All the staff were super friendly and explained the whole process. They were able to answer any questions I had. I was expecting to be without my truck for at least a week, but they were prompt with getting the parts needed and kept me updated the whole time! And I was able to get my truck back within 2 days! The office was also super clean.

Everyone in the shop was helpful, friendly and professional. I was impressed by the service from beginning to end . Only once have I had work done on a car of mine by a much lauded repair shop. They took more than a month to get it back to me and the work was unsatisfactory. Caliber Collision got it back to me in a week!!!My car came back looking new. They even touched up some scratches for free. From start to finish they made the experience easy, including having a rental company pick me up with a rental to use .To say the least: I think Caliber Collision is superb in every way!

Been here when it was San pablo auto body. Terrible experience. Came in to have bumper and fender replaced. Fit and finish wasn't aligned. Bumper clips on both sides don't hold, the corners keep popping off. Wouldn't recommend this place

Great service. Mario was fantastic in all aspects from the assessment through completion of service. They estimated 3 working days to replace my bumper but they had it done in 24 hours! Quality work and great communication.

The gentleman that checked me in was very professional. Francisco was very professional and detailed to what needed to be done with my car the front of my car looks good as new. I recommend this body shop.

Hit and run . Early morning, called up Caliber took my car, estimate given. Took my car in on a Tuesday and received it back following Friday. No dilly dally. Kept me up to date during complete process!! Excellent service!!

The Service Advisor was very thorough and knowledgeable about what was required to repair our car, 2024 Subaru Outback.When picking up the vehicle it was not possible there had been any damage to the left left front fender.He explained in detail the repairs that were made. Definitely a Big Thumbs up!

I got into a fender bender earlier this month and my insurance used this company and location to repair my car. I saw they had 4.5 stars and many reviews so I felt relieved about that. I was happiest with the time frame, they got my car done in about two weeks. All things considered, I was very grateful that it did not take over a month or any longer than the projected time. Phillip Wong was very positive and pleasant to interact with. All of the employees seemed to be that way. The quality of the work was very good, I am satisfied. Considering that I ended up having to use caliber s services due to a negative incident (minor fender bender), I got a very positive outcome out of the situation. Go to Caliber Collision in San Pablo
