I recently visited Oil Changers on El Portal Drive in San Pablo for an oil change and I was extremely impressed with the service I received. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They took great care of my car and had me back on the road in no time.I appreciated the fact that they didn t try to upsell me on unnecessary services, which is something I ve experienced at other auto shops in the past.Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Oil Changers on El Portal Drive and I will definitely be returning for all of my future oil changes and maintenance needs. I highly recommend them to anyone in the San Pablo area looking for a top-notch auto service shop. Five stars all the way!

I love the service I received . Did a check of my vehicle they found a nail and some sort of sharp metal in two different tires . My wiper blades needed changing. Bottom line I felt I wasn't going to be taken advantage of. Loved my visit

A busy rainy day did not stop customer service from being top tier! Nykimbe, made sure that all the customers (in the long line) were acknowledged (IN THE RAIN!) and I would still managed to go the extra mile. Gonna recommend this location from now on.

I have always had great service here. The guys are careful with my car, always point out things that may become problems in the future and answer any questions. I'll keep coming back.And I appreciate the 3 for 4 oil credit card.

Kimbe, Luis and Luis were very professional and friendly. They took great care of my Jeep and even had a dog treat for my co-pilot. I highly recommend this location

I ve been going to this specific location for over 2 years now, they have shown great work ethic s and respect to there customers. They shown that there really professional at there job and trustworthy. I recommend anybody that needs basic services on there vehicle too come to Oil Changers on El Portal in San Pablo!

They left my maintenance required light on and when I went back today to have them help me remove it, they treated me very poorly and did not want to reset the light.I and my family have several cars, and they maintain them. I think it is not the way to serve a client because they would only have wasted about two minutes doing it. We will not use this place again. This is not the first time this has happened to us.

I really do feel like the great technicians at this location have my safety in mind! Always fun and professional with me and each other! They pat extra attention to details and that means a lot. I ll be back (again) in 5k miles :)

I love Oil Changers, especially this location, which is closer to my house. I took a chance going there after work, because I always go on my day off in the mornings. But the line was short and the mechanics were super-friendly and very upbeat near the end of the day. I always receive quality service, plus more. I will always keep coming to this location in San Pablo, Ca. I liked how the mechanics listed in the notes area of my invoice, what other things needed to be taken care of on my car. I was there only for the oil change and will be returning for the other things that they noted that needs to be done. Take your car here. It's good that you can stay in your car and conversate with the mechanics. They are very pleasant and so friendly.

The team at Oil Changers definitely were thorough with their service for my sedan. I was due for an oil change and decided to come by this location since they had serviced my car previously for a coolant top off. The value for the service you're getting is definitely worth it, many other places may charge a lot more than this location. I would consider it budget-friendly since they aren't trying to sell you unnecessary services.Every employee seemed very respectful and polite with all of the customers. I truly felt like I was being taken care of service wise. Michael and Kimbe were quick to answer any questions I had regarding my vehicle's fluids and sensors.They also made sure to not make me feel pressured like many other businesses have.would also like to add on that the ambience for the employees seemed great and refreshing. All of the employees kept a great work pace and did not seem to slow down at any moment while I was there. Management seems to be doing a great job with this specific location.Thank you guys!Service: Oil change

Nykimbe did my oil change today. He was extremely friendly and made the experience nice. I d definitely go back to this location. Also, the full service didn t take long at all. My car was dirty when I went but they still clean your windshield. I was bummed out when I asks Nykimbe to wash my full car with the windshield cleaner and he respectfully declined and told me to find my nearest pool to drive it through lol very nice oil change location. I ll be back in 5,000 miles, maybe even 3,000 if I remember for a free top off.

Took my wife's car in for an oil change. Max the mechanic there did an amazing job with his recommendations and he had a positive attitude. Great customer service and interactions as well as with other employees.Customer service like this is what drives the place and keep customers coming back.
