Sent my sPod SourceLT unit in because all my lights just stopped working. Being that these sPod units are pricey, I'd much rather have it fixed than spending hundreds to replace it.Erik at Baja Designs sent an RMA to return the unit so they could find the issue. I've owned the unit for 5 years and spending its time in the engine compartment some corrosion crept in. They got the unit, corrected the problem, called me saying it was ready 4 days after it arrived. Erik was great to deal with and I got a 10% discount and free shipping!I can't recommend Baja Designs enough. Great prices on what you need, awesome customer service, it's a no-brainer. Thanks Erik!

Great customer service in the tech support. Working on getting lights installed for a bike that s not ready for production of any aftermarket parts as the bike is to new yet. Hope they will soon be coming out with a light adapter kit so I can actually see at night. The factory light for the new 2024 klx300sm is horrible

Excellent products, amazing service. I ordered a light bar kit for my Jeep, when it arrived, one of the brackets was wrong. It was over the weekend, so I sent them an email, and 11 minutes after they opened Monday morning they d already responded and were on the case. They sent me the correct bracket - overnight from California to North Carolina - and I was done the next day. Their lights are fantastic, and you just can t get better customer service than Baja. Not my first buy from them, won t be my last.

Updating to a 5 star review, I was contacted by one of the customer service managers about the situation and they went above and beyond to make things right and sent the mounting kit out at a more realistic price for the entire mounting kit.Pretty terrible experience with baja designs. I have the s8 hood mount light bar for a rzr pro r, I just simply needed the 2 small mounting brackets to mount the thing, first I emailed about buying the mounting brackets because they are not on the website. I waited a few days and no response. I then called and talked to someone who said he would call back with a price, never called back. So I called a few days later and finally got a price, 44 and some change, for each little bracket plus shipping, so 100 freaking dollars for a pair of L brackets is insane. So now I've got a light bar sitting on the shelf in the garage doing nothing.

I mean their lights are bright but it took over 2 months for me to get a headlight for a dirt bike. I understand it s build to order for that specific headlight but I would call each week and they d say the same thing oh let me talk to so and so and get back to you tmrw never heard from em looks like it should be done by now not mad about how long it took but the lack of transparency.

I love Baja Designs. They make great lights, super bright and they look cool. I had the faceplates on my Squadron Sports chip / corrode a bit. I finally got around to contacting them. Within a few days they got back to me and had a a set of replacement faceplates on the way. Thank you Anthony.

Waited this whole year for a mail in rebate sale on Black Friday. Who still does this freakin scam? Nobody want to deal with mail in rebate scams. This tells me a lot about this company. Sad, I really liked the look of these lights.

Amazing product absolutely horrible service.takes forever to get the product and longer to get someone to answer the phone. best to deal with another company to get their product that they make. You will get it quicker. was just told on the phone that it s first come first serve when they ship out. I m talking about all I m getting is a replacement lens.. Totally silly response.

These are some BadAss lights backed by some great support. We called and talked with tech support just to assure us on a couple of things and they were great. Even adding some helpful input. If you like top shelf lights with top shelf support -this is the way to go.

the best experience I have with this company, for real it is unbelievable that on this days you can still get good experience. My salesrep Erik in San marcos is the best, he knows about the product, knows how to deal with customer and he will make sure you are getting the best experience. 5 start to him and to Baja Designs! Terrible customer service don t order directly from company. Placed order 2weeks ago and have yet to receive called 1week ago they said they would ship immediately and still hate waiting. Also I send email to upgrade to sae lights 10months ago and I m still waiting for a reply

The new warehouse is very nice. Friendly staff are always able to help their customers without issue. Went in for a question and ended up getting a warranty replacement light bar. I'm extremely happy with BD customer relations and will definitely tell my friends to buy the best!

Unfortunately, I'm here to tell others not to waste their money. I had my fog lights in my 3rd gen Tacoma and within 6months one started flickering and the other followed shortly after. For fog lights costing over $400 I would've expected more life out of these especially that the truck is a pavement princess. I would explore other options before considering buying expensive fogs. Looked great and they were very bright when they worked.

So many good things to say about BD! But you all know how great their products are. What's even better is their superior customer service. Brock is one of the best reps out there. He goes out of his way to make sure he can help anyway possible. Huge shout out to Brock and the rest of the reps at Baja Designs! Keep up the great work guys.

Can t beat Baja Designs. Everything they supply is top tier quality and holds up to all elements the best. Mud, Rain, Snow, Dust doesn t matter. They ll always turn on and light the way. There s a reason all Baja champions use them exclusively.

