I highly recommend this Firestone location . I have been to other tire shops and this is by far the best. GREG is amaZing! And helped me in a bind with tires. He has helped me tremendously multiple times with my tires. I have been coming here for all my tire and car needs. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Thanks Greg for always being resourceful and quick to help me with my car.

I have been to this Firestone twice for my car and they have always done a great and thorough job. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Felix is an awesome person to work with, he really takes care of the customers.

Peter my customer service rep was knowledgeable, he informed me of the best options. Spoke to me about the quality of my existing tires. He helped me make an appointment and did not pressure me to stay when the time did not work for me. The store was clean and tidy very comfortable to wait in. Peter kept me updated and informed and provided exceptionally courteous professional service. We will definitely be back

Short-handed, chaos, disorganized.Came in with appointment, car stayed in parking lot for 2 hrs before getting into garage. Extra 1 hr before getting a cost estimate for replacing one pair of brake pad plus a basic oil change. Another extra 2 hrs to get requested service done. I came to this location due to convenience of closest to my home, the costs are high, not cheap.Apparently all the chaos were due to short-handed and nothing to do with the technicians, they worked hard and around the clock.Also, the online appointment system need to be fixed. It was a joke to make appointment then being treated as a walk-in. Waiting time is too much for basic services.

We hit a hazard on the freeway resulting in complete blowout and multiple warning lights after spare tire change. We immediately came to Firestone and even though it was Sunday, Felix got us in right away and Juan replaced the blown tire. Both gentlemen are extremely kind, helpful and professional, easing our anxiety and getting us back on the road very quickly. We re very grateful to Felix for his personal kindness as well as Juan for his fast and proficient technical skills. Above and beyond! Thank you gentlemen!

Friendly service @ the front desk. They found my information (lifetime alignment) faster this time. Applied an oil change 'coupon' for me without bringing one in. Synthetic oil $59. Waited in there spacious waiting room from 11-1 p.m. So, 2 hrs, but fresh water & coffee available. Tv was on, so time passes- and use my earplugs for quiet. Easy to make appointment by phone; recommend it!

Horrible customer service. This place will not do the job you ask for instead they tell you a number of services that your car doesn t need. They are excellent at wasting your time. This place is a straight money grab doesn t seem like they care when you bring your car for work that they don t make money from ( patching a tire, rotations, alignment). The secret is to decline all recommendations and ask them to do what you specifically asked them to do.

Arrived late on a Friday evening after blowing a tire driving from Sacramento. When googling tire shops near me, Firestone was not on the list. After calling other shops who were either too busy or closing soon I found Firestone on Hilltop. Again it was late Friday and I didn t get a tow until after 5, they were able to help me get back on the road. Super grateful for the easy experience after a chaotic day. Felix, had excellent customer service and super polite and professional. Thank you!!

They say they are a complete automotve center .... they diagnosed my car and said the engine computer was bad .. but they couldnt replace it .. so i got one myself and did .. and the time before that i asked if they could flush and replace my Power steering fluid while i was having a tune up and they said they couldnt do that .. thats easy stuff .. so they shouldnt say they are a complete automotive center !!! So stupid

Not too good, not too bad. Every time I came here for my tires issues, they always can fix that. But they always take a while to complete instead immediately, maybe they short of staffs. I ordered 2 tires from them in the store lately, first day they said did not need to put down any payment. Once I back home, they called me again that I have to pay, or they couldn t put the order. 2nd day I went there and paid everything, then they said ok. I don t understand why they didn t let me pay in day 1, that s why they have to have a clear idea before let customers know.

Wouldn t recommend coming here to get any work done as they could care less about the appointments you keep. I woke up early in the morning to get a simple maintenance check and made sure the appointment was set to a time where they could complete such a simple task quick and easy. But boy was I wrong. It takes them over 3 hours just to bring your vehicle in their garage! I could ve done so much in that span of time, like go to an actual maintenance repair shop who respect their customers time. Don t waste your time here if you have a choice.

4 star for the guy who works in the morning shift. He was kind of rude, not to me but the Asian guy before me who had taken online appointment and showed but he explained that they can t accept online appointments, they must call in the store for appointments.He could say that nicely too, but was very rude in my opinion.Car Service was fine.Delivery was on time.They claim to be too busy and short staff, so don t go on Sundays without calling in first.Thanks all

Best experience there. Gary was super helpful and made me feel 100% comfortable and confident in purchasing new tires. I'm really happy with my service here and highly recommend. I also think Gary deserves a raise because his customer service is stellar. Thank you Gary!!!

Would have been a 5 however I made an appointment the day before and when I arrived early for my appointment was told the wait was going to be longer than expected so I had to take a Lyft home and back which cost extra money because I didn't want to wait 4 hours for a wheel alignment.

I want to give zero stars on Firestone complete Auto Care. I made an appointment but the store employee said 6 customers were ahead of me. Firestone's website allows booking your appointments for a particular time even if many customers already occupied the same time which causes a very long waiting time at the shop. The store posted a sign to get 5% off when you apply for the store credit card and also one employee from the store confirm the 5% discount so I applied it but I didn't receive the 5% discount. In-store prices are higher than online quoted prices but the store refused to honor the online quoted prices. Stay away from the Firestone storeServices: Tires, Wheel alignment

Went to get a new set of tires. I can understand the staff was swamped on a sunday. I'm more upset about the work that was done. I have a flat tire on one of the new tires that they put on. That tire is also missing an air cap.... I barely drove on these new tires and I have a flat? is this a joke?

