Classic Auto Craft just completed a repair on my Subaru and I am so happy that I chose to work with them. My insurance made the process of getting a quality repair done complicated and time consuming, but the team at Classic Auto Craft was diligent and highly communicative throughout. They went above and beyond to keep me in the loop and get my repair done correctly and in a timely manner. I will certainly be recommending them to anyone else needing collision repair work done on their vehicle.

Very high-quality job on the repair and great communication throughout the process. They also did a wonderful job negotiating with my insurance company, including getting authorization for payment for reinstalling slightly damaged parts until the backordered parts arrived, which allowed me to be in my car sooner and not a rental. Wanda is fantastic. She did a great job on my car, which had a paint scratch. she gave me two quotes, one was for "perfect" and the most complete way with replacement of the side of the car and the other quote was for a more reasonable fix. I went with that reasonable quote and the car looks beautiful. She is really responsive, kind and attentive to my needs. highly recommend Wanda's auto repair.Services: Painting, Auto detailing

My Mom's mechanics at Easy Auto recommended Classic Auto as a body shop in San Rafael. They were able to fit me in at the last minute to buff out some surface scratches to my car. Thank you so much Dennis! Everyone was friendly and professional, including their sweet office dog, Lucy. Also I think they have the most pleasany Auto repair waiting area I have ever experienced.

All the people I worked with were really nice and helpful and quick to respond. They did a thorough job, all the work was clean and perfect. My car is running great and the lifetime warranty on parts/services make me feel safe.

One of the best customer service experiences I ve had. All the staff in the office were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I had an accident repair covered by the other party s insurance and they made the process seamless, even arranging the rental car. They even buffed my headlights and replaced a bulb at no charge. I hope I don t have any more body work to do anytime soon, but if I do I know where I m going.

Classic Auto Craft was referred to us by Subaru Marin and we are so glad we followed their advice and contacted Dennis. He and his office team (Wanda and Flor) have been incredibly customer focused, thorough and knowledgeable. We had the misfortune of having to deal with a water leak ordeal right when we were due to have our first baby. It required our entire interior to be overhauled and in the case of the carpets, be replaced. The thought of dealing with insurance at this time was daunting, not to mention having a car in repair while we're in hospital and upon return with the potential of mold as an issue, but Dennis made everything so easy and took the stress out of it. I've trusted them every step of the way and they have made every effort to accommodate us and keep us informed of the work they are doing. Our car issues required extensive investigation and maintenance during a wet season and Classic Auto Craft has always maintained the highest level of service. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Dennis was extremely helpful and throrough with explaining everything that I ll need to get repaired on my vehicle. He took photos of everything and explained everything that s potentially damaged and reassured me that I will be getting my vehicle repaired at a great and knowledgeable body shop. I would highly recommend to anyone in the Marin area that your vehicle will be in good hands, here.

Unfortunately my Subaru Impreza was involved in numerous collisions , damaging the exterior!Wanda the Estimator is prompt and caring from the moment I walked in, until I picked up my repaired car! Classic Auto Craft is the BEST!

Couldn't be happier with my experience with Classic. Was new to the area and needed collision repair and they made my life as easy as possible in the tough situation. Always made my convenience a priority, were always transparent with issues that came up and the care for the customer showed in the quality of the work. Fantastic. This shop was doing repair work on my car after Toyota Marin destroyed my lower control arm cam tabs. They went out of their way to do excellent work and deliver ahead of schedule
