My experience with them was the worst they promised that if anyone could get me a loan it be them.. took my $7,500 down payment run my credit and still said you be ok you can be approved.. well i sold my rv to make space for the new rv to find out they cant help. My end result to pay was they hurt my credit score and took my money...Shop elsewere with some one who truelly is transparent.

Well I thought this place had good service our it was just until we bought the RV because after we paid CASH for it we got nothing but bad service we call and leave messages and never get a call back now that same week we got our RV thinking we were going to enjoy it but it was he'll that same week we got it ,it started to fall apart we couldn't go back because we were on our way to Texas and it was the worst trip ever we call them back they said take it back but there was no way that we could have turn back we were to far to go back and as we continue on out trip things just kept fall we talked to Joe and Lorenzo and they said as soon as we get back take it in so that is what we did it also needed and oil change so supposedly they were going to FIX EVERYTHING it's been about an year now no call back when my husband try to talk to Mike he never come to the phone now no one knows us no one wants to talk to us but OUR RV is still there

I want to get a refund on my prep fee because I can tell that nobody prepped it. There were some things wrong with it that we're very obvious. One of them being a leeky black water tank that's causing a health hazard at my r v park. The manager has been avoiding me since november. I just put it my second call took to corporate. I am ready to take these people to court. They were also late in installing my trailer hitch and as a result never showed me how to hook it up. I ended up dropping the trailer on my bed. Basically once I sign the papers on the thing they basically kicked me to the curb.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE UPDATE. 3 weeks now and my shower glass and doors have separated and i now have no heat. I understand its a used unit but before selling a used unit how about take the time to actually look through it and check everything i still dont know how yall missed a shredded spare tire 2.18 billion dollar company and your cheap. Absolutely disappointed with the service. Friendly staff except for the manager. We bought a 2015 wild cat maxx we were first off rushed when it came to transferring our belongings to our new unit and had to put our stuff out on the wet ground because the guy was hooking up to pull it away as we were transferring. Then after owning it for just a few hours we had a valve bust and flooded our camper. The maintenance techs came to pick our unit up and repair it and the job was done but water was left standing in the inside of the bedroom after they said they would get it cleaned up.. the manager was not nice to us given our situation and I do not recommend dealing with these people that's not how to treat a customer. I guess it's just all about the money right!!! Given we are travelers from out of state... thanks for the gift card but that to me is kind of a slap in the face.

They will Lie to you to make a sale we bought a Rv. with them and they said they inspected but after we bought it we found so many problems leaking water, electrical problems the dryer only last couple months. They will lie to your face, highly not recommend it

A credit card was opened in my name without me knowing. The cashier sold me on renewing my Good Sam membership and somehow turn that into me applying for a credit card through the pin pad. Every time the pen pad asked me a question he told me to click yes and then ask me to put my last four of my social security number in the pin pad. After the transaction was done I looked at the receipt and saw I had a credit line and a credit card. After asking him about it he said yes you have a new Visa card. I never approved this or was asked to open a credit card in my name. The manager had to cancel the card for me but this affects my credit now. Shame on Camping World for predatory lending. This was cashier 021615 what a scam!

If you re in the market for a trailer or RV this is the place to go. Awesome shop and people. I bought my travel trailer here back and January and had a great experience. Lorenzo our sales guy was amazing and made us feel comfortable. We were never pressured into anything and he provided us trailer options that had what we wanted and fit within our budget. The maintenance techs are awesome too and know their stuff. The reason for a four star and not five is that there is an issue with some of the service and maintenance staff not calling back after leaving several messages. But if you talk to the manager he will get things done quick. Overall it was a great experience.

I am very happy. Then I took it back for a nether problem for months ago. I still haven t got it at Christmas time . I do not know when I will get it back. It s been four months already too long make me very angry. It s a nice store to buy supplies but very bad service for working on your RV or a trailer. It takes a long time to get back the first time I took it in for batteries got done in one day then a few months later I had a problem with my window shades. It s now Christmas. my RV been there for months before Christmas that is too long two months. It should be tops of time to get it back to me just two months not four or five months.

