Had a nail in the tire and did a walk in, ma s auto was able to do the repair within an hour and charged very reasonable price. Greatly recommended!

the best auto repair shop in the Bay Area pow takes care of all my cars. They are not like your average repair shops that try to rip you off they are honest and have great mechanic and stand by their work 100%

Never actually used Ma but my review is based on a price quote received for a brake and lamp inspection. Ma quoted me $199 each ($400 total) for the 2 inspections. Called another local location and was able to get both inspections done for $160 total. Ma's quote was excessive and price gouging in my view.

Ma's�is a great place to take your car for any repairs. I have been going there for over 5 years and the pricing is great and I always know I am being treated fairly. On one visit I was told to go to my car dealership because the repair was still under warranty!!! WHO DOES THAT?MA'S does that and that's why I go back. Complete honesty!Mike

Lovely experience getting new tires here yesterday. They were able to help very quickly and Andre was a lifesaver in navigating the process.I ll echo what others have said if you want an auto service you can trust, Ma s is a great place to go.

These guys are great! Super service, excellent prices, very clean and professional shop. I purchased tires online and they installed them for me, usually it's not a big deal but I purchased tires which were slightly different than mfg spec (harder rubber.) They took the time to understand the different - most shops flatly refused.

I had a great experience at Ma s! I was down the street for a meeting when I noticed that the engine cap was loose and scrapping the road while I drove. I stopped by Ma s and am so happy I did!!!! Percy helped me out and fixed it for me free of charge in no time. Forever grateful to Percy! Excellent customer service and genuinely cares about his customers. I will definitely come by for future repairs.

They are always thorough to review and report any existing and potential issues to their customers so that informed decisions can be made to repair and service those issues. The mechanic team here is very good. I took in a 1998 Volvo S70 T5 to have its timing belt serviced. I received a call the day I dropped off the car with them telling me that it would take slightly longer than expected to finish the service, which was fine by me because I was expecting about a 24 hour wait anyway.When I received the car back, I can tell they sanitized the interior after working on it by the smell. In addition to the repair, they also told me some other issues that should be addressed in the future, mainly an oil leak that they found when checking the oil level. Apparently, my oil dipstick showed virtually no oil left in the engine, so they topped it up for me as well before I got there (charged me for the oil without asking, but it wasn't like it would've been good for me to drive off low on oil anyway so I didn't mind it at all).Several months ago, I had taken my car to a different mechanic shop who didn't catch any of the issues that Ma's mechanic team did, and I appreciate that they told me about these issues. And when asked, they said that if I get the engine cleaned, they'd investigate looking into what's causing the oil leak for free (unlike the previous mechanic shop which I went to who charged me for a diagnostic and found nothing).The only thing preventing me from wanting to rate 5/5 is the fact that the actual cost of the timing belt service was significantly higher than the initial estimate I was given (the difference wasn't as big as $500, but it was definitely more than I was anticipating). But because of the quality of service and all of the additional info they gave me on the condition of my car, I give them 4/5 and would definitely bring my car back in there for bigger and more labor intensive projects like a timing belt, PCV, or A/C service.

Based on the positive reviews that I have read about Ma's Auto Repair I took my 2004 Honda Civic to their branch in Burlingame back in July due to an engine light warning on the dashboard. It turned out that I needed to have the thermostat, spark plugs and coils replaced. It wasn't cheap, but I was very satisfied with the repair at the time.A month later I noticed that the engine would vibrate lightly for a few seconds whenever I stopped the car followed by revs. Soon after the engine light came on and I decided to take it back to Ma's Auto but this time at their San Mateo shop. I left my car with Kevin for a couple of hours and after I returned, he informed me that the cause was a faulty coil. As this was still under warranty, he replaced all the coils for free and also mentioned that I was missing a cap for the coolant reservoir. He offered the option of replacing it but advised me that if they did they will replace the whole part and was upfront about the charges vs. buying the cap on my own to save money. I appreciated his honesty and felt that he had the best interests of his customers first.Sometimes things can go wrong and problems are not 100% fixed the first time, but a good business will take ownership of the problem and proactively resolve any issues and that's been my experience with Ma's Auto Repair. A big thanks to Kevin and his team.

10 STARSRun to Ma's!! Outstanding in every way. We were from out of state and had a tight schedule. Our car had a maintenance issue and we also needed a smog inspection to register the out of state car. Ma's advised us, fit us in, and we left in awe of the professional, efficient, expert service we received. Highly, highly recommended. Thanks again Ma's!!

Kevin Ma and his business is simply the best. A friend referred me. In dealing with Mas, they have been professional, responsive. Great service and very nice people! I just moved from a different state. One day, my tire light was on and they helped checked it out. At the end, when I asked how much I should pay, they said it is free! I really appreciate their service and help!

Ma's European Auto did a fantastic job on my Jaguar that was not running very smooth. The place is very clean, and the staff look very reliable and professional... One of the best experiences I've ever had with car repair, and highly recommend to everyone!

I do most of my own work on my car, I don t trust a lot of mechanics, but Ma s met my expectations for what a mechanic should be, the work was done in a timely manner and they didn t mess it up, which I can t say for most of the places I ve been. Thanks to Felipe for being gentle with my rusty east coast car.

Worst experience ever. These guys will run you for your money trust me. My car was overheating and they charged me $460 for the fix. I got the car back and a day after the engine light comes on and the car starts over heating again. I asked them what the hell is wrong now? They said oh there s actually another problem with the car. And they straight up said it s going to be a $3000 fix. Are you kidding me? Never coming here again, and I advise everybody to stay away from these guys. They are not honest at all. They will over charge you for something that s not even broken. They will lie to your face. I wish I could put 0 stars.

Had a flat tire and they had it delivered the next day with great service...3 weeks later I need a plug and they have me in and out in 40 min. These guys are great!

Ma's is an honest shop with first rate work. Pau, Han and staff go above and beyond the call of duty. 87 Honda CRX DX. New head gasket, passed smog, car runs great.
