True car enthusiasts and professionals on every level. I will only take my cars to HG Performance. Whether the project is straightforward or custom fitment and performance, or racing applications, HG are true professionals. Not only technically proficient and exceeding expectations on delivering reliable problem resolution; but their communication skills are above and beyond other service centers (and I've been to several others in San Diego and surrounding areas). All team members treated me with respect, made sure to treat my Lamborghini as if it was their own, and advised me with everything they were performing and bringing things to my attention (such as tire pressure) and asked if it was okay if they performed before assuming. I went in for an oil change, but was treated like I came in for a tailored Tom Ford suit. Already scheduled my next appointment for new tires!

These guys really care about your car, have a true passion for each vehicle none of them are bad in their eyes and I love that. Worth every penny for repairs or performance upgrades they got you covered. I ve searched and been to many mechanics these guys are top spot on my list every time, they are a busy spot so sometimes getting appointments may take time, but hit them up they will take great care of you.

Had HG Performance install a set of Mountain Pass Performance coil overs to my Tesla Model 3 Performance. I couldn't be happier with the results! Neema was extremely professional and knowledgable throughout the entire process. Work was completed on time with utmost attention to detail. Highly recommend HG to anyone needing aftermarket performance parts, repairs or anything else automotive related.

We have had an E320 wagon since 2001. 242000 miles later and still going. Wanted to lower my Tesla a bit and purchased a set of coilovers. Didn t know where to have the installation performed near my residence. Reached out to the company that produces the coilovers and asked them for referrals in my area. HG was highly recommended by them. Neema from HG was awesome and helped me feel comfortable with his shop doing the install. Top notch professionalism, and they really listen to their customers to make sure they get what they want done! Highly recommend this shop for all your car needs! The team at HG Performance does a great job. Neema is a great service advisor and shop manager, the garage workspace is extremely well kept. Their mechanics do great work on some of the highest-end cars around, their workmanship is top notch. I have a newer Tesla that I wanted to add some performance parts on, and I was impressed by how quickly and cleanly they changed all 4 rotors, all brake pads and brake lines. They also replaced the tires, and there wasn t a single scratch or blemishes; which is a testament to how they take pride in their work.The AG team is very experienced with high performance upgrades!

My fianc� is very critical of where we take her Mercedes E350 and I heard nothing but great things about HG performance, and boy did they deliver!Omar assisted me through the entire process, got all of the services done at a MUCH more competitive price compared to other shops around town. Omar was very honest and transparent about what the car needed, and it is driving great! We thought about selling the car but after the all services HG performance did, we are keeping it for a few more years.Very grateful for the speedy and professional service from a grade A spot! we will definitely go back for my next service.

I needed a tire patched on my 911 and have center lock wheels. I was referred to this shop by a friend, since most tire shops do not know how to properly remove and install Porsche center lock wheels. This shop did an excellent job and took great care with my wheels, even showing me the proper process of removing and installing the center lock wheels. I'll be using them again.Service: Tires

Super happy with the service I received from Dylan and the manager Neema was incredibly friendly and helpful with the whole process. It is very obvious the staff very much cares about what they're doing, and making sure the job is done right. Had some thorough conversations about differences I could make to my vehicle to increase performance and left knowing more than I went in knowing.

Neema, Omar and their team are the best I've found in San Diego by far.Previous to being recommended HG, I had worked with some very well-known shops also in the Greater SD area. Frankly, those shops had a lack of attention to detail (even for small cosmetic add-ons) and surprisingly more than one try wasn't enough to get things right.Onto HG Auto, since meeting Neema and the team, I've had an APR stage 1 tune on my Audi, custom wheels mounted and balanced and an exhaust install is pending. I couldn't be happier. They have a way of making you feel like you matter, and the few times I bumped into Omar in the lobby, I've asked him questions and he was always quick to stop, courteous and detailed in his answers. Neema, Omar, and staff are qualified professionals with significant technical knowledge, experience, and proficiency. More importantly, their business acumen is exceptional with effective timely, open, honest, and transparent communication. Neema makes a distinct effort to listen, understand, and clarify, as necessary, customer service needs. Service timelines are reasonably estimated with unexpected issues openly communicated. A thorough review is provided at completion of service. Pricing is commensurate with the excellent quality of service. The entire staff are truly car enthusiasts who have kept the original Heinz Geitz legacy alive. Had my C8 Corvette lowered and had wheel spacers installed. This required a wheel alignment. Very happy with the process from start to finish. They are very professional and personable. Time was taken to understand exactly the result I was looking for and options were provided with pros and cons for each. The results speak for themselves. I went back for final alignment after finishing the car build. I would not trust anyone else to put such skill and care into the alignment. Car drives amazing, handles so good. I couldn t be more satisfied with the service provided by HG Autohaus. I brought in a set of used 997 turbo rims that had some clear coat issues and a few dings. HG s service advisor Phil coordinated a refurbishment that returned the rims to as new condition. Once the rims were restored a new set of Michelins and TPM sensors were mounted and balanced. I just put the wheels on the car and I am very happy with the way things turned out. Phil was very communicative and kept me updated throughout the rim refurbishment and tire installation.This is my third visit to HG Autohaus. They ve done 4-wheel alignments on my turbo and my Z4 and put tires on both of them. I ll be back.Thanks,Mike SutterRamona Ca

