I would like to give NCY 50 stars if I could. They were the only dealership that would work with me being from Arizona. The fact that they were willing to work with me from out of state and let me purchase my FIRST motorcycle through them with the way the industry is right now was awesome. Marc in sales is super easy to work with and extremely professional. The pricing was exactly what I was expecting and they didn't try and dig deep in the pockets like some of the dealers out there. Thank you again for the perfect experience with purchasing my R7.

Fantastic buying experience. I purchased a YXZ and both Trevor and Mark were extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They were never pushy and made sure I was getting the best deal possible. I will be recommending NCY to friends.

I drive by 3 other similar stores to go to this one. My son has been bit by the dirtbike bug, and I felt very reluctant to go into these shops after a few bad interactions with other places when I asked a question (I'm very new to this). Leon, in parts, has always taken the time to explain things to me, and Jody in the service department is professional and straight forward with pricing and diagnosing problems.

Best Cycle Shop in town! Staff & Owners top notch crew!Update after purchasing 7 motorcycles since 2015 from NCY never a bad experience! Thank you, NC-Yamaha! I love this location for their parts department. These people go above and beyond to help you find your parts, hunt down where parts are hiding on your bike, and any support tools you might need! Even when they couldn't order me the tools I needed, they set me up with a contact, number, and part number to get me squared away! Amazing! The sales floor is a standard set and flow but not pushy at all. The service department isn't bad, but some of the guys working back there have shown, repeatedly, poor customer service at the counter. Iv experienced it myself a few times and watched someone in front of me, while in line, get treated the same way. The quality of work is excellent thought. For north county Yamaha items, they are your go-to place.

Bought an mt07 from here and they were very helpful. They held my bike for me with no money down just to make sure I was ready. Very helpful and would recommend buying for ncy

Cant say enough great things about the folks at this dealership. From the parts people down to the service department.Ryan and his crew in service are the best. I have a 2017 KTM 500 EXC F and they have assisted me in tricking it out to the fullest. I recommend them 100 %Many thanks, Samuel D

Came to get my 2006 Yamaha R6 serviced and service manager told me that it is too old for their services, understandable... my battery died in the parking lot and I ask for a jump (bike would not bump start in 2nd) and service tells me just to keep trying. After 30 minutes attempting to bump start my bike, no one still has come out to even see who this lunatic is or what I am doing. Thanks for nothing!

Ryan in service takes great care of my quad. The parts team is really great also. I have came in with several issues over the past year. They are extremely busy, but they do great work and my bike is always running perfect. TY NCY and Ryan!!!

I can't say enough good things about this group. From start to finish this hands down was the best buying experience I have had.Trevor took great care of me in making sure I got what I needed. He went above and beyond to work with me without ever making me feel stressed or pressured.Leon in parts is top notch, he was super awesome to work with and made my gear buying experience a breeze. He provided a lot of insight and good recommendations.All of these guys were extremely knowledgeable and helped me with all of my decisions and from making poor choices. I love that I can rely on them to not only provide a service but provide expertise from years of experience. I am glad to have found my dealership for life!

Great dealership, they have just about everything you need. The reason for the 5 stars is the staff, from sales to parts to service, they are all very friendly and knowledgeable, don't want to write a book, but..... the few names that stick in my head are: Hannah, she is awesome and very friendly and really knows her stuff, Seth is in service and a great guy, Andy is in parts and always has a smile, Armando is a cool dude, even the brass there are awesome, George is a great guy who makes sure the entire shop runs smoothly and keeps everything going. They don't just wanna sell you something, they want to get you exactly what you need and give you the service to make sure you don't even think about going somewhere else, don't waste your time anywhere else, just go.

Amazing customer service it was a little bit of a drive since there were so many motorcycles dealers in the la area but I am glad I made the drive. I already new what I wanted and Marc made me feel welcome and at ease. They even helped me strap up and load the bike for the tow home

Working with Kevin of the NCY Motorsport dealership of San Marcos made my entire review, consideration and buying experience as smooth, direct and efficient as it can. I worked with Kevin who I found honest, fair and upfront. I felt zero pressure, but only the willingness of Kevin to assist in me making the right choice that is good for me. He showed his extensive experience, dedication and care. Once a decision on the motorcycle was made (2022 KTM 390 Duke), and the finance was addressed (by him), then Marc from Sales provided me the guidance on the motorcycle and professionally answered all my technical questions. Kevin assisted in the delivery of the motorcycle to my location.It should be noted that I came with a plan to review other makes and visit other dealerships, but with Kevin and Marc I knew that I will buy my motorcycle at this dealership. So based on this special experience, I highly recommend NCY Motorsport, their trustworthiness, fair prices and their high level of service. It was a true pleasure working with this 'A Team'! Thank you!!!

I bought my Victory here a couple years ago. I got a good deal on my trade and my purchase. Been coming back here for tires and service. They are always prompt and complete on the service. Nothing has taken longer than the quoted times and the rates are reasonable. Prices on tires are excellent and are at Internet price (revzilla prices basically) . Everyone is friendly and respectful. I really like this dealership and feel I've been well treated over the years. I do recommend this dealership to others.

