This Jiffy Lube is awesome! Great attitudes, professional, and experienced. Was in and out in less than 30mins. Didn t try to upsell me on random things I know I don t need. Very appreciative and will be back

very kind and respectful staff. every time i come here i m always in and out within 30-40 minutes, even if the bays are packed and there s a line of cars. they always are up-front and realistic about what should be done to my jeep which i really appreciate. this is the best jiffy lube i ve been to and will continue to get my car serviced at.

Jiffy Lube San Marcos BLVD ROCKS. Staff is super friendly, and took care of my special needs car. Tech Greg is a gentleman and a scholar. Managed to change the oil on my lowered weekend toy. Which is no easy task. I give the store 5 stars. Greg I give 7 stars.Will be back. And anyone else should try them too.Service: Oil change

I've used them for oil changes with no issues. My truck needs its air filter changed and they do not stock it, so now I have to go to the dealership. I will start having the oil changes done at the dealership from now on.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Disappointed with the service. I brought my car in for an oil change last Saturday, and all I did for that day was drive my car to the shop and back home. Monday while pulling out of my drive way, I notice a big oil leak ( which I never had) brought it back to the shop and staff said there was an issue with the oil filter but they would take care of it. I still have oil coming out of my filter housing, and I probably will not be bringing my car in for service with you guys since it feels like the car was poorly serviced.Service: Oil change

I have a fleet service Vehicle and came here for an oil change since I was in the area. I ve never been to a jiffy lube in my life. But the service was OUTSTANDING, FAST, and reliable! Probably the best service I ve ever gotten at any mechanic. The lady dispatching and helping ring up customer is FANTASTIC, the young man who answered the phone before coming FANTASTIC.Service: Oil change

Was in and out quickly. I mentioned maintenance light on and to please check air filter, although they kindly reset my code light, nobody discussed air, full, oil or any other diagnostic issues, or indicated all was good. I went to get my oil changed this morning, 6/14/22, and I had the dream team working on my car. Vanessa, Ana and Fernando were amazing! They were smart in hiring this crew. Vanessa even told me that while they were there earlier with no customers, they decided to wash the window of the shop - these are hard working individuals that deserve to be applauded for it and the customer service they provided. Fast, professional, and friendly! My oil changes here are always perfect. I like waiting in my car while my vehicle is being worked on, so that's a plus! Also, the staff is just the nicest. They make sure to communicate what they're doing and ask questions like what tire pressure do I prefer. Amazing! The manager at this location is not consumer caring at all I was disssatisified 100 per cent!!! I from now on will not use Jiffy Lube the manager is a complete not caring extremely disrespectful I could pay cash to own this franchise no clue!!!

Great customer service for a Saturday at 7am. I m having to drive today back home (5 hrs away) and my car has been needing an oil change.Since the oil change is practically the same process in every place I m rating based on customer service and price. Great customer service! It s just the pricing! It is expensive. $100 for full synthetic. Good thing I had a coupon on me and paid a lot less. Always check online for coupons! And I appreciate the fact they open early considering it s the weekend!

Fast service on a Friday afternoon. Still stay in your car. So you don't get windows washed like before. I feel like alot of of other services are missed , or inspections. $100 for really 10 mins service

Easily the quickest, easiest, and friendliest oil change place I've been to! I was in and out of there in 15-20 minutes tops with no appointment. They check your car for more than just motor oil and top off all fluids. They have multiple options for standard, full synthetic, and synthetic blends. Also, Mike the manager was extremely helpful and friendly and informed me they do unlimited top-offs in between oil changes! This will be my go-to spot from now on!

They claimed to add 5 qt engine oil and actually 4.2 qt only. I found this problem and they quickly adjusted the receipt and balanced the price in the labor cost. I went there for time saving only as their oil change price is 30% higher than others. It doesn't seem an honest business and I will skip for it for sure.