Our sales associate Heriberto Hernandez was very friendly and helpful. He answered all our questions. We are satisfied with the customer service received. I highly recommend buying from Camping World of San Martin.

If I could give a minus ZERO I would give it but all I can give is a 1 star which is WAY more than the Parts Department deserves. If you are a woman looking for help DO NOT call this Parts department for any assistance. They do NOT help....even when you have year make model and VIN available of your trailer for the part/item you are requesting. First I was told NOPE can't help you....then I was requested to disassemble the bad unit to give them a part number. Really? Isn't that why I called you with all of my information so YOU could order ME the correct part. Isn't that the job of a PARTS DEPARTMENT....when I call the Mazda parts department about my car with VIN, year, make & model they can order me what I need. Ironically....I had my son in law call....provided them with the same information I had and OH WOW they could give him a part number and offer to order it. Camping World you SUCK!! Did not order from you and never will be back to any of your stores again. When I called a local RV Repair shop gave them VIN, year, model & make & what I needed, holy smokes, they knew exactly what I needed, let me know that they could have the item the next day and prepared to install the following Monday. Crazy that they did not ask me to disassemble a broken item that is in the ceiling of my trailer.

Beware!!!Bought a roof lap sealant and the woman told me to clean the roof with alcohol!Now my 2029 Winnebago roof is bubbling!!!Called the sealant company and they said not to do that!What kind of goddamm people or policy fo they have here???Now I gotta fix this it's gonna be more than a $1000If you are a lawyer please feel free to contact me

We bought our RV in July of this year and the mattresses were changed except for the double. It is now September 2nd and we still haven't received our mattress. I have called several times to deal with "Mike" and he is either not there or when I do reach him he puts me on hold then hangs up and when I call back it goes straight to voicemail. We have not been able to take all the family camping because of this. Good weather to go camping will change very soon and us as a whole family probably will not be able to go together if this isn't resolved.

Terrible place. Salesmen misguided us into giving a 2k deposit making us believe we were set at 440 monthly payment. Contacted us days later with a much higher monthly payment. We tried to cancel the purchase, but they would not give us back our deposit and of course they were quick to try and blame this whole situation on us rather than holding the salesmen accountable for his actions. Total scam, make yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

We re a family of four with two small children and my wife and I wanted to branch out and show the kids nature at its best through travel. We decided to look into an RV and settled for a 2023 Colman Rubicon due to the available space and what my truck can tow. After trying out two different dealerships in our part of town, we decided to look elsewhere and stumbled upon San Martin Camping World. This tiny town is hiding a giant Camping World store with a plethora of RVs to choose from. Because we came in with a plan for that Rubicon, all we had to do was narrow it down to how much space I needed for my family. We ended up buying one that sleeps 5. The guys at Camping World didn t do any song and dances, just facts to get us to the right RV. The experience was precise and direct, exactly what I needed coming into this RV dealership. We ended up buying the RV of our dreams. Now all we need to do is to pack up the kids and go exploring before school starts up again. Thank you Camping World for not B.S us around. I already got my in-laws hooked and they might be calling you soon. Thanks again.

Poor!!! Went to take a look at Class A inventory ... extremely disorganized to say the least. We got to see inside a total of 2 rigs.....? Nothing like what we were looking for. Gentleman said there had been thefts and they were keeping all rigs locked. Understood. But wouldn't you have just grabbed keys before you left??? No knowledge of the rigs we even looked at. Very much a let down, and waste of time.... guess we will search elsewhere.