People are very helpful. I've gone to many dealerships where all they tried to do is sell you a bike or gear and didn't want to help you with what you need help with. Floor looks amazing with all the bikes set up neatly. I watched one of the people sell a bike to a guy and explained everything he needed to know, so the people there are very knowledgeable of motorcycles.Been there about 5 times and have no complaints. Very professional and willing to help.

NCY/NCKTM is the best motorsport dealer I've worked with in Southern California. Most other dealers come at you standoffish almost like it's a privilege to patronize them and part with your hard earned cash. Especially now in post-COVID times... Marc and his management team are great people. Very upfront with pricing and will work with you to try and get you on that bike. Would strongly recommend choosing them as your next retailer.I personally purchased a 390 Duke outright from them last year and they were the best KTM dealer to work with. I was looking at the 890 Duke to upgrade but unfortunately my funds don't quite stretch that extra foot at the moment. I need to save more but I will for sure recommend more business to them in the interim even if I lose the opportunity to purchase that bike. There is always MY 22/23 to look forward or even the litre bikes when supply chain normalizes.

I purchased a motorcycle here and the staff was amazing. Very helpful, knowledgeable and patient with me as I was trying to make a decision on what to buy (and if I wanted to buy something). They have a fair selection, good pricing and they can work with you on the monthly payment.

The salesman sold me a bike with a damaged clutch and knee about it. When I was leaving he said"watch out for that clutch!!!" Sure enough it was slipping like crazy. I took it back the next day and they said too bad but we'll pay for half of the repair. I had no choice but to agree.

Just got back into motorcycles after 30 years ! Trevor was a pleasure to deal with and made sure I received the best deal around on a KTM.These people are honest and went out of they re way to make sure I knew all my options2 months after my purchase I decided to go a different direction ( motocross vs Trail ) once again Trevor worked magic to get me into the bike I really wanted. I can t stress enough - these people care about they re customers!!The service people spent time with me going above and beyond to explain everything. The parts department put me in they re system for discounted parts going forward (since I bought a bike)After exploring all my options I drove to them from Los Angeles and I m glad I did

Brought my Triumph Speedmaster in for 12,000 mile service. Price was fair. Had to wait a few days to get it in but no big deal. Ended up also getting a new rear tire put on. When I picked it up and rode it home it stalled on me twice while on the move. Something was definitely wrong that wasn't there when I brought it in. I didn't want to ride it back, so they sent a truck out to pick it up. Next day I called around lunch time to check on it and was told the technician was going to go over it that afternoon and see if he could find anything. Later that afternoon I got a call that they had found and fixed something and it seemed to be running correctly. It turns out that they had duplicated the problem and the technician eventually discovered that he had swapped the connectors for the intake pressure sensors during the servicing. After swapping them back to the correct locations it ran fine. No charge for fixing their mistake of course. I almost gave four stars because mistakes happen and they made it right, but I wish I had gotten better information over the phone when I was checking on it. They didn't tell me they had duplicated the problem until I got there to pick it up and I happened to talk to one of the guys who had ridden it. I also thought they might give me a comp or discount on something for the trouble I went through on their account but that didn't happen. I'll give them another chance when the next service is due and hopefully they'll be more careful.

My family and I have shopped her for over 20 years and have purchased countless "toys". We love it and the friendly staff. We like to keep our money local and support small family owned businesses. Especially ones that give back to their communities as much as the owners do. The store is clean and well organized. Yamaha for life!

I don't even know how to express my graditute! I haven't experienced someone that actually cares about the customer, most parts guys are burned out. At least that's my experience down in SoCal. Most will not Not even try to find the customer options on how to best fit their needs. I didn't even tell him that I needed these parts quicker than most would ask but he gave me options. The other two parts department I called at other dealers didn't really give two s's if you know what I mean. I was very impressed and I will definitely make my next new purchase here! I live in La Mesa and they are in North county but it's worth the trip to deal with people like these thank you kendal appreciate your help.

I love going to NYC Staff are incredible. Really have in depth knowledge of the product. Prices are competitive. Also have excellent mail order dept. They sell Yamaha, Polaris triumph, slingshot and used motorcycles as well as accessories and parts. Dirt bikes, street bikes dual sports, it is all here. Excellent service dept too. And tires.

The best Motorcycle Dealer I have ever purchased bikes at. The staff is friendly and knowledgable, the place is clean, and prices better than most places. Parts are easy to get and service top notch.

I got a great deal on my FZ8 here. Their parts department is great. Service tries to upsell too much on services that aren't really needed. They did have the best recommendation with the Ride On Tire Repair and Balancing Gel though, this stuff is the best.

We bought a Yamaha YXZ from Kevin & it was a seamless process!! North County Yamaha has a very knowledgeable & courteous staff. Leon in the parts department is great about looking up parts when needed. We will continue to do all our dirtbike & side by side parts purchases from them.

I have been taking my FZ6 there for all my 4,000 mile services (7 of them) for at least the past 5 years and all my tires. Never had a problem with scheduling, the parts or the service. Great guys behind the counter. I have never compared them on pricing to other shops because it is hassle free.

Bought my 2015 YZ450f here. Staff was helpful in helping me find the right bike. They even stayed after hours to close the deal. Only thing keeping me back from a 5 star rating is that the service department is way over priced. I expect that from any dealer, but I was hoping the service department would match the sales department in customer satisfaction.
