These guys are amazing! Great service and customer service! I recently had My Lexus RX 350 repaired with them through my insurance and they were great. The repair is perfect, the communication was easy and I was periodically updated on the progress of the repair. They are extremely nice, especially Gustavo the manager, and everything went well. Highly recommend!

I recently took my Tesla to CARSTAR Chilton to have the car repaired after an accident. My experience was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment I entered the store, I was greeted by a warm and knowledgeable staff that made my experience pleasant.The customer service exceeded my expectations. The staff members were attentive, offering helpful advice. They took the time to understand my concerns. Gustavo did a fantastic job. He is a perfectionist.I would definitely recommend their services.

Upon our arrival to the last place you want to go (auto body shop), we were pleased to be greeted by Gustavo. Understanding that we were somewhat sad and concerned about the work that would need to be performed, he really made us comfortable and explained every detail. Gustavo never made us feel rushed, and I believe he went above and beyond to give it to us straight. I am not a huge car guy, but I really believe he and his team were the right choice. Gustavo, thank you for your time and patience. We will do a part two after completion. First impression, we feel we found the right shop.

I was very impressed by my experience. They give their customers a lot of individualized attention ensuring that they are informed for every step of the process while also catering to their needs. They were generous to call a Lyft for drop off and pick up and the work they did for the repair was well done and they even went out of their way to buff out a couple imperfections around the area.All in all, excellent work and I'd recommend their services to anybody in need of them.

I had a $2800.00 bid on a paint repair on my Tesla from a recommended auto shop. I thought it was high so I went to Chilton and spoke to Gustavo, the manager and his painter Israel. They did a perfect job. The charged was $500.00

They did a great job with repairing damages from egg shells. Wish they could update the status when it was promised, but I know they get busy. I was able to call them and get status. Overall, experience was good.

Chilton Auto Body is 5 star. Despite an initial hiccup in scheduling, my office experience and the finished bodywork were terrific. Gustavo and Caitlyn were helpful, friendly and professional. And the auto body techs did a stellar job on my car. I will definitely encourage my friends to use Chilton!

I had to take my Tesla Model 3 to get my bumper repaired. It was a simple and great experience getting my car fixed. They had an app for you to keep track of your vehicle s progress. It was delivered on time and my car was cleaner than ever!

Was introduced to Carstar-Chilton by State Farm as a preferred provider of body work. Got an estimate within a week and work started two weeks after that. (Note that the car was drivable.) Work took two weeks. There were periodic online updates throughout the process. Work appears to have been done well! I am quite satisfied both with interactions with Carstar-Chilton and with the quality of their work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I made an appointment to get an estimate for door ding the gentleman that assisted me was fine but before he gave me any estimate of what it would cost, he wanted my credit card to order parts . I reiterated that I wanted an estimate to decide whether I wanted to spend $ to fix it.. he was a bit unhappy and told me he would get estimate to me on Monday (I showed up on Friday). Estimate never came called three times with no answer.. recording said person was busy but I was not given opportunity to leave message.I gave up and went somewhere else

Gustavo and the team are great and really care about their customers; they remembered me by name when I came by each time which I can't say about many auto shops - especially since it was my first time working with them. My car was in a minor accident and the body work looks amazing, plus they washed my car afterwords at a level better than most dedicated car washes. Definitely would return!Service: Body & Trim

The guys who worked on my car at Chilton did a fantastic job!! The owner, Gustavo, is very friendly to me always. This last visit was my second there to have some minor body work done and the first visit I was there to repair a rear window that someone smashed. I m totally satisfied with the quality of service here and I will definitely be returning if and when I have further body repairs on my beloved Prius. 5/5 recommend to utilize their professional car repair services.Service: Body & Trim