I purchased camping trailer from this location on last year December and still didn t receive my license plate.I called in to check the status of it about 3 weeks.Sales person Briana not following up customer s request. You have to keep call in to make it hurry up. And she said manager did not respond.If I don t call in to check, they re totally disregarding your request.I m going to report this to BBB and facility owner.Make sure understand who do you dealing with

Very poor experience, I don t even know where to start, from financing, to parts, to service. Employees are not detail oriented. I had the awful experience to deal with all departments, all showed very little to no experience on what they were dealing with. From my parts taking more than 2 weeks from when expected, to them lying about what parts were needed for me to bring my trailer home, from them hooking my trailer break wrong, had me smoking like a train less than 2 blocks from the dealership,the list goes on. From personal experience go here as your last resort. Definitely one of the worst experience I ve had dealing with any business.

Update: There is a huge difference in the quality of training and skilled employee between one air head sounding employee who says, "uhhhhhh, I don't know" and one that says, "hmm, good question. Let me find out." OW, do better. Stop hiring air heads in the parts department.They do not answer their phone. Like ever.

Awful. My aunt and uncle dropped their camper off here to be sold It was my job to come pick it up after it sat for months with no sale. The camper had been USED. missing items, had a different mattress, and worst of all THE SEPTIC TANK WAS FULL. So now, it s left up to me to pump out another human s waste and replace the items that were taken. Whatever you do, run away from this place as fast as you can. Super unprofessional and sketchy.

Chris, my salesperson, drove us around in a cart. He is knowledgeable and listens to what we wanted. Chris worked hard for our business. What fun! Large inventory of clean used RVs. I made a purchase last week working with Arta in finance, and we have comfortable monthly payments and no prepay penalties for early payoff (fyi). I was told new mattresses are provided with all the used RVs. It's true..very nice and comfortable.

They did a great job on my RV's leaky roof and fast too! I really appreciate how they kept me informed about everything, because I enjoy learning about RV maintenance. Everyone there made me feel very welcome. Thank you Max and Paul. I'll definitely be back soon.

Farley upset with this place. We purchased from Seegrins two years ago and went here to trade the trailer in. Sales department called us saying the new unit was already to pick up. Arrived to pick up what a waste of time. The inside needed work on the trim, closet door wouldn t open, shower door broken. They said they would fix everything. We signed papers and traded ours in. Two weeks later and I cannot get ahold of anyone after calling 6 times just to get a status of the unit. And 20 minutes on hold with a manager and then being up on and can t get ahold of him again. The sale started out good and after that a horrible experience.

I purchased a travel trailer from Camping world and it was still under warranty. I tried reaching out for warranty repairs, I called numerous times over the course of almost a month. I left voicemails, my name and number with employees for a call back, I emailed Mike to schedule a visit, I even sat on hold for nearly 20 minutes at one point to talk with someone (I hung up eventually as I was obviously forgotten about).I never got an appointment, I never got a call back to resolve my repairs needed, and I m left going to another Camping World two hours away for my simple repairs. I don t understand how a business can be run so poorly with lack of customer service.

I was referred to call this place to find an electrician to help me finish the wiring connection from our new Solar System onto our RV Fuse box. For the life of me, for 6 months now I haven't been able to find a certified licensed electrician to do this simple job. So I called Camping World. I was told they don't do electrical work on RVs... but the lady I spoke to said she could connect me to one of her electricians but 1st I had to become a member of their "Elite Membership"...not sure if for a fee... didn't ask since I've no interest on enrolling into nothing. I just need a professional certified electrician to help me finish my project. Big deterrent for me. There's now an electrician somewhere out there, who could be needing to make some $$ from this paying customer... but won't all cause it requires to be in some kind of "Elite list" to give them business....?? I'm lost for words. What's next..Secret Service clearance requirement to be able to talk to their techs. Anyhow, I thought to share my dilemma.. CW. Best of wishes in your practice. Let me know if you change your mind and you be willing to share the wisdom from one of your Fine ELITE Certified Electricians in the name of Wonderful Customer Service & Satisfaction like the good old days.Thank you.
