Great experience all around.I submitted an online request for a quote and within a short time, Todd the owner called and asked questions to understand my expectations. Since this is my first auto tint, he was patient and kind with explanations and suggestions.I have been wanting my windows for many many years and this year I gifted it to myself for Christmas.Todd was on time and thorough with the work. I am extremely happy with how it turned out.And to top it off, he helped stayed to help me with a technical glitch.He def cares and wants customer satisfaction. I am definitely satisfied and every time I see my car I can t help but smile!!

Todd was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to get me in very quickly and has done a perfect job! He has done my side and rear windows a while back and so far still held up, no bubbles or imperfections. Recently went back to Todd to have my windshield done. I greatly recommend Todd and his company to all my friends.

The tint formed bubbles after a few days and It s peeling. It s a very poor tint job. I would not recommend using this company. I called Todd and he said he would replace the tint on 2 smaller windows, but he wasn t willing to make it right. He told me it was my fault because of the window cleaner, I might ve used. But I have my car professionally cleaned and no one used Windex. He also told me he doesn t detail the window before he applies the tint. In other words, if it s dirty, he just leaves it dirty and puts the tint over the dirt. He basically said too bad. Oh well. Total waste of money.Service: Daylight redirecting

Todd and Genesis are the go-to window tinting specialists for me and my family. We've worked with Todd for close to 20 years on every car we've owned in that time. Todd is a true professional. I feel really bad because i put todd in a really bad situation. The only place i could have tinted my windows in my time frame was at my parents house and for some reason my mom thought i had a murderer going to show up and tint my windows. Right from the start my mom had it out for todd and gave him a horrible experience he didnt deserve. Todd was a professional and against all odds handle my mom and not the best place to tint a car and delivered great results. After talking with todd and finding out he is a navy vet this man is truly deserving of good fortune and my appreciation of a true professional. Thanx todd!!!

Todd is professional, responsive, and excellent in his work. I was able to get a quote and have the tint installed in a very short amount of time and it looks amazing! We had the front windows of our mobile home tinted to reduce heat in the front room and help with glare on the tv. It works!!! I am so pleased with the product and the company. Todd was very professional, timely, and communicative. The quality of his work is superb! He has done work on five of our family s vehicles and I have been extremely satisfied with each job that he handled. Not only is his work excellent, but the quality of the materials he uses is also high grade. Todd has done a great job on both my cars. He is very friendly and gets the job done. He came to my house on 2 separate occasions to tint the windows of my Honda Passport and Honda Accord. Highly recommend for window tinting and will be using him from here on out.

I had my car windows and windshield tinted by Todd. Todd was amazing and he provided excellent service. He is indeed a professional and knows what he's doing, having been in the business for 30 or so years. I had a bunch of questions, and he answered them with full transparency - didn't "force a sale" on me. A great, honest and very genuine guy, he was super easy to talk to. The owner, Todd, is a true pro. He has done 4 of my vehicles and my home with the ceramic tint. Its night and day difference in heat and comfort. Todd has exceptional customer service. We had to schedule and reschedule several times due to my work, but he was always patient and understanding. He even got me in on a Saturday when his schedule was already booked . Car and tint look great (matched front windows to rear on a Tesla Model Y). I had tinting services from Todd (for tinting a car) many years ago and recently asked for his expertise on tint repair for a large window at my Poway office which gets a lot of sun. He was thorough in explaining options and gave a conservative recommendation which has turned out to be perfect. The work on the car was also great and didn't need touch up or repair/replacing for the 10 years that I owned the car! Genesis Window Tinting did a great job with our townhouse windows! The San Diego sun is wonderful, however it s not good for the energy bill. Todd really took the time to listen to our needs and get us the right product for our windows before and after the installation. The bid was a little more than another we received, but Todd s customer service was the reason we chose Genesis and why we d recommend it. We re very pleased with the window tinting done by Genesis.

Highly recommend Todd for tinting your cars, or any tint job. He did my 2015 BMW and loved how it looked and great quality. We hired him to do the 2020 palisade. The Beemer still looks great!
