I had a great experience with Caliber Collision. The whole staff was super helpful and answered all my questions. Also when my car was finished they went above and beyond when one of my doors not being worked on had issues closing, and everyone came out to fix the issue. Definitely would suggest coming here for sure for your car repairs.

TL,DR; Went with a car, came back without one.If you want to only want to get small repairs done, then you'll get your car back. I was provided with an initial quote, which although still high, was acceptable to insurance and I gave a go-ahead for repair. However, few days later I see the repair cost start shooting up as they add more components which weren't even damaged to begin with! The cost became high enough that insurance decided to step in and declare the car a Total Loss.The labor costs are pretty high (around 120% the price of the parts), so that quickly pushes the cost closer to total loss value. You should definitely also check with other independent repair shops and compare the quotes before deciding with this one.

Angie and the team have fixed two of our cars now and did a phenomenal job. Very easy process and great communication. Angie went above and beyond to provide great service with a complicated repair and personal requests.

This is the place to go if you value your time. My car went in and came back before the time they estimated it would take. One of the only shops in the area that ordered all the parts in advance so when my car came in they just slapped them on. No waiting for parts or back order excuses.The technicians are very knowledgeable and the office staff keep you informed no need to wonder about your car. Not to mention the fact that they helped me get my rental when the other persons ins. gave me the run around. If you need work done come here rather then the other locations Iv been to two others and I have to say this is my new go to if the need arises. I have already told all my friends this is the place 10/10 work and customer service feels very family oriented

Went into this shop today to get an estimate. Got helped by Angie who was superfriendly, answered all of my questions. The staff was also very helpful, and made sure my experience was very convenient. Excellent customer service!!

Had a good experience repairing my car with them. But when asked for a follow up they keep making things quite difficult, dodging responsibility with claims on the age of the car.And the car is only 10 years old with less than 23 thousand miles.If every car is brand new, we wouldn t need a repair shop, for crying out load!

From the start Caliber Collision was easy to work with, friendly and communicated very well about my vehicle and when it would be ready. Seamless and they send automated texts which is great! I highly recommend.

Angie was very unpleasant and rude. She appeared to be annoyed that I had questions about a quote she provided, her impatience evident in her clipped responses. I asked for clarification on the delivery time, as another employee had given me a different estimate and she responded sarcastically, asking me to take the car back and bring it in later which was shockingly unhelpful considering the car wasn't in a drivable state. My attempts to clarify the quote and contracts through email were disappointing as well. Instead of addressing my specific questions, I received generic prompts urging me to sign documents without context. Other times, she sent single-word emails with attachments but offered no explanation about their content. Angie seemed to have zero interest in assisting me, which felt particularly ironic considering the company's motto about bringing rhythm back to customers' lives. While they got the job done, I wouldn't recommend this place if you value good customer experience.

Great customer service! They're friendly and take great care of your car. When I said I couldn't pick up my car due to having to care for my child, they dropped it off for me. The only down side with the shop location is that it's hard to find parking.

Great body shop experience. Our van was ready two days earlier than promised, the repair work is perfect, and the vehicle is cleaner and shinier inside and out than it has been since the day we bought it.We especially appreciated dealing with John, the gentleman who inspected the damage, did the estimate, ordered the parts and kept us informed on progress every day. Nationwide directed me to this place and it's great. They are very vocal and check up with you every step of the way. Entire team was amazing to help get an estimate for my cars front. They even finished repairs before the anticipated date. John is a great guy and will make sure things are going smoothly.

Was the closest preferred Auto Body Shop to my home, seemed new with no many reviews but the service was excellent. Angie is knowledgeable and informed me with all the information I needed, the timely updates were also reassuring. The repairs were also top notch, feels like new!

The shop was referred by Farmers Insurance. The clear coat work was very textured orange peel looking. Body panel alignment was poor. The ship caused additional scratching to other body panels.
