Kevin, Walter and the team at Big E Automotive are absolutely terrific. They care about doing a good job. They've worked on my car several times and they've done a great job every time. They're trustworthy and I recommend them without hesitation. I'll definitely bring my car back to them in the future.

I have been using the service from Big E Automotive Repair for all my cars over 5 years, they are always so helpful and friendly, they never advice me to do extra workson my cars unless it is absolutely necessary for safety sake. They always try their best to help me save money and time on all the repairs.I highly recommend their services, they are honest, professional and their prices are very reasonable. I will never bring my cars to another Auto repair shop again.Thank you, Walter and Kieren for taking care of my cars so well for me.You guys are the best !Anna

I had great service with a friendly team at Big E Automotive. They called me after diagnosing my car's problem and gave an accurate estimate of the cost to repair. I was grateful that I could pick up the car after work, which was after the shop had closed. The car is running beautifully since the repair by Big E. Thanks for the great service!

My neighbors, my sons and us have used the excellent services of Big E Automotive for over 16 years. When your automobile needs some special or unusual repair, they take the time to thoroughly explain it.I believe they can service all types of cars from a 1931 Ford Model A to exotics like Ferrari, a 1953 Corvette...and a 2001 Honda CR-V!Kieran and Walter are very personable and professional.Happy Motoring!Ron

As most of you will probable agree, finding is an honest well run automotive shop is one of those things in life that is a huge relief. Big E is just that, when you are good at what you do and people trust you, your clients are loyal to you and you don t need to inflate the amount of work that needs to be done. A true gem in a line of business that can be less than honorable. Thank you Kieran and Walter.

The only garage you need to know. Kieran and the Big E automotive team are so knowledgeable no matter what you drive, vintage to present day. I have multiple vehicles both gas and diesel spanning multiple decades and trust Big E with them all

Visiting Big-E is always a pleasant and friendly occasion. Their work is fast, on time, and accurate. Dropping my car off and picking up ther eapired car is always easy and fits my busy schedeule.

The fabulous folks at Big E kept my beloved Explorer "Hank" alive for far longer than I deserved and it looks like they will do the same for my dear Impala "Charlotte". Major work done swiftly and for an amazingly lower-than-everyone-else total. Love chatting with Kieran and Walter.

GMC Envoy 60K service, tires and electrical issueI had an electrical issue that after 5 trips to the dealer was still unresolved. It was diagnosed on the first trip to Big E and subsequently the offending part was replaced. 60 K service and new tires installed, completed as promised, on time and on budget for a fair price. Thanks.

I was having a lot of problems with my transmission and was having a hard time finding someone who could figure the problem out. Kieran at Big E fixed it for me in two days. My Honda is driving great now. Thanks Big E.

Came by for a smog check and they turned me away because I asked if I could pull the car into the bay myself. Not sure why the tech got so sensitive. Told me to go to another shop. To their credit, the manager was entirely polite. But still. ...wth?

Great service and great work on my car. The location for anybody on the mid peninsula is great. I am a relatively new customer but treated wonderfully. I do not dread taking my car to the shop anymore.