Called yesterday to order some replacement parts for my lights (harness, lenses) I asked on shipping and they stated by the end of the week. I wasn t expecting them to ship them out the same day and have them delivered two days later! Amazing job Baja Designs. You will have my business for life!

Very high quality parts. The customer service with this company is a breath of fresh air. They took care of an issue for me and helped me along the way with install advice. If you re thinking about getting a light from this company, go for it you won t be disappointed!

Purchased a set of lights for my husband a little before Christmas.He installed it on the Jeep and was ecstatic at how they looked. As of the writing of this (1/15/2021) one of the lights became dimmed and flickers randomly. I contacted Baja Designs and they needed the receipt and "can't" do anything without it. Unfortunately most of that was in the packaging that our kids threw out with the wrapping paper. Really disappointing as I purchased from this company based on all the raving reviews. Even Walmart stands behind their products, it's shameful to see an American company failing on their promise to stand behind their products.

Fantastic company! I love BD and their lights are the best on the market. Great customer service as well. If you need auxiliary LED lights for pretty much any application, Baja Designs is your best bet. I've used probably dozens of their products over the years now and not a bad word to say!

I have been dealing with Baja Designs for a little under two years now and have to say I couldn't be more happy, their product is second to none, extremely bright and easy on the eyes. Their sales and customer service team is excellent, well rounded in the products and the vehicles they go on. We use Baja Designs on our race car and on our street vehicles, they never disappoint.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!A month before receiving the items I emailed them to ask what I should order and I ordered what they told me to. After waiting and waiting for my item to arrive due to what they first stated was an led shortage then became shipping hold ups for parts to build the light I receive my item (headlight for my 2013 ktm). Excited and thinking finally my 300$ headlight kit is here and it is totally going to be worth the wait. I find that NOTHING FITS, not there own electrical plugs not the plastics not the hardware nothing!. After calling very disappointed they say I can send it back and in two weeks I will receive the correct parts which apparently for a 2013 you need a 2014-2016 kit, explain that one ahead of time please. (They didn t even tho I told them before ordering TWICE what bike I had). I tell them this wait is not a solution that is going to work for me and they agree to overnight the correct parts so that I can reassemble my own unit. I call the next day to confirm the parts did get sent and got sent overnight to which the employee flat out lies and stated they did go out and they went out overnight. They did not they went out ground and 6 days later I receive the item to find that again NOTHING FITS! Hardware they claimed to sent was missing. Of two necessary brackets they send one which won t work with the straps they previously sent, electrical plugs still missing, hardware missing. And icing on the cake the stock brake line will no longer work unless you contort it to run behind the number plate so will now have to seek out a longer brake line drain fluid and bleed. More money and time with the bike down more hassle more headache. 300+ dollars a month of time and I still have a completely unusable product, don t have a headlight on my bike and an upset stomach for how upset I am with these people. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THEM!!! There are products on the market that are just as good and cost a tenth the price. And you will be treated so much better I guarantee it! I learned my lesson the hard way but you don t have to. But hey, at least they sent me a cheap sweatshirt to make up for it. No working headlight tho :/

Inferior products, horrible service, this company does not stand behind their products, spent over $1,000.00 with this company. lights failed less than a year. They did not honor the warranty.once you have an issue you are on your own. For the price of their LP9 I expected a lot more. Highly disappointed in this company.It's companies like this that makes "Made in America" lose it's value.I found much better support/warranty in products that were "Made in China"

Baja Designs is really the gold standard for off road lighting. I've purchased several of their products for off road motorcycle racing applications, including Squadron Pro's, XL Pro's, and most recently, XL 80's. The lights are rugged and extremely well built, and have a variety of easy to swap lenses available to suit whatever conditions I'm riding in. I have yet to have a Baja Designs light fail on me, even under the harshest of conditions.The staff at BD never fails to treat me like a team member, and the staff has always gone above and beyond to make sure that I have the right equipment for my needs, and in the rare event that I ordered the wrong light for my application, they make it right, and they do it fast and hassle free.Bottom line: If you want the brightest, most rugged, highest quality aftermarket vehicle lighting available, along with epic customer support, reach out to the team at Baja Designs.

I bought a 20 BD ONX+ to replace a 20 light from another high end/ reputable company. The light is top notch and appears very well built. I had to utilize the life time warranty due to a developing issue. They sent me a new light and paid return shipping on my old light. All within a 2 minute conversation over the phone. I use the light often while alone on back roads. It is a must have for traveling at night with my poor OEM headlights. Truly makes the drive exponentially safer when you can see EVERYTHING.
