Audi Marin Service Department always exceeds expectations. Brittany, our service advisor, is always so helpful in scheduling appointments and answers all our questions!She provides great customer service throughout our experience. We receive timely notifications while the car is in service to keep us updated. At completion of the service, a detailed video provides information on each area of service that was done and on future needs. Great job Audi Marin Service Department.

My entire experience with the service department was excellent. Ian and Alma were both extremely friendly and helpful during the entire process; each is a credit to the organization. My car was serviced promptly and a damaged tire was replaced under warranty without question. Overall, I was very pleased and will be back. George

They got me in quickly, and fixed the problem quickly as well as performed the needed service. I was in and out within two business days. Brittany was my service advisor and she was helpful, timely, and communicated all along the way. She was great!

As always Gene exceeds the norm and goes above and beyond to provide great communication, support and follow through. He is the reason I keep having my vehicle serviced there and why anytime I consider buying an Audi, Audi Marin is it!! He supplied video footage of the issue, that was really cool!

working with Audi Marin is always a breeze! Ian in Service is always super attentive to the needs of my vehicle and my time. Ian stayed in close contact with me while my vehicle was in for a minor repair, and the technician that worked on my vehicle even sent me a video walking through what they did. Very cool! Would definitely recommend servicing your Audi here.

Took 5 days for them to find the issue with my car. Just to find out it was loose suspension components causing the issue. The txt service was convenient to keep me pretty up to date. My biggest complaint is why did it take 5 days to find some loose components. I kept getting the the problem is not as straightforward we are gonna need more time. Which really means no one is looking at my car. Just tell me that instead. Don t give me the runaround. Be truthful. That s not with just Audi of Marin. This is how most car service departments are. Really sad.

Great experience from start to finish. Bill was the parts guy and Gene was my service advisor. Our insurance company uses a national glass company. I waited three weeks and glass company said we still can t get part. I called Audi Marin . The part was received the next day and installed the same day. Excellent service and result!!!

The service was impeccable. Ian was great. I was blown away that the loaner car was my exact car so there was no surprise in driving it. Smooth sailing all the way around. And my car looked amazing when I picked it up I had the ceramic glaze done.

Called about my oil pan leaking again (They repaired it 8months ago) to see if they guaranteed their work. Service lady said bring it in we can fix it for you. Brought it in, not only did they make me pay them so they can tell me what I already knew, but they didn t honor their work, and told me I had to pay full to fix the issue. I said no way, not having someone who couldn t fix it the first time have another crack at it. They could have simply told me when I called they were not gonna honor the work and save me time. They didn t, they wanted me to bring it in so they can charge me. Stay away from this place.

Wow! Huge improvement since the last time I scheduled an appt. I was able to get my car in quickly, a courtesy car was available, and I had great service and communication with Brittany through the process.
