I brought in my friend s F-150 Lightning for a replacement passenger rear tire that had a screw in it. Although they had to order the original tire to match the others, there s so little mileage on the vehicle that a single tire would do.I finally was able to come in today at 5pm on a very busy Monday and they changed it out before closing! I m grateful for the years and years of great service Cains has offered me with five different vehicles. They are definitely all stars

If you are ever in town for a big event, like your daughter's wedding, and your car tire warning light goes on when you are just about to go into the city for all the important tasks that must be done before the big event, GO HERE! Even if one of your tires is almost completely flat , they will get you sorted out, fixed up, and on the road in no time. And without a huge hole in your purse. At least, that's what they did for me.

Nick was awesome and spent a lot of his time researching and answering all my questions.He was able to better a quote i received earlier for (4) tire replacement and alignment. He saved me at least $700 and i am thankful. Give them a call or swing by!!!

Hard to top some of the great reviews already posted. Fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable are words that come to mind immediately. Family owned is the best part--these people care to get the job done right, and prior to being on time. Simply, the best.

I found Cains Tire nearby, and drove over shortly before they closed on a Saturday as I had a nail in my tire. Even though they were about to close and I am sure anxious to get home, the staff could not have been nicer. In sort order, I was on my way good as new! A big shout out to Pancho who was such a pleasure to deal with. This is service! Thank you Pancho and the folks who took care of me last weekend! I highly recommend them for your tire needs!

Please allow me to be succinct. If you don t go to Cains Tires for all your tire and brake needs, you re stupid. Fantastic people and fantastic service. There s a reason why they ve been there since 1957. Don t be stupid.

Quick, fast, easy, affordable, great product, friendly employees, nice clean available bathroom for customers while you wait. Got a great used tire in great condition for 50 bucks. Rare size even! Everything was great although current covid distancing precautions were not enforced. Masks were worn but failure to keep social distance was apparent.

When traveling from out of town and no one can get you tires in the correct size. Cains came thru. There was a slight issue that was no fault of them however they made phone calls and got it resolved. Could not have done it without them and very thankful for the help.

Very quick service (in approx. 30 min) and they found a used tire that matched my tread wear. Did not have to wait much. Nice and cozy waiting room. Dedicated parking lot for serviced vehicles. Reasonable pieces.

I had a flat tire and was so stressed out trying to get home. I was in and out in no time, and when I got the bill - I was so thankful that they were fair and courteous about the whole process. Planning on getting all new tires from Cains asap!

I was planning a last minute trip to Lake Tahoe and my Florida SUV was not winter ready. I came in to what appeared to be a very busy Cains expecting to make an appointment. To my pleasant surprise, I was greeted with a smile and told they had time at that very moment. They were honest and didn't try to over sell mean fact, the cost was substantially less than the quote.I also needed chains which were not in stock but they texted me a couple of days later saying they were on. Once again, superb customer service. I 10/10 recommend Cains and will definitely be back.

Great place for tires. Got me done in about 30 minutes. The staff was friendly, and the price was fair. If you're looking for tires, it's worth checking them out.

Great place and great customer service. Fast turn around to get your ride back.Also I had my spare tire dropped from my truck to get a matching size spare with the other tires on the truck and they put the spare back up under the truck. I was totally thinking I was gonna have to do it myself when I got home. I recommend this place and can see why it gets rated best tire shop in Marin.

Cain s is consistently the best option for getting high quality tires at the lowest prices. Super helpful staff who guide customers through their choices with useful information. Other tire shops leave customers feeling rushed and hushed into their tire choices so you will take what they have in stock.

Fantastic service. Very efficient, careful to find tires that fit our budget and it was all done super quickly. Car is driving so much better and quieter. Extremely impressed with the efficiency of this store. I wish I d come here years ago instead of sticking with Costco that s such a hassle.

Cain's tire prides themselves in beating Costco but I was quoted $110 more than Costco. When I showed them the price, the sales manager gave me a hard time questioning it and trying to find a loophole. They made me feel as if I was somehow gaming the system. He said "I will see what I can do but I'm not sure I can match that." If you say "we beat Costco" on the front of your building and run countless TV ads stating that, then I assume you do and I was already a little disappointed I had to check the price and call them out on it. To then have them give me a hard time over it was terrible. No apology was provided for not beating Costco. The best they could do after it was all said and done was "match Costco". Maybe it's time for a new slogan.The tire installation seems okay and they did get the tires delivered quickly. Just the customer service and price guarantee were not up to par.Edit: I had asked for my tires to pumped to 42 psi and it's written on my receipt but upon getting home and checking they were 32. I had to go back and to their credit, the person that helped me took care of it, right away without delay.

My family was stuck on this side of the Bay with a flat tire & managed to drive barely to Cain's tires.They were fast & cared about the situation so much that they figured we did not need to buy a whole new tire and so proceeded to fix the flat with a lifetime warrantied fix a flat tube.It cost us half what a new tire would cost.It took all of an hour to finish and we were on the road in no time.At Cain's they do not take appts so you can usually drive right in and be serviced quickly.Highly recommend them. These people care about the customer.Will definitely be back if needed.

Such a terrific business! Nice and efficient personnel. Reasonably priced. Super flexible and ready to problem solve unusual tire situations ie finding used tires with enough tread to satisfy lease return requirements without having to put brand new tires on right before turning in the leased vehicle.

Best Tire shop ever ! The wOman (guess she s the manager) had a perfect customer service. She helped us and they fixed our tire problem quickly despite the huge number of customers they had this day. They do a great job. And they helped us with our budget as we were on a road trip... Shop has a lot of rewards and you understand why ! They deserve it ! Thank you to all the Cain tire team to be honest with your customer and for your nice welcoming.

Been going here for years. Most recent visit...I have Benz GLS 450. I asked them to make sure not to over inflate tires.....the last 2 times they did by alot. Dylan said he would make certain to max at 37 lbs. When car was ready all tire rims were greasy and filthy. Tires were over inflated to 50lbs. They cleaned the rims and I deflated tires myself. Nice people but make sure how the tires are inflated before you leave

Absolutely amazing experience front to end. Jason Kalemba handled my mangled two front tires with kindness, expertise and a little levity. I was out of there in an hour with a line of folks also waiting and out in a jiffy. A+.

What a pleasure my first experience was with the staff at Cain's! I felt valued from the first phone call with Brent where he took the time to answer my questions and really help me feel confident in my chosen purchase. I had an equally wonderful experience dropping my car off and meeting additional staff.Aside from receiving a wonderful and quick service, I was so overwhelmed by the phone call I received to let me know I could pick up my car. What a beautiful, kind hearted conversation I had. I was overjoyed to meet her when I picked up my car. I look forward to many more interactions with Cain's in the future. Second review after finding a nail in my tire - STILL TOP KNOTCH SERVICE and friendly staff! My tire pressure guage had been on for a couple of days and my dealership had me make an appointment to bring it in. I noticed no deflation of tires and still had the correct pressure. Subaru checked my vehicle out and proceeded to tell me they didn't have time to patch the nail they found (why did I make a appointment??? ) and to reschedule. My husband called Cain, told them what the issue was and was asked to bring the car in. The were friendly as per usually despite being busy and took care of me within a couple of minutes. I was given an honest answer about how long it would take to patch (1 hour), and sent on my way. I received a call less than an hour later that my repair had been completed. TALK ABOUT SERVICE!! I will never go to my dealership again. Thank you to the staff as you are the face of your business and set the right standard of professionalism and big kudos to your mechanics for being highly skilled. I can not say enough good things about Cains.
