Manager Jason G is such a sweetheart. He was so patient and helpful with helping my Dad find the appropriate battery for his Nissan. He was honest and gave his expertise when recommending. He also assisted him with installing the new battery. I highly recommend this store location. I observed other staff assisting clients with testing their batteries and processing warranty claims. Very professional, mannered, warm and friendly. Jason G addressed all of our concerns. This is the second time he has helped me. The first time he helped me with a burned out headlight so I wouldn't be cited with a fixing ticket.

I've been going to this AutoZone location for all of my cars needs. They are professional and courteous. Especially for people with disability like myself. They are very knowledgeable and always resolve my car needs very quickly I would recommend my friend and my family to go to this location for their auto need. Here the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. the manager are very friendly and courteous.Thank you

Yesterday I came to buy some parts for my vehicle and I was assisted by two employees Delmus and Rodolfo and both employees were great. Silvia the store manager has done a great job gathering such a great team. I have gone to other locations and the service is always not pleasant. By far this has always been the store to go to. The help is always genuine and the staff is always eager to help. Great job to the store manager, she's always in the front making sure everything is running smooth. The community appreciates her!

I love shopping at this location. Silvia has a great store and a great staff. Have been coming here for years and it always feels like you get treated like family. They take their time with their customers.I appreciate them all the time especially right now with this virus going around,they are remaining positive and outgoing and being super calm in the midst of the chaos. Thank you Silvia and to her team for being so great to us. Customer service is not easy, but they make it seem like its easy.if i could five them 50 stars I would! =)

Sonia was exceptional helpful and sincere. I love going to this store as the staff are friendly, carrng and helpful. My experience started with Sylvia the store manager when I ordered some parts for my sons BMW. She handled the order professionally and quickly. And also did a prompt follow up when the parts arrived.Then yesterday, Sonia continued the legacy of exceptional customer service legacy. They are the best.

The staff here are very helpful and friendly. They always have what I need, I recently needed 2 new coils and spark plugs and the manager had already ordered my additional coils so they were there before I arrived. I had to get a new battery yesterday and the guy showed me my last battery wasn't the correct size, now my car runs great

Very good experience! The employees are very professional & make you feel welcome. They helped me install my headlight even thought it was raining, he did it with pleasure, i believe his name was Alvaro . after i decided to go back in, a young man named Rodolfo helped me pick out some cleaning supplies for the inside of my car. I would give you guys 10 starts if i could.

Friendly, helpful albeit it took about 8min for sister store to locate the item I needed but they had it at a great price. Was a little taken aback by the lack of awareness of the pinole store's staff not wearing their mask over the nose made me real nervous as its equivalent to not wearing a mask.

been comming here for years. great customer service. They are a very busy store but make sure that each customer is being taken care of. The store manager is always running the counter with her employees and has a great team. This store is the my favorite store to come to!

As soon as you walk in that door you can feel the good energy. Everyone is willing to help. The store does seem to get really busy out of nowhere but man i d rather wait here a good 5 min in line & get helped. I like how the line is set up, everyone patiently waits in line and i like thatGIVE EVERYBODY IN THIS STORE A RAISE!

Employees are present but seemed to be disengaged or complacent as it applies to customer service, the store itself seemed gloomy and disorganized. The reason I gave three stars was due to a young woman working on the floor that was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. I have shopped at AutoZone for as long as I have owned a car and love the brand. This experience just did not meet what I am accustomed to when I visit AutoZone. I hope this helps.

One of the few stores that have great customer service they want to help you find a solution to your problem, if they don t have a part they make sure they can get it for you as soon as possible. The staff is very welcoming and helpful, Sylvia is one the most car knowledgeable person I have met.

This is by far my favorite autozone to come to, well the only autozone i go to because i ve gone to the other autzones in the area & the employees are mostly rude. When i go to this store i feel very welcomed & always get helped no matter how busy it is. I notice that every employee is attentive to their customers. Every single person in that store is so sweet & nice & such hard workers, & that long haired store manager i think her name is Silvia is running a great store. Y all l need to let her know that the community appreciates her.

The store manager always makes sure I get the parts that I need. She understands that I run a business as well and need to satisfy my customers for returned business, Silvia has always gone above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. The fact that oreillys being so close I imagine would cause stress for sales but the customer service at this autozone is exceptional and unparalleled. Thank you Silvia for your professionalism and commitment to your customers.

My favorite location to come to. Store manager Silvia opened a commercial account for me a few years back and I appreciate the service I receive every time I go in. Her team is always willing to help. I m a customer for life.

Great Customer Service I was so impressed, I walked in there not knowing anything and all the employees were so welcoming and friendly, they helped me with everything I needed, also the store manager was amazing she was so helpful, I forgot her name but beautiful young lady she knew all her stuff, I will definitely be going back to this location!!!!

Best auto zone to come to! Always a smooth process for the things I need. Store is always organized and well maintained. Highly recommended to come to this location, customer service is what always gets me to come back
