Did a really great job on my car. Repaired like new. They were fast and efficient, good communication and professional, was able to check updates and feedback via online. Also they cleaned the car when i got my car. Service advisor Jose was great to work with. Overall great service. Definitely would recommend this place.

Scheduled an appointment for an estimate and met with Marvin Sanchez who took photos and did a thorough review of the damage to my car. I received the estimate via email, the parts were ordered and the repair was scheduled. Originally I was told the repair may take up to two weeks but they were able to complete the work in 9 days. They also gave me a ride to pick up my rental car. My Tesla looks like a new car!!! Very pleased with the work that was done and the office staff was so nice and friendly as well.

Crash champion is amazing and I highly recommend them. They are very friendly, responsive and honest. Their repair work was high quality. After my accident I took my car to a few repair shops. While others quoted crazy long repair time, crash champions was very honest in their assessment and got the job done with high quality. I d highly recommend them.

When my luxury SUV with a premium paint job was damaged, I dreaded the idea of taking my car to a body shop. My insurance company recommended a few body shops, but how do you know which one to go with? They all look the same. I did a quick Google search, and it seemed like Crash Champions was pretty legit; when I showed up, I was very surprised; their operation is extremely professional and of the highest quality.I was really concerned my paint job would never look the same, but honestly, I cannot tell that my car was repaired. I highly recommend crash champions, and make sure you ask for Jose. His customer service was second to none.

They did a great job on my Tesla. Repaired like new. My advisor Marvin was great to work with.Leaving a 4-star because at one point I called the shop directly, the person who picked up the call sounded uninterested, giving me the impression that my call was an inconvenience to them.

Repairs were quick communication was horrible. We brought our car in November -finally got repaired in February based on communication between the shop and the insurance company then a big problem happened. They repaired the car very quickly so we were really excited. We went to pick it up and based on our paperwork our deductible was $250. Crash champion charged us $875 Before we could pick up our car as we called our insurance company they had already been issued full payment crash champions now owes us ! Very disappointed everyone is nice there & their work seems good but the communication is really, really bad and delays are crazy because of it and now they owe US money! So annoyed! CC has made more work for us.

Came in for a Tesla certified repair.Pros: repair looks goodCons:1. Scheduling is a hot mess. Cannot find my appointments time after time even called in to book one week ago. The excuse is the new system.2. Understaff or extremely backlogged. I waited one entire week for an estimate when usually done the same day.3. Unprofessional. I worked with Marvin and asked for the repair estimate sent over to me by text. I have not received anything. I had to share the estimate with the mechanics since they have no copies on the day of drop off.4. Expensive, maybe that s a Tesla thing.5. Misc: technically no waiting room, there are three chairs shared in the employee s office, which is quite awkward.

My c43 amg was in body shop for repairs and they forgot to install active break assist sensor of my car and later asked me to go to dealership to get is repaired. They said they will file claim on my behalf with insurance and now my car is stuck at dealership with no one taking responsibility. Don t trust this body shop even if its Geico recommended, take it to dealership for honest repairs.

When the refrigerator manufacturer doesn't offer the color you want what do you do? You take the brand new refrigerator to a car body shop to get repainted!The team working here are amazing!

Highly recommend this place. I rolled into Crash Champions after my Mini got rear ended on the highway. Frank and his team immediately looked after me with reassurance and a smile! This post is a testament to the "quality" of the paintwork of Costelli & Pardini's. A car might look good just after being painted, but how does it hold up after many years? The previous owner of my 1967 Jaguar had the car painted (and miscellaneous bodywork)at the shop in 1999. More than 20 years later, it looks brand new. Every aspect and detail was handled impeccably, and there is no degradation whatsoever. I am constantly complimented on the paint, and when paint professionals see the car, they say "who did this work?" They are simply awestruck by the quality. I felt I had to give a shout-out to these guys to let them know their work is appreciated long after it's done and out the door.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I am super happy with the repairs Crash Champion did on my almost totalled Model Y ($30K in parts and labor).The promised date got pushed out a few weeks due to parts supply chain issues. But the resulting work is amazing!Two thumbs up for them!

Taking your car into a body shop is usually not a pleasant experience but the staff at Crash Champions makes it as enjoyable as possible. Kelly in the office was always friendly and helpful when I called. Breanna kept me updated on the repairs in progress. They took care of everything in fair and timely manner. I would highly recommend Crash Champions to anyone in need of auto body repairs.

Crash Champions works directly with our insurer Farmers which made the claims process for our vehicle repair very easy. Our Service Advisor Marvin Sanchez was great at keeping us informed as our vehicle progressed through its repairs. The body shop did a great job with the tailgate & bumper replacement - you'd never know the vehicle was rear-ended!Service: Body & Trim

I've been going to C & P's for a few years now--after various SF bad driver incidents. They used to be the official shop of Peter Pan BMW, and who still unofficially will tell you to use them. Frank, Breana, and team are excellent and always helpful. I don't trust my Bimmer to any other shop in the Bay Area--even though I have to drive from SF to get there. Very conveniently located right by 92/101 split.

Breana (repair advisor) and the auto body team are professional, experts at their craft and do an amazing job at making what can be a stressful situation easy and straightforward. Breana works diligently with your insurance so you don t have to. She s great with communicating progress and manages expectations with realistic timelines. I highly recommend this shop and have had the opportunity to work with them multiple times. They make each time a breeze.
