I was referred to Pit Stop for car service and an oil change by a friend, and I'm glad I went. Fredie, who assisted me, has a beautiful soul. He's warm, genuine, and authentic. He went above and beyond, finishing the servicing in timely manner, and his soul shines through all he does without him even trying to play nice, it s just obvious. Now, I have a trusted shop to rely on! I highly recommend this place to my friends and whoever is reading this review.

Came for rear brakes. Staff were very friendly and professional and the job was done as quick as it could be. Very pleased. Price very fair.

I had found this place on groupon to get my brakes done. Both front and back. The staff are really nice and friendly and they are fast and I was hoping the parts were reliable. They get 3 starts because my front wheels never stopped squeaking even after new brakes and rotors(just all in February). The noise would stop momentarily then something would kick back in again. I was told that if it doesn t stop (even after going back multiple times for them to check my brakes and sensors), I could buy my own brake pads and they would install them for free. I called today and explained that I was buying new brake pads due to the noise and was asking if I needed to get a new sensor as well even if it were only 2 months old whoever answered the phone was only interested in telling me that parts and labor would be over 500!! I repeated to the guy that I was told my install would be free and he kept repeating the $500+ price smh. Rotors and brakes are just 2 months old and all rusty too I don t see how, when I drive nearly every day. I ve never had this issue. So now I m throwing money away by going to get my front brakes and rotors replaced by another shop.

I have come here for all my cars for the past 3 years. The service is always quick. They are friendly. The price is very reasonable. GIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I found this place on Groupon while searching for a place to do oil change, i went there and the guy took my car inside, i was outside watching the procedure and the guy said to go sit in the office am not allowed at workshop i went next to the door of the office and start watching him and i notice that the guy didn t even change the Filter and that made me wondering if the oil type is really the good one that i paid for.

I'm very disappointed with Pit Stop. Long short story I paid over 400 hundred dollars to get my car fixed after repairing it the problem continues. I claimed one solution and they treated me like "it is what it is". Don't recommend at all. Save money and take your car to a real mechanic! Lost 400 hundred dollars!

Came here because my check engine light was on in my VEHICLE which meant time for an oil change. They did the Oil Change. Got in the car and the Check engine was still on. Asked the guy could he please reset it? He said $40.00.I will not patronize this money hungry crazed A hole ever again. Im like WTH?The companies response is BS as other legitimate companies will always clear up the oil light. Additionally they do not charge $250 as I've had this done previously. My finance and son have stated you are out of pocket and very shady.Service: Oil change

Horrible place, owner does not care and won t fix any problems made by his shop. Take it to pitstop in San Bruno, not the same owner or anything close, they are professional and will fix whatever the issue is without any backfire. WILL NEVER GO TO PIT STOP IN RICHMOND EVEN IF IT WAS FREE!!!Services: Exhaust, ElectricalServices: Exhaust, Electrical

Guy didn't know very much English he doesn't even know letters and number to check on lisence number on your car.I don't recommend this place to anyone safe your money and go elsewhere.
