Unfortunately Neighbor at work hit the front bumper due to a medical emergency. I automatically called my Allstate agent and highly recommended Spencer. I called Geico the day before Shelley contacted me but I trust my agent more so i went with Proline. When I got there and asked for Geico to send out an estimator, Proline drove me to the nearest Enterprise. After 2 weeks got my car fixed, fresh and buffed/polished like it was brand new. One look and I knew they took care of my ride. I appreciate them for doing excellent work and Thanks to Proline for being easy to work/talk with.

Extremely friendly service and great place to get your car fixed. They repaired my vehicle back to brand new condition. They made sure I didn't leave until I was completely satisfied with their work.The best part, the final price ended up being less than the original quote. Overall this place has been my best experience ever getting my car repaired.

Been bringing my cars here for over a decade, and every time Spencer always goes the extra mile to make my cars look brand new. Michelle is always on top of everything, no messages every get lost. Superb service and quality!

Who gives this people 5 star!! It is 45 days that they have a friends car in hand and they just come up with more costs and more time! I am not even sure if they are good enough to know how to put pieces back together. Very unhappy with the current situation for her. I might improve my rating if car eventually get out, but for now no hope, I personally won t bring my car here.

My wife took our Honda Odyssey in to fix the rear bumper (someone hit her). We got the car back, and not only did they fix everything perfectly, they fully detailed the van at no charge and the interior looks the newest since we bought it new in 2014 (we have six daughters ages 7-16 and they ve hammered it over the last 4 years). I ve owned over 30 cars and had bodywork done here and there over the years, and I ve never seen anything like this.
