Worst customer care,not enough space to say everything I need to say about there parts department,I called the correct store many times to be told ,I called the wrong store,Wrong again!I really hate dealing with this parts department.I get confirmation that my parts will be at a certain store only to find out after going there iparts are at other store.

The guys there know their stuff.They have the knowledge and also care to help.I was amazed how easy it was for them to get to the part number for an old Cat crawler.

I had a very difficult job with lots of corrosion. They communicated well and were very fair in pricing. I couldn't have had a breakdown at a better place! Thank you guys.
