I stopped by Nor Cal after my car was making noises on the highway. Phil immediately pulled out the Jack and diagnosed the problem. He gave a quick quote and timeframe for the job. He s an honest and helpful mechanic. Check him out!

Quality Work, Attention to Detail, Competitive & Fair Pricing. Highly Recommend Phil at Nor Cal Automotive for all you mechanic & car service needs!Cars of mine he's maintained/fixed/repaired:1994 Acura Legend2006 Volvo XC902017 Toyota Tacoma V6 4x42016 Lexus GX460(I'm probably forgetting some too)Although, I haven't owned any - I've seen a lot of trucks (diesel & gas), domestic cars, and performance cars & trucks in the shop.Recently found out he does tires at a great rate too!Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Air conditioning, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

I have been taking my car to Phil for a few years now I could not be happier with the level of service I receive from him. He is a very, very knowledgeable mechanic who will help save costs and not sell you a part or service that you don't need. In addition, I really like knowing that Phil is an all around mechanic for multiple things on the car. I had a classic car for a while that needed a new radiator, and instead of taking it to a radiator shop, Phil handled all of it for me. In addition, I recently needed a new set of tires for a different car I had. Phil did the tires too and it was even cheaper than what Wheel Works or Costco quoted for the job.IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A MECHANIC, GO TO NOR-CAL AUTOMOTIVE.

in this already very stressful life, having to look for a reliable and wonderful auto mechanic is like finding a needle in a haystack.. out if the 4 shops i called, Phil was d only 1 who answered my call and gave me his assurance to take a look at my car on a saturday even if his shop was already closed. i dont hve to narrate the whole story however, the ending was an epic job and a huge smile on my face...problem solved...this very nice guy has awesome customer service too..tks Phil! u deserve the rating..

Very glad I found this place. Overall great experience. Phil is knowledgeable, honest and an overall great guy.I highly recommend this place to anyone needing service in the Bay Area.
