Rosalinda went above and beyond with providing fantastic service! She explained the issues with my car and kept me updated throughout the repair process. The prices are very fair and the work is very efficient! I was able to pick up my car quickly after. Thank you Rosalinda!

Rosalinda is the best. I got my oil changed 1/8/2024 and absolutely trustworthy repair shop with fair prices and great service. I ve been to a couple places in the area and they are the friendliest and do great work. Rosalinda explained all the process to me and did not make me feel inadequate or dumb, never worry about her charging; So grateful for her! Thank you!

Jason was very kind considerate. I was headed out on a cross country road trip and had an appointment for a Wednesday. After checking the weather, I realized I actually had to leave on a Wednesday to beat a snowstorm in the Sierras. I called him Tuesday to cancel my appointment, but he said if I could bring it in on Tuesday after 1 PM he wanted to check the car over to make sure there were no hidden issues. If that isn t amazing service, I don t know what is! Thank you, Jason! Five stars and you have a Return customer from here on out.

I have had such wonderful experiences at the SR AAA Autoshop. The staff and their service are warm, friendly and efficient. Special shout out to Rosalinda who went above and beyond to make my experience smooth, pleasant and economically friendly. I'll definitely be back!

I feel that my wife was completely taken advantage of by this company. We have AAA towing, so when the car died my wife had it towed here.The service was slow and incredibly expensive. $400 for an alternator that Autozone sells for half that price. They tried to charge $400 for a new battery! Then they added on charges for services we did not request.

I work for a business transporting the elderly. I called one morning to see if we could bring one of our vans in because the sliding door would not close all the way and it was in the stuck position. The lady answered the phone and said yes come one it and come see me and I'll take care of it. My driver brought the van down and within minutes our driver was back in no time. I asked the driver what happen and why was she back? The lady on the phone told me that we would have to leave the van all day. My driver told me that Rosalinda took the van made adjustments and sprayed it and also took care of the other side and it was all done. Everything was working and she told me how to maintain the rest of our vans so it doesn't happen again. I am so grateful for her input and helpfulness. I wish more people was like Rosalinda.

The overall experience at AAA was great. The team was friendly, warm, and patient. They spent the time to answer any questions I had. They did not push extra services and discussed every option with you. It felt like a family-run business. They care about the customer, and you walk away feeling confident that you left your car in good hands. Their team is highly experienced in their craft, but just as important, they care about their customers, and that is hard to find.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Great service. We had to get towed to AAA Repair in Davis because of overheating, which turned out to be a broken water pump. A month later, had more problems with the cooling system. Had towed to this San Rafael facility. AAA stood by their work and did a thorough repair including sensors, a new thermostate, etc. at ZERO cost. I can't imagine other repair facilities standing by their work like AAA. Rosalinda was particularly helpful with our repair.

The folks at AAA San Rafael Auto Repair Center are incredibly helpful and kind. While they weren't able to do the repairs I needed, they were integral in helping me get my car to a place that could. Rosalinda, in particular, went above and beyond to help.

Service beyond-beyond expectations! Starting with the 2 Jasons at the front counter, along with Rosa Linda, backed by an amazing crew of technicians, I have never, ever, ever experienced such genuine service quality, detailed analysis of the problem, regular updates, and going above and beyond in more ways than I could have imagined to resolve the problem and fix my car. This is by far the best service I have ever received from any service provider, anywhere! SUCH A REASONABLE PRICE for my 30k mile tune up on my 2019 Toyota . Excellent service by front office staff of Jason Kindt and technician xx Hernandez. I had seen this new location at 1001 Irwin, San Rafael, CA and thought I d give it a try. The 30k service on my car was $95 at your AAA place and at Novato Toyota they wanted $285 and at Judy s Automotive she wanted $325 - all for the same specs of what I needed done. AMAZING the difference in price and SO VERY PLEASED TO HAVE FOUND YOU -AAA SAN RAFAEL AUTO SEEVICE CENTER - I will be back

Man oh man! I am thrilled this AAA auto shop opened in my town. I booked my appointment ahead of time. I was recieved professionally and courteously. My car was done in less time then they project, while I waited in their comfortable facility. And I my wallet wasn't gouged beyond recognition. I have always taken my car to the dealer I bought it from, but that experience kept getting worse and worse! I will only be taking my Toyota Prius here from now on.

I have visited this AAA location for services three different times in the past year. I find the staff to always be very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They also take the time to explain what service is needed in easy to understand language. Their prices are very competitive and were less than I was paying at my local mechanic. Highly recommend!Services: Tires, Oil change

My accelerator cable snapped so I had it towed to these guys and they saved the day. Took care of my brakes too so my truck was ready for my road trip. Excellent service and good people

Had my car towed in from sacramento when my car broke down. The manager informed me it was my altenator and it would be $940.00 to fix! Not to mention the $99 inspectipn fee. I was on speaker phone and my friend next to me her parents own a autobody (which i totally forgot). She called and they could do it just reg price with original parts for $640.( not even friend hook up, just normal!) I called back the AAA rep and he was studdering as i told him i can get it $300 cheaper. He tried to say " well im sure its not original parts" i told him it was and he put me on hold and says he can do it for that price plus the inspection ..which i would have to pay either way. He did the work and when i went to pick up the car he nervously informed about my windows not rolling up ....he offered to check that out ( which im sure would have costed me another inspection fee then an hour or 2 of labor. I just wanted to leave as my trust was 100 percent gone after that $300 up charge.Btw i googled the window issue in the parking lot and when the battery diEs the window memory is lost and it took me all of 20 secs to fix BY ROLLING UP UP THE WINDOW HALF WAY. Feel like that should be a courtsey fix for almost $800!!Yeah i expected more of AAA and was severly dissapointed ...buncha crooks and they over charge ..watch out.Next time im going to Marin Express lube on francisco e blvd. They are honest.

Went to see if they could fix the nail in our tire. Sent us away to the competition. Didn't even try to help. We are AAA members horrible service.
