Completely distressed female with lame wheelchair batteries. I walked into a batteries plus and the guys jumped right in and replaced my lame batteries. I can resume my vacation with sufficient power. On to Fisherman s Wharf. Yall saved the entire trip! Thank you! Thank you. Thank you. Customer for life!

Great service! NO lines, very knowledgeable! Evaluated my key fob needed to be replaced (my assumption before I got there), not a new battery! Very efficient! I'll be back!

Ordered online, picked up in store with 10% discount. Right battery for the car, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly staff. Full marks!I have also noticed less grey in my hair, I'm not as fat, and I seem to be much more attractive to the opposite sex. This place is awesome!!!

I picked up my battery that I had ordered online and was installing the battery on my own but the younger gentleman came out to give me a hand. Then he doubled checked and noticed I ordered the wrong size battery (24 nor 27 as my truck needs) before I installed the wrong battery. Great service and polite workers here.

Great customer service. The guy was super knowledgeable, helpful, and fast. I got 3 batteries replaced (2 car keys and a watch). It took just a couple minutes. I can't believe I'm saying this but it was actually a pleasant, uplifting part of my day!

My Toyota dealership wants 385 for a new battery. Oscan did it for $205 and put it in in five minutes. Awesome, thanks Osam!

Best price on a battery for my 1994 BMW E36 Convertible. They are one of the few places that have this battery. This is mostly proprietary to BMW where it cost $50-$100 more. Also they have hard to find light bulbs and other batteries. They will also install your battery no charge.

My wife's Prius needed a new battery. I wasn't sure where to go. My neighbor recommended Batteries Plus. Duh! Of course. And they had what I needed. I was in and out in 5 minutes. A good experience.

This was the best place ever! Aaron stayed open late for me when he heard about my problem. He was very very nice and super knowledgeable! Best customer service I've had in a long long time! This company was on the money when they hired him and hope they realize what a gem they have with him! The prices are reasonable and the store has so many things its hard not to buy tons of stuff. I left spending $601.45 and was happy to pay that amount. Keep up the hard work Aaron!

Convenient, and great service. My car battery died. I ordered a new battery online, drove to the store, and a helpful tech installed the new battery on the spot. No fuss, no muss, no waiting.

This place is 1st rate. I know nothing about batteries yet, they're indispensable for some artifacts to work. 1st time I went in store there was a grumpy middle aged (I'm no spring chicken either)guy that didn't seem happy to see me & was not interested in helping either. I shop local & as with people, I give businesses more than 1 chance. Since that day, I have shopped there 3 times. On one of those times, I returned an item. A young man, Josh, went above & beyond. He made the exchange process simple. The next 2 times I went in, Josh not only sold me what I needed, he also showed me how to insert it properly.helped me again. In addition to that, when I got home after last purchase (an awesome pencil like lithium flaslight), I had a question & Josh answered it & didn't seem annoyed by my call. Although I know nothing about batteries, they seem to have plenty of choices, the place is clean & they have convenient hours.

The people here were great. I was looking for a hard to match car battery and to my surprise they had something. And for hundreds less then the dealer wanted. Plus with a much better warranty. They even had tools I could borrow and helped me get the battery out. And the sales guy was very knowledgeable about batteries and happy to share that knowledge.

One of the most helpful places I've ever been! The customer service and help I've received from these guys has been absolutely fantastic. I can't recommend it enough, if you have a problem with anything electronic they'll figure out a solution and either fix it right on the spot, or order whatever it is you need. You don't get pushed out the door like most places if they can't immediately sell you something.

This place and its staff are so clutch. They've hooked me up on multiple high-stakes battery occasions: a new laptop battery on the eve of a business trip, batteries and high-quality lanterns during Public Safety Power Shutoffs and big storms, and a key fob battery for an older model Subaru I couldn't find clear information about online. Shop local and support this place -- they have the kind of expertise you want in your community.

Nice staff, and good selection, but their pricing is nuts.I only needed one 2032 battery for a scale, so popped in and they had two packs so said I'd take one figuring it would be pricey at about $6 or $8 but I was already there. When it rang up the price was $13! Not even a brand name like Duracell or Energizer, they were some "Nuon" brand. $6.50 for one battery!This is for two little dime sized batteries that can be had for $5.99 a ten pack ($60 cents each) through Amazon, or $7.29 for a six pack of a brand name like Duracell or Energizer ($1.25 each).Would love to shop local, but not when you charge more than 10 Times the price on line - and can get the batteries in one day to your door.

The staff upon my visit was knowledgeable and fully present to help. They verified that the batteries I was replacing were indeed correct.The site has good selection form small to large batteries, flashlight batteries of all kinds, hearing aids, car batteries, and some odd ones I've never seen before.The parking lot is a little small (less than 10 spaces) but is mentioned as a note and not a detraction of the establishment.

Best place to buy auto batteries in Marin! Wonderful, friendly service. They allowed my to use their tools to swap out the battery on my Jeep, and even offered to help. This will be my go to shop from now on. Highly recommended!

Staff were extremely helpful in finding the right car battery for my VW (car manual was vague about what battery size was needed). In addition, they warned me about a potential computer reset that would be needed. I wouldn't have known about this had I replaced the battery on my own.

This place is my go- to for all my battery needs. A few months ago, I purchased a car battery there; and Jeff, one of the employees, quickly installed it, and even re-set the anti-theft car radio. Recently, (due to my fault of leaving lights on in the car,) the battery died, and after re-charging it, the code to re-set the radio/clock,etc was not working. I took it to Batteries Plus, and Jeff was able to figure out the correct code, and fixed it in a jiffy! What a helpful place, and great staff! Thanks Jeff, you deserve a raise!

Very easy shopping experience, good quality products.My 36 month car battery actually lasted 3 years! A first for my minivan.Also Batteries Plus has a great selection of LED lighting and other batteries.

This place reminds me of the good old days - the people working here really know their stuff. They rebuilt my electric lawnmower battery two years ago and it performs like it never did before. I always get my car batteries from them also - they have the absolute best service! Love their free battery testing service (and no, they don't always say you need a new battery) and free installation.

Quick, good, and easy. I quickly found the car battery I needed online, received good service from guys at the store (installing it into my car), and they made it easy for me. I also learned a bit, as they do know their stuff (in addition to what I know from my electrical engineering career).
