I used to bring all my family's cars here and recommended them to everyone but I can't do that anymore. Thay had to repaint my bmw and mini after they didn't get the paint right. On my truck they refused to fix an area when their paint started to check. Mediocre blow and go paint jobs that they don't stand behind after you take your car. Was so much better when Stacy was there.

Great, old-school customer service and immaculate work! The door on my classic Chevy truck overextended and munched the fender. It was an insurance claim. Communication was clear and swift through the process of digging into the damage & estimating the repairs. They kept me updated with photos and texts as the work progressed. I went for some extra "while you're in there" work too. All in all, they replaced the fender and door skin, abated the rust, repainted the door inside and out, repainted the hood, lined the body panels, and detailed the truck beautifully. At pick up they left me with clear instructions on how to treat the new paint to help it cure and last. The pictures demonstrate how beautiful their work is. I've already recommended them several times. Big thanks to Will, Stan, and everyone at Crebassa's.

I highly recommend this shop. They did a wonderful job and my car looked a lot better when I got it back after the additional wash and vacuum! I was kept informed of all the steps as they changed and more damage was found after the initial evaluation due to damage under what could be seen. The staff was great and friendly and if I need any work in the future I will go back to this company.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Crebassa s is the BEST! Service is great! They are friendly, professional and do a great job. My car had $8000 worth of damage and it looks like new! They finished the job a week earlier than scheduled. We have used this shop twice now. Much as I hope I will have no need to return, if I do need body work for my car again I will absolutely go back. Marco is extremely professional and very straightforward. He really worked hard to find the parts needed during this insane supply chain era. This is my second experience working with Crebassa's Auto Body and they continue to perform excellent service. They go beyond just regular repairs ad if asked will accommodate other needs as courtesy. My car was rear ended then as an act of vandalism had paint splashed on the side. Crebassa's did wonderful work on the repairs and took the paint off as courtesy. They are friendly and efficient. I'm a customer for life.

Repairs were expertly done. One would never know any problem such as my car being sideswiped has ever happened to it. In spite of the holiday season Crebassa's got my car out of the shop in a timely manner. They are concerned as a group. Stacey is very intelligent, sympathetic, helpful with superb professional skills. They are also happy people pleasant to deal with.

I cant say enough about this place! I stumbled across it accidentally while looking for a car wash that might be able to biff out a scratch on my car. I walked in here instead and Stacy was literally an angel. She met with me right away and looked at the car, then buffed out the scratch for me FOR FREE!! I would have had to pay an insanely high deductible if not for her graciousness and willingness to help me. If I need any body work in the future I will definitely be coming here and would highly recommend you do too! Thank you Stacy!!!

First internet review I've ever written, but it's because the folks at Crebassa are so good at what they do. Someone broke a window of my truck and scratched the paint. They cleaned all the glass, painted it up, and got me out of the super quickly. Just perfectly executed on all fronts: people I talked to where great, paint was great, timing was great! I highly recommend Crebassa if you need to get any body work done on your car. They are thorough, efficient and so nice. They went above and beyond to get my car back to me as soon as possible and were so easy to work with. They will be my "go-to" people whenever I need body work done.

Crebassa Auto Body replaced some suspension parts on my car. Dealing with this shop was a pleasure from the moment I walked in. They welcomed me immediately, identified the problem quickly, fixed it for a reasonable price, kept me informed along the way. I had my Prius fixed here after a collision with a deer because they're a body shop that specializes in repairing hybrid cars too. It was the most customer-focused experience I've had with any kind of auto repair places. Beyond my deductible it was paid for by my insurance company. Everything was explained to me and I was treated like gold. They kept me up to date and delivered what they said they would do. Top notch! Ask for Will or Frank..

My wife was in a car accident recently and I needed a place to tow a car. I called for places just before 5pm when most shops close. Crebassa's Auto Body was the only place to answer at it was 4:59pm. I spoke with Stan and immediately felt that this was my guy. He was warm, sincere and had a wealth of knowledge and experience. He walked us through the entire process and called practically every day to keep us informed. In the end the car looked better than ever. Go see Stan.

Probably still the best body shop in all of Marin County. The insurance companies say this is the most honest shop, and I'm inclined to agree.
