck in for an alignment and left with it pulling to the right. I made sure it wasn t a tire issue (checked pressure, recently rotated the tires) I came back to get it realigned two weeks later and they attempted to fix it.I m not sure that they know what what they are doing.I double checked their work after I got home and I found some seriously scary stuff. A shim was spread over a gap and wrenched down. It was very obvious that s not how the suspension goes together.After the SECOND TIME into the shop I left with the tires rubbing on the frame, unsafe fastening of bolts, and pulling.This place changed. Don t go here.

Prompt response, friendly greeting, timely service.....and a free tire repair! I originally tried Diamond when having my new tires installed I had purchased on line - they were the best value. Since then I have returned twice for alignment and repairs, and I ll continue to come back.

Wow !!! Simply amazing service! I called on Monday, got an appointment for early Tuesday at 8am and guess what, my car tire was fixed within 20minutes.The passenger side tire was punctured with a long screw. And they fixed my flat tire for FREE! I was left speechless for a couple of seconds. Amazing service. They also mechanically aligned the tire properly without charging me a single penny.Definitely gonna recommend this place to all my friends and will get my car for servicing here in future too.Thank you.

We're repeat customers. The staff is very efficient, professional, trustworthy & reliable. They're accommodating in a pinch with extremely fair pricing and this hasn't been the case at other places. Diamond cares about the customer and our vehicles so we keep returning! Keep it up guys!

Excellent service and friendly courteous employees. I am local resident and looked at several good options for tire repair and replacement in Marin. I will stick with this business relationship, as I especially appreciated the prompt response and competitive pricing and was impressed with how the entire team seemed like a family working together to assure a good experience!

I have purchased a lot of tires over the years and as the years have passed I appreciate knowledgeable people with great customer service and a clean well ordered shop. They have great pricing and free rotation and balancing on tires purchased. Nice waiting area as well! Give them a try. They want and will earn your business. You won't be disappointed!

these guys are great. i lifted my jeep and they got the alignment better then before the lift was installed. The time it took for them to complete the alignment was surprisingly quicker then i was originally quoted. very happy would recommend diamond tire center to anyone.

Fair and honest!!! Can I give them 10 stars???Stopped in for a tire repair, they found a drill bit in the tire and had me on my way quickly, and at a very affordable price. They definitely do not gouge you on price or make you buy something you don't need. I highly recommend them!!

I've purchased 3 or 4 sets of tires at Diamond tire and they are clearly a cut above the others. Today I had a flat on my car that still had the tires that came with it and they STILL fixed it for free. Amazing compared to the experience I had trying to get it fixed yesterday at another nearby store. I believe they rotate and fix flats for free for the life of the tires and apparently forever!!! I also find their prices right in line with any other, but very reasonable considering the expert advice and service.

I have had a wonderful experience here over about ten years. I have often times brought in my tires and gotten free patching services done.Great Service and they work very hard for you.If you have to repair your tires, choose this place.Scott

Best tire shop in San Rafael!Always courteous (great waiting room with snacks!) and professional, quality workmanship. I don't write a lot of reviews, but felt Diamond Tire Center deserved the recognition.

They are top notch. They are courteous, helpful and the service is great. They deliver as promised and there are no bad surprises. I highly recommend them which is something I wouldn't do for a lot of businesses in the Bay Area.

Paul Diamond is super friendly and knowledgeable about tires. Great service, fast turn around, fair prices.I like patronizing local businesses. And Diamond tire is much less of a hassle than going to Cains

Although the guy at the desk taking care of my warranty issue was nice at the outset, I was completely misled when he said the issue was accepted for warranty, I'd pay for the tire then and when the check came in they'd send it right out to reimburse me in about 30 days. After 6 weeks went by I called to see what the holdup was, and the same guy said it was accepted to see if it would be APPROVED for warranty, that the tire had to travel to 4 different places for approval, and that it might take 3 to 4 months.I'd copied a list of prior sidewall tire blowouts from other consumers to validate that it had been an issue, and that parallel parking shouldn't blow out a tire, but they still haven't come through with the warranty since August, when the car had just 1500 miles on it. Every other brand of tire I've used over the decades of driving have never opened up after bumping a curb. Ridiculous for the Michelin, unacceptable for Diamond. I'd never have purchased another Michelin if they hadn't promised the reimbursement. So wrong in so many ways.

Diamond had the tires I was looking for (Pirellis) in stock. Price was great, and they were really professional and made the whole thing easy. Will definitely go back next time too!

Love the honesty and super customer service. Don't feel uneasy or slightly "taken" like I have in other tire places. Felt taken care of, highly recommend.
