Recommended. I talked with the owner, Jeff on the phone about new tires for my car before a cross-country trip. He told me to come in for an estimate. He and another staff member looked at my tires and told I did not need new tires. He confirmed they had plenty of miles left for my drive to NY and then some. Two other shops told me I needed two to four new tires. Jeff recommended I come in for a tire rotation ($20) before leaving town. Good people running this business!

This review is for one of the employees at Richmond Tire, named Kalani. A tire blew out on my truck last week - he stopped to help me get the spare on despite some serious challenges. His family also sat by while he worked on my truck. I am so appreciative of him and his family! Thank you!

You can always count on Richmond Tire for fast, high quality, inexpensive tire repairs! They ve fixed/patched my tires more times than I want to think about. (That s because it s gonna make me thinkin bout how bad Bay Area roads are! )

The staff are always friendly, professional, quick and ready to help you attitude. My partner and I feel comfortable coming here because they sure aim to help each time. It's our place of choice price is right.

I've heard about how this place is the best place around so I had to check it out for myself when I got a nail in one of my tires. I was very happy with the service and speed that my tire was repaired. Highly recommend going here.

They fixed the punctured tire quickly and at a good price.The problem: the tire indicator was still on. Went to a different place; the repaired tire had 40 psi. (And another tire had 20 psi, but I did not ask them to check the other tires.)

Nice local place for tires. Not very expensive. They have both used and new tires for sale. They have always treated me very nice when I've been there just to check if I had a slow leak in my tires. I highly recommend them sometimes they are very busy though.

Support Black Owned Business. I've been coming here for years. Always a good, swift, enjoyable (as enjoyable as buying tires can be) experience. The custo.er service is great and they offer many options that would fit most budgets. They sell new and used tires.

Fair prices, professional staff, pleasure to work with. I took my daughter's car to them today to check a TPMS light. They replaced the bad sensors quickly and the price was 1/3 of the quote I got from another shop.I used to buy used tires from them for the last 20 years. Always great experience. Since I bought a new car I have not been there for a while. I did noticed today that they also sell new tires as well. I will be going to them again whenever I need tire work.Thank you for great work.

Had to get a tire went pulled up a gentleman walked out I told him what I needed and took care of me 15 min I was in and out with my spare tire. Will recommend this place . Great Job and consumer service.

Highlight: I was in and out for under $20 and the total time I spent worrying about the flat tire I had was under 30 minutes (from phone call around 1 to leaving the parking lot around 1:30)I called asking if they'd be able to patch a tire for a slow leak and if i should just show up or if i should make an appointment. They said they likely could patch it as long as the side wall wasn't punctured and to come on by. Quick and efficient-- I didn't even have to get out of my car. The parking lot is easy to maneuver in, as well. All around, a positive experience out of something that could have been extremely stressful.I would highly recommend to anyone having tire problems!Update:Went in for a punctured tire today, sadly the tire was too weak for them to repair it. They still had me out within 30 minutes with 2 new tires. They're all quick, efficient, and friendly.

We came to get are tire checked the guy told us that the tire was dry rotted and it needed to be change long story short the tire was still good for a while and the guy tried to play us.

The service was fast and informative. Had a leaky tire and it was off and inspected within 3 minutes of me pulling up. My options where clear and within 10 minutes i had a "new" used tire on my car. I was in and out in 15 with no questions. Amazing. Ill be coming back.

First time going here, customer service was excellent, and service was fast. Had a nail in my tire. I was in and out quickly. I will be back to get my tires rotated. Oh yes, love the prices.

Came here back in July 2019 to have my aftermarket wheels and tires mounted and installed. All of the fellas there are helpful and pride themselves on customer service which they went above and beyond when helping me with what I needed. When my current lug nuts didn t fit my new wheels they were able to get a hold of some options for me to choose from with in minutes from their other shop. They even set me up with the air valve stems needed as my wheels did not have any. They were nice to even throw my stock dirty wheels into large plastic bags for me to be able to put into my back seat as the trunk couldn t only fit 2 of the 4 wheels. This allowed me to avoid ruining my interior. Big Thank You to the owner and his team. Keep up the good work and customer service. I will be recommending friends and family.

Great find!! The service was friendly, the guys were no joke in terms of getting the job done quickly and efficiently. They even quoted the wrong lower price but still they honored the mistake and I saved even more. I will go back every time and recommend this place to everyone.Thanks for being more a people company than a revenue generating your only a number company....You guys rock!!

I'm not coming here no more I used to love this place but who ever this light skinned short dude is, is rude and cocky & tried to over charge me for some used tires mind you I just purchased a used tire from them like 2 week's ago. I stopped coming to D&D tire's to come here because I felt like they were more reasonable but the price I was charged I mine as well buy brand new tires if I can. Anyway lost my business & I will be telling other's to stay away.