What's the point of making an appointment if, now, two hours after said appointment time my car still has not been looked at. Even as I watch people that arrived after me with later appointments than me get there cars looked at and finished getting their work done.

Firestone is the nearest auto repair shop near me, but next time I'll take the extra couple minute drive to bring my car elsewhere. I don't recommend anyone bringing their car to Firestone due to poor service, not to mention unenthusiastic customer service. Every time I've brought my car to Firestone, I come out more disappointed than the last. This was the last straw and the last time I bring my car to Firestone.I brought my car in because I was pretty sure my transmission fluid was leaking hoping that the service technicians could pinpoint the leak and give me a quote on the fix. I mentioned that the transmission oil was a dark brownish color (probably because it was dirty) and they said that it's probably an engine leak since it's brown oil and they'll have to run engine diagnostics. I was pretty sure it was a transmission leak and I even showed them a picture of the soaked transmission, but I thought, maybe I'm wrong so I went with it.They charged me around $150 to run an engine diagnostic to find potential issues/leaks with the engine. When I came to pick up the car, I was expecting that they found the leak. Instead, they told me that they don't work on transmissions with more than 100k miles (which would have been good to know ahead of time) and that it might be an internal transmission leak. $150 to tell me they don't work on transmissions over 100k and couldn't identify anything?Now, for the kicker. Firestone does a courtesy check every time you bring your car in for a service. On the paper they gave me for the courtesy check, it said "low on engine oil". Mind you, I changed the engine oil less than a month ago. Simultaneously, while I am paying I ask if anything was found on the engine diagnostics because that doesn't seem normal. The person at the counter tells me that the $150 was for identifying the leak and I said no, it was not. Then he goes back to the technician to ask about it and they say they aren't able to provide anything on the engine diagnostics. If I was low on engine oil, and I changed it less than a month ago, I would presume an engine diagnostic would show something abnormal. That's to say if they ever ran an engine diagnostic.To summarize, I got charged $150 for them to hold my car for 6 hours, probably not run an engine diagnostic, stare at it, and tell me that it might be an internal transmission leak and they can't service it because its over 100k miles. Very disappointing experience.

I hate to even give it one star.I dropped my car off to install tires.They just called me and told me they can't install the tires because their lift is broken. I asked why can't you use a floor jack and remove the tires and complete the job, they stated they don't do that (lazy is my guess).So I wasted my day waiting for my car.FYI, they installed the tires that are in the car now. This is not how to treat customers.The worst customer service I have ever had.I cant wait for the 'were sorry to hear your disappointed' reply. They obvioulsy dont treat any reviews with merit. Sad place.

Great, fast, and friendly service! Everyone was great and gave so much information! I am definitely returning, and telling my family and friends to bring their cars here. They provide the best service and go above and beyond to help with any concerns. Not just that, they took the time to show the difference in tires that I had chosen and gave me the best recommendation based on my needs. The warranty they provide is none like any other, they really stick by their word!!!

Customer service front desk is good, but one of the slowest shops I been to. Made an appointment to change one tire. Arrived 1 hour early and the car wasn t finished until 3 hours after the appointment. Mom and pop shops I been too have had 7-10 car lines that finished all those cars and mine in less time.

I came to this fire stone in dire need of my tire being fixed and my rim was bent they did take the time to look at it and assess it and they said they didn t wanna be liable they didn t even take the time to ask me if I had a spare which I end up finding out I do I ve damn near had an anxiety attack and I m not putting that on them but it s the lack of human compassion and interaction because they were having a busy day and he wanted to be rude when I said I would wait and I said I would pay and I don t know the name of the man who work out in the shop he s a shorter slender man probably late 20s I pray God bless him and give him everything he needs in life because that s someone who understands.

Good work done and reasonable prices. Paid $160 for two new tires and they checked my alignment, listed check engine fault codes along with mounting and balancing the new tires. Car feels great now. Thank you to Iris, a true professional.

We have went here three times and each time had. Problem. First one was we got an oil change for our Diesel truck and they did not put enough oil in it. Then we needed tires for it we called and they had plenty of the tire we needed made an appointment and they just ran out of that tire and only had the ones that was double the price. Took my car in same thing tires they just sold the tires I made an appointment for had to get the more expensive tires due to me having to travel and had to leave immediately. Then this time I had to go pick up my grandchildren and had to be up north before 1:30 so made an appointment at 9:30 thought plenty of time. Nope had oil change on truck again cause it needs to pick them up the kids but had to get it first and needed a gas filter. Oil change was low again and the gas filter they had would not work I had a special filter which was a total lie but to to late to argue it, it took from 9:30 to 12,15 for an oil change and gas filter they could not put on. Never go back there again. Place is not worth it frustration

While working for a company and handling as a subcontractor- the cars we brought in were a mess... And they kept fixing them on time (or sooner) at reasonable prices (for both emergency and regular maintenance) I even took my own personal vehicle at one point due to their quality and service; it's a bit pricier than the locals, but there's no gamble to the quality of work.If I had lived nearby/closer- this would be my go to place for my own vehicle.