Our Boss 302 is serviced exclusively @ HG Performance since we regularly track the vehicle. These guys are race born/breed and know what they are talking about regardless of your type automobile. Most impressively, they are willing to thoroughly research before making upgrade recommendations. They are also willing to change their recommendations if they discover a better product. Finally, they keep a pristine shop and thoroughly clean your automobile of any maintenance related grime before releasing it back to the owner. See Neema & Andrew, you will not be disappointed as their name PERFORMANCE says it all!

These guys have their process dialed in! I have a 2017 subaru WRX and I had all maintenance done at the dealership for the first year and a half that I had the vehicle. I took my car to HG for the first time for simple body aesthetic mods (front lip, side skirts, rear spats). I was so impressed by Neema and the entire HG team that I decided to continue bringing in my vehicle for all basic oil changes and maintenance ever since.Since that time I have had their team complete all my additional upgrades including shifter upgrades (Boomba short shifter, boomba transmission plate, Perrin shifter bushing, Perrin shifter stop), had them complete my wheel, tire, suspension, alignment upgrades, as well as my intake, catback exhaust, accessport install, and custom etune for the car. They helped me navigate through all my options to select the proper setup for preference and cost. Every process has been straight forward, informative, and completed with perfection. Every time I have any questions Neema and his team are always helpful to provide insight, knowledge, and support for all the work they have done. I found HG through a referral from one of my closest friends. I was close to losing all hope in building my 135i since I got ripped off multiple times by other shops. This was my first time building a BMW and I ve learned a lot from some very expensive mistakes.What I had was a car that looked great on the outside ... but because of poor craftsmanship and straight lack of attention by previous techs, ran very poorly. There were parts I had paid to get installed or done that never materialized. So no one even knew what was and wasn t in the car. It was a nightmare that lasted about 2 years.My experience with HG was quite the opposite. From the very beginning of our email interactions Neema was providing me with tons of much needed help and information about my car. I was pleased to get my invoice before I dropped off my car and even better they gave me an amazing quote!!As a former Marine I pay attention to every detail, and trust me their shop is beautiful!!! I didn t even smell grease. Definitely one of the finest shops I ve ever visited.And as icing on the cake these guys are true car lovers and super nice guys!I am so happy with the quality of their work I have decided that besides myself, no one else touches my car as long as I live in SoCal.If you love cars and really care about what you drive... this is your place.

These guys did a superb job on my 13' Mercedes ML 63 AMG. We did a Renntech R1 package, Renntech transmission tune, and an aftermarket heat exchanger. Were just waiting on my Capristo exhaust system and custom rims and tires. once they arrive my car will feel complete. I dont know how much HP I'm putting out but I think its just under 700hp And 800 lbs of torque. My car is a beast and its totally street drivable. I will most definitely be brining all my cars here from now on. Neema and the guys did a great job. Very professional and high quality work. What an absolute find! These gentlemen are as good as it gets. Arrived at spotless shop where owners of Mercedes, Aston Martin, Lamborghini and more had left their vehicles for work. A good sign! I've owned multiple exotics and worked with countless high end shops and wish I would have discovered HG years ago. Top-notch work, good value, and down to earth management! Highly recommended.

10/10 most recommended car performance/maintenance shop in San Diego!HG is one of the most professional and friendly car shops I ve been to. I ve had work done multiple times on my Evo X for performance and maintenance. Went from a stock Evo X to full bolt ons and never once had any issues. The car feels amazing after having them work on it. Neema and his staff were very professional, kind, extremely knowledgeable and timely. After all was said and done; HG cut me a bill for much less than originally quoted. Neema said his technician was able to get a few things done quicker than projected, this spoke volumes to me about the integrity at this shop. I will most assuredly be bringing my car to HG for ALL future service and upgrades. This place is as honest a business can be.

Had a few services done on my vehicle at Heinz Gietz and they really took care of my car. Services included an oil change, oil pan reseal, 4 wheel alignment, AC service, wheel balance, and full vehicle inspection. Highly recommended. Good pricing & fast service! They specialize in Mercedes Benz , but you won't be disappointed no matter what car you have. Will come back in the future.

First rate experience all the way through. Finding a place to install performance parts on a Tesla is not easy. HG not only understood what I wanted done, they were able to provide guidance on how best to achieve my goals. Estimates were spot on and work was completed ahead of schedule.
