Second time writing a review. Took my car to this shop because it was recommended highly. I was having an issue with what I thought was one of my belts, turns out it was the timing chain instead. They had my car for two weeks and zero updates till I started calling. Was told they were having issues getting the parts and that was the delay. Ended up getting my car back and still experiencing issues. They didn t put my splash guard back, I had to reload my refrigerant, caps missing for the refrigeran, and low on coolant. Took my car to another mechanic recently because I just had alternator issues. He replaces the alternator shows me it all full of gunk finds more issues and shows me their hack job. Missing screws, screws that weren t even original to the vehicle, stripped screws and an attempt to seal an issue with silicone. He finds that he does need to change the belt after all and replace the valve cover. After my first post, they decided on a reimbursement on some things I bought, but this time I m just left even more disappointed. Highly recommended spot but my personal experience has gotten worse even a year after they touched my car.

We are very happy with the service here, we came last year to get our brake pads changed and now our rotors were causing an issue. Danny gave us a great price on the rotors and replaced the brake pads for free because they were still under warranty! Honest people with great work ethic, thank you Danny!

They diagnosed my problem for free. They ordered the part for quick repair and checked it a few days later to make sure it was okay. I traveled 700 miles the following weekend and only checked it once. It was fine. So a recap professional repair at a reasonable price in order to help me. If you want a recommendation I would tell you go there and see for yourself, you ll drive away happy or they ll fix it so you do.

I started going to Fast Automotive when the place I had been using wouldn t do a last minute oil change on my daughter s car. I brought her car into Fast Automotive (without an appointment) and within minutes they had her car up on the lift. The price of the oil change was competitive-no hassles and no padding of the bill.It was such a great experience I decided I would bring my car for service here. The guy behind the counter is friendly and honest. I feel comfortable taking my car here; that I won t be taken advantage of just because I m a woman. So far I am very pleased with this business and I will continue to service my car here.

This was my first time going to Fast Automotive Center. They took my car with an appointment and called me whenever they found something, told me what they were doing to my car, and a quote for how much I may be looking at. I loved the care they took with my car and how quickly they got it up and running and back to me. I highly recommend this place!

Listened to my concerns and had them all fixed, explained what the repairs were and told me exactly what was done. Very patient and polite! My old van is running like she was new! Thank you all that work there and recommending them to everyone I know.

These guys will bend over backwards to accomplish exactly what you need done.Im not an easy customer, I had a 86 Bronco II that desperately needed a new transmission. No shop in North County would take it in due to its age but Fast Automotive didn t hesitate. Parts are scarce and hard to find but they didn t let that stop them. They even put my new transmission in, did a quality check and decided they felt it wasn t up to THEIR standard so they sent it back and gave me the choice of a rebuild. We had all of this completed for a ridiculously honest and low price.Stop taking your car anywhere else. Fast Automotive is the only mechanic you should trust to get the job done!

This group of mechanics didn't amazing job to my 2009 Suburban a lot of work was Done, but it was done correctly. And the way he should be. Danny was such a great help answering on my questions. I'm definitely Bringin in my vehicles to Fast automotive center

Am new to the area, looks like Fast Auto has earned my business. Aside from reasonable charges, they also did extra free service checking my brakes. Other shops charged me for that.

The awesome people behind Fast Automotive are not only fast, they are super resourceful in diagnosing issues and in our experience have never tried to push us to do any unnecessary repairs. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in the North County Area. - Doug

We have bee taking our vehicles her for over 25 years and while Ralph Fas has now been enjoying his retirement; he sold and left the reigns to one of his very capable long time, still maintaining great service!

They were very professional, fac gave u a price at the work and didn't surprise you with another when the work was finished, I had my ac done and told me was exactly what it needed not some run around, and they even shuffle me home, I recommend them any day of the week

I've gotten work from this place multiple times, they never charge you for extra unnecessary stuff and will always recommend what's in the best interest of the car owner rather than what's most profitable.

Danny was friendly checking us in. However, when I picked up our car we had been billed $200 for an oxygen sensor that can be purchased online for less than $50.

Highly recommend these guys! They are prompt and friendly. I called this morning to see if they had time to diagnosis an issue I have been experiencing with my car for some time, even after taking it to two other shops that told me they had resolved it. By afternoon, my car was running like new and the clucking sound it was making was now gone!! Amazing service, honest facility, and fair pricing. I will definitely be back and will recommend them to others. Thanks for taking care of me and fixing my car up!

Excellent - friendly and trustworthy service. I had them work on a 1986 import to get it ready for smog. They did what was needed to get it prepped, they did not oversell me on unnecessary things - there were additional items that they called out but I chose not to do. Ended up spending less than they had estimated. When it failed to pass smog due to timing I brought it back in and they reviewed and adjusted. It ended up being an issue with the smog location - and Fast automotive took the time to explain what they did and the mechanic even showed me exactly what they d done to get it prepared. It ended up passing smog without having to do any additional work. It can be hard to find somewhere trustworthy and feel like they have the customers best interests in mind - but this place really does.

Seriously great service. They saw me immediately, and did good work for much less than I was being quoted at other local places. They seemed VERY honest and didn't try to upcharge me. In fact they checked extra things I requested and included it in the regular diagnositic price. I would definitely go again and recommend to anyone else. Glad I found them :)Service: General repairs & maintenance
