Alex & staff were great to deal with. Alex kept in touch with me throughout the process and made the entire experience as easy and smooth as possible at reasonable rates. My vehicle was in the shop for 2 weeks due to parts issues and I was able to rent my vehicle from Enterprise through D&D Body Shop at a lower rate and easy pickup and drop off. I just left my vehicle at D&D and Enterprise would stop the billing at the time and made arrangements to pickup the vehicle there.Great Job!!!

Moises and his team at the San Mateo Shop are over the Top! Excellent, 1st Class Customer Service, taking care from beginning to end of my car accident, providing extra details in everything imaginable; original car parts, 1st Class painting, interior & exterior detailing, etc. What can I say? My car looks better now than when I bought it new! GREAT JOB, guys! Thank you so much

I cannot recommend D & D Body Shop strongly enough! I found it by chance after a terrible experience with another shop which constantly misdiagnosed my previous car until it was non-functional and broke down on the freeway. The team at D & D single-handedly restored my trust. They are very professional and courteous. They've fixed every car issue I've ever had, including when I was rear ended, and always clean it and make it look like new as well. They are very open and upfront about costs and save the customer as much money as they can without cutting corners. They called my dealership for me to get the best bargain on parts I needed, allowing me to enjoy time out of town. They even re-aligned and detailed it for me for free! I no longer live or work near them but I still always make the drive to take my car to them - you will too! Do not take a chance on your car - take it to the best, which is D & D!

I was looking for a paint job on my door and found them because they are a Ford Certified shop. I am thoroughly impressed with their professionalism, customer service, and attention to detail. They are willing to accommodate any questions and walk you through every step of the job.They got my car done in 3 days and called me to pick it up. The paint match came out so good, you can't see anything even if you try to look close. I also purchased a detailing package which they did a spotless job. All in all, my car came out looking brand new! Thank you!Finally, they stand by their work and offer lifetime warranty on anything they worked on. So if there's any problems later you can bring your car back any time.P.S., What's also good to know is that they also do jobs for Ford Dealers, so the quality of the work is as close to the factory as you can get!(Photos of the car are not taken at the location of the shop.)

I ve been here on two different occasion's, and in both was treated professionally and respectfully. The quality work of the shop is superb, had my car looking great and back to normal with no issues afterwards.Till this day any work or tint, I need done these are the people to trust with your car with.

Moises and his team are amazing!!! I got my car within a week of turning it in, by far the fastest turn over time for all the repairs my car needed and MORE! The front bumper was ripped off my Porsche Macan. D&D did a fantastic job, you cannot tell that anything happened. They repaired all the electrical connections and everything works as if I was never hit.

They said car was totaled ( but i drove car there see pics )gave estimate of $8300 told my insurance the radiator the radiator fan and transmission cooler were damaged in the crash i went to get property out of the car and no such damage to any radiators or fan. there was 800 dollar difference between what AAA insurance would have paid to fix and or be a total loss and i couldn't just pay the extra amount or shop couldnt lower price to help save the car ?very displeased wish i would have took car to other body shop i think estimate was high and why couldn't they work something out with insurance? NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE AFTER A CRASH the nicer the shop the higher the estimate the more likely your insurance will not pay to fix and instead total the carI will add the staff in the office was friendly and helpful i just wish the staff that made the estimate could have worked something out to help me out this is a devastation to me i have stage 4 cancer and i had to have someone cosign just to get this car i will never be able to get this nice of a car again all i ever have owned is 30 year old cars i finally had something nice i also blame my insurance AAA why couldn't they offer the amount they told me they would have paid? it seems everyone from both sides insurance and body shop were just very quik to call this car totaled the air bags didn't deploy i drove it there the radiator did not leak i opened the hood a week after crash and fluid level was still the same if radiator had damage wouldn't it leak?

Had a mishap from parking near an ongoing construction site and was attacked by flying ready mix to the roof of my car. Ate into the clear coat and needed correcting. Due to damage a repaint was suggested but i insisted i would be fine the best they could do with paint correction and some wet sanding. End result, car looked brand new. They even amazed themselves that it corrected that well. Highly recommend. Alex is very helpful and Mo is an experienced body guy.

Had the best experience having to deal with the staff and the outcome of my vehicle after repairs. Moises (one of the technicians) was very informative and updated me when there were changes regarding estimated time completion. I would definitely recommend this place for any body work. I have a 2014 BMW M5 that was in a hit and run. Needed a total face-lift and paint. The work they performed was beyond perfect. Repairs and detail made my car look brand new again. Thank you guys!

Used D & D Body Shop for auto body repairs on three vehicles: a gunmetal black 2013 Subaru, a custom blue 2015 Ferrari, custom black 2018 Range Rover. All vehicles were detailed as well. Fantastic job. Highly recommend D & D. They are Honest, communicative, reliable technicians who know their craft.The Subaru had collision damage and was repaired within two weeks. I handled the initial conversation with the insurance agent, then D & D took over and handled everything else for me. It was seamless.The Range Rover needed a complete exterior touch-up. I had taken it to another body shop for an exterior waxing, and the shop left the vehicle completely scratched. Traumatizing. There were circular micro scratches (I'm assuming from the machine they used) all over the vehicle. Very noticeable and disappointing. The vehicle was also two different colors because the previous body shop couldn't match the original paint. There were knicks on quite literally every panel, the windows were chipped, and the tires were chipped. D & D brought the Range Rover back to life. They returned it looking like a brand-new vehicle. Incredible job. The paint on every panel was a perfect match to the original custom color.The Ferarri had interior and exterior wear and tear. D & D was able to repair all the knicks, scratches, and seat tears and replaced the interior speaker. I was worried about the paint match since I purchased a custom color, but they matched it PERFECTLY. You cannot tell the difference, even in direct sunlight.Again, highly recommend D & D.Services: Full body wash, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

I took my car in something to do with the sunroof issues. I would highly recommend this body shop. This guy Moises was very detailed, professional, very helpful in every way and hosed down my SUV in a QTIPS You can trust his TEAM after a couple of weeks I found my AirPod max that I didn t realized that I ve left.

I had a terrible experience trying to negotiate a job with Moises. I was locked in at a rate and Price already made by Alex in Person. When I came back to follow up and drop the car off; I was told a waaay different price Much higher 4xs the amount than what was initially agreed upon by Moises. Very poorly handled had minimal options and The Worst Customer service from Moises. I would avoid working with this person at any cost.

I brought my wife's car into the D & D shop for a minor repair. The car was repaired beyond my expectations. They even detailed the car. I am 100% satisfied and I would recommendThis body shop to anyone is in need of having their vehicle repaired!
