Anthony s Auto Craft rocks! Had the pleasure of working with the team there, including Peter who went above and beyond to help me out. Got me in quickly. Took care of all my issues and got my car back to me in two days. He had his finger on the pulse the whole time and communicated with me and kept me up-to-date. Work quality is 10/10 no issues. Receptionist x2 both amazing! Thank you to the whole team!

I am really pleased with the professionalism, care and quality work at Anthony s! Tino impressed me with his kindness and responsiveness, and it was always a joy to deal with the extended team (updates, appointments, and even the paperwork!)

Recently got some major scratches on my car, probably from a box being delivered that rubbed hard on the fender. there were many deep scratches in a large area. I have always taken my cars to Anthonys for all body work and been very satisfied with their work. I took the car in for their advice on the scratches, the estimator, said can I have your keys, let me see what my detailing department can do, I said sure. Literally 15 minutes later he was back and was able to remove all the scratches but 1 that was to deep. I was totally impressed, said what do I owe you , answer nothing, we appreciate your business. Now that is customer service!!!!!!

Really great at being persistent to gain your business. Body work was good.Took three weeks longer than expected and the day it was complete they were hounding me for payment and to pick up the car. Zero advance notice and I was out of town. They didn t care. Also charged me more than insurance allowed (USAA) and basically said too bad . I ve been following up for a week now regarding the additional claim money as they were to send additional details to USAA. Zero response from texts or phone calls. I m very reasonable and extremely responsible and didn t really enjoy this experience of being taken for granted at all.Service: Body & Trim

Anthony's did a stellar job redoing my rear bumper after a big rig ripped it off while parked. Marcaisse managed my experience and provided first class service from start to finish. Terrible customer service. Gal answered the phone with a massive attitude told me she couldnt help me and nearly hung up on me. When I asked to be transfered to someone who can help. Front desk helped kindly. I asked about the girl in the back and she knew exactally who I was talking about and adked me to speak with her manager about it. When I spoke with him he had the same attitude, said im not a customer and ask what do I want.

I can t say enough of how happy we are of the work Anthony s has done for us, my Wife s Tesla looks amazing, better than when we first bought even! The team is efficient, timely and reliable with amazing service from beginning till finish. We truly appreciate the wonderful job and we believe from our own experience that no others can do as well of a job as Anthony s!

Great customer service. Top notch facility. Ferraris, Maseratis, Benz's, Beemers and all sorts of other cars are trusted in the hands of these folks. My car was repaired as a Tesla insurance claim. I did have to leave it with them longer than expected to fix certain overlooked details in the finish which I didn't find acceptable. They took care of it but it did take over a month all said and done. My circumstances were unique so I imagine it's usually a faster turn around. Limited lifetime warranty on the work seems like a big plus.

I took my car into Anthony s for an estimate. I have a pretty special paint job on my car, it s a factory color but very rare. I spoke with estimator Marcus, he came out and looked at my car as I was inquiring about getting a part painted. He didn t seem to take my inquiry too seriously and almost laughed at the thought of how hard it will be to acquire my paint code. He said he d call me back either that day (this was a Friday) or the following Monday. I got no calls, so I called into them a few days later and spoke with Marcus. He said he forgot about me! What?! I told him no worries but that I was still interested in getting the work done. Again he said he d talk to his paint guy and get back to me. No call back still and it s been 2 weeks, going on 3. I m aware of the rarity of the color and how it can be difficult to obtain but that s no excuse for not calling a potential customer back or not communicating that it s something they can t do. Simple to follow through! Avoid this place if you can!

A very reputable body shop. Your car will be done correctly with the showmanship/ craftsmanship with accuracy, quality and detail. Staff are professional and work well with insurance claims. Level of craftsmanship comes with patience, so don t be in a hurry to get your car back. Car is returned perfectly when it is done.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

This is the place to go of you need work on a high-end car. Todd Ballenger is great to with, was on my side to save money where possible and overall fair priced for the quality of work. I'd you have a Ferrari or other Italian exotic, Todd is a car guy and will treat you fairly.Service: PaintingService: Painting

These guys are the best in the bay area and have been for longer than I have been alive. I met an old tiger with some vintage rides that are truly cherry and he said not to go anywhere else. I'm glad I listened to him. He was right.

Tesla re paint and fish on three side of my tesla x. Hats off to back and front office at Anthony s great communication through the process. Work looks great. i will try to update in 12 months.

EXPENSIVE...DONT GO THERE W A CHEVY...THEY WILL LAUGH U OUT OF THERE...BUT REALLY IS HIGH END CAUSE ITS FOR THE WELL TO DO CAR PEOPLE N YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR...THIS PLACE IS VERY NICE N DO A GREAT JOB N PROVE THE OLD ADAGE THAT...."THOSE THAT SAY MONEY DOESNT BUY HAPPINESS JUST DONT KNOW WHERE TO SHOP"AND THIS PLACE PROVES IT!!AS SOON AS I SMASH MY TESLA IM COMING HERE TO HAVE HER FIXED UP!IT IS WHAT IT IS PEOPLE....IF SOMEONE WORKS HARD N HAVE THE MONEY FOR EXPENSIVE TOYS THATS GREAT N GOOD FOR THEM....NO ONE IS EQUAL WHEN IT COMES TO MONEYTHIS PLACE CATERS TO PEOPLE WHO EXPECT THE BEST N THEY WILL PAY FOR IT N I COMMEND THEM BECAUSE ITS A GREAT BUSINESS ACUMEN...BEEN HERE A LONG TIME N THEY ARE THRIVING!!GOOD SHOW!

The manager is serving the 1% only & refused to give me an estimate because my car was not a 1% vehicle. Don't bother with this Negative Snobby Nancy. My family had our cars fixed there for years yet the management has become snobby. A very unpleasant experience.

Second time I've brought cars to Anthony's - both new Mercedes. First time I had a very bad and sad rear panel damage on a 2013 E350 caused by a teenager who didn't see my car. Sean took care of me - the result was unbelievable - like the accident never happened. Likewise today just got my new 2015 S550 coupe back from Marcus after running over some fencing left on a small road. The bill was a fifth of what I expected and they did the job in a day. Again the result was like the damage never happened. What more can anyone ask for?

Had body and paint work done on a rare Ferrari at this shop on the recommendation of my Ferrari mechanic. Exceptionally high standards and craftsmanship. Impeccable repair/repaint! This is now my go-to shop for the best work possible!

Let's face it, you never want to go to an Autobody shop... but when you do need one its nice that Anthology's AutoCraft is there.You will be relieved from the pain of the job ahead. The Anthony's whole team meets you with professionalism, and assured confidence.From the the women in the front office who greet you and coordinate your rental cars and handle that all important paperwork to Sean who works up your quote, meets with your appraiser, and schedules and manages the repairs, to that final inspection before you sign off and take her back out on the road.If you need an autobody shop, and I hope you don't, go to Anthony's you will be satisfied you did.

The only place to take a Tesla or Mercedes in the bay area. All other luxury cars should only be worked at from this shop

There s a lot of body shops in San Rafael and I ve been to many of them. I couldn t be more pleased with the attention to detail I received at Anthony s auto craft.
