I came here because my headlight was out. I was using my high beams as most drivers seem to be doing.... . Welp a few didn't appreciate that and flick their lights at me as if I didn't know... . I was assistated by a associate name Ye and he was very helpful. He was able to change my lights out now I'm back to be a lowbeam respectable driver again... . Thank you again for assistance Ye!!

Would give 10 stars if I could! Thank you Carla for helping me figure out how to put on my windshield wipers in the RAIN and the DARK!! Shout out to yeyson for standing in the rain too and lending a hand. Appreciate them!!

Great service and a nice new store. I m happy they finally opened an Autozone here! I got new wiper blades and they helped me find the silicone ones and installed them for me. I ended up getting some cleaning wipes and it was still less than I thought it would cost just for the wipers.

The young lady was all alone at the store but she did her best to help the customers...she shouldn't have been there all alone so I have nothing but praise for her service but the delivery was supposed to take two days n later found out fed ex had some problems n it would take 3 extra days..I wasn't impressed...I never had that problem w other stores...they better get a.more reliable delivery system.This was the store on San Rafael on Bellam st

They got people working over there who dont know anything, called over there for a price qoute for some thermo quiete brake's and some strouts and the dude put me on hold because he didnt know what thermo quiete brakes were, what a joke!! Got better car autoparts in marin then this!!

Poor phone service. Called and asked if I could give them a part number and the woman I was speaking with refused to check the part number without asking me year make model trim and engine size and wether it was 4wd or not. This seems like auto parts for dummies. I already had the part number! Also they currently have no overnight service, so the part I needed, while in stock at nearby stores, takes 6 days to come thru the postal service. There are better established auto parts dealers in town that provide better customer service and have better availability at this time.

Lady working wasn t able to look up part number for me for some reason due to not having year make or model wether I told her my truck was swapped or not. Overall terrible customer service and wont be going back!
