I had two different tire places change tires on my truck. 1300 dollars later...the problem was still there. 3 days and a rent a car later I found this place. They evaluated my ( 3500 dually) truck same day and had the issue analyzed. These people know their stuff. I highly recommend them for a solid analysis and any work performed.

All I can say is 'Wow! Way to go!". We had our Cadillac serviced and in for alignment 3x with local dealership. It just kept pulling to the left. They said that everything was lining up on the computer and they didn't really feel anything wrong when the tech drove it - Definitely underplayed the drift/pull we were experiencing. Was subsequently referred to AP from Art at GM Exclusive shop and called & spoke with Ray. You could tell right off the bat that he has a deep level of experience. He said to bring the car over and they'd take a look. Fit me in that same day and had the car back to me - Totally fixed within a few hours. When I picked up the car up, he took the time to go over what they had done and how badly it was out of camber, tow-in, etc. The car drives beautifully again! You can lightly rest 2-fingers on the steering wheel and it just tracks perfectly straight. Couldn't be more please to find such a good shop with courteous, experienced, reputable people. Shout out to Leslie at the front counter as well - Friendly and professional. They are going to be our go-to shop for any and all suspension service.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I have used these guys for years whenever I need any kind of suspension work that requires more than an average alignment. They have worked on my motorhome, my 2500 truck and my van. Recently I brought in a 2003 Tracker that was making a clunking noise in the front whenever going over bumps or making turns. The car has over 200,00 miles on it so it was going to be like looking for a needle in a haystack. But their mechanic Gene put it on the rack and checked and tightened everything and suggested replacing the sway bar ends (something I had recently replaced) so I had him do so and I no longer have the clunking noise and am not worried that I'm going to have a front end failure resulting in an accident!! They have always fixed my front end problems quickly, with great customer service and reasonable cost.Service: Steering & suspension replacement

Had a lot of work done. On a older Jeep.Alignment plus did a great job.Apx 5 months went by and the power steering pump started to drip,Talked with Ray and he scheduled me in right away and job was done at no charge no hassles,Have been a customer there for years always great work.Thanks

Ray and his team did a great job. They did their best to save me money and do the best quality job possible. He took the time to show me exactly what the issues were to help me understand what work my van needed. Would recommend to anyone who needs a quality job done on the car, rv or hotrod.

I ve been around the classic car restoration community for over 30 years and I have seen my share of irreputable shops. This falls right in line with the worst.First, they kept my car for 2 days just to provide a quote for an alignment..Initially ( on the phone) I was quoted a ballpark of just under $200.They never once called me during the 2 day period. All the communication was initiated by me.After the 2 days I was given a quote for just under $2600 for an alignment ..and charged $170 just for the estimate itself..Needless to say, I will not opt to have the alignment done here.My car is a 66 Mustang and has the benefit of some modernized steering/suspension components made by Control Performance Products in Orange County.. The tech team at CPP went out of their way in an attempt to work with Alignment Plus. At this point the $2600 alignment quote is the laughing stock of the Mustang community Rey and his gruff condescending attitude may work on some customers but I would be surprised to see anyone truly getting quality/value service outof this place.Best of luck if you choose to work with Rey and his belief that an alignment should be priced in the realm of neurosurgery..

Ray and Jimmy came to my rescue with my brakes on my RV. I had my brakes done at another facility which was so poorly done. Alignment plus had to diagnose the issues from the poor and dangerous work that had been done previously. I highly recommend Alignment plus especially for larger vehicles. Great experience with my alignment.Alignment plus customer service was excellent, they explained everything to me in detail . The company was able to do service and install tierods in 1 day. I got referred by my client AMS motorsports . I will come back and get serviced here everytime I need alignment, shocks and brakes . Thank you Roy and Leslie

I have been coming to alignment plus for quite some time now and I am finally ready to give my review after some excellent customer service. Ray and his crew are very thorough and stand behind their work. Ray always wants to make sure that you are satisfied and happy with the work. I appreciate businesses like this, you guys rock

Pros: Got the service I paid forAlignment was done right (as far as I'm aware)Ray spoke politelyCons:They charged me 332.80 for a 4 wheel alignment (I thought this was steep but I didn't want to argue or induce any retaliation)I have since scoured the internet to find that even a high end alignment shouldn't cost a dime over 200.I trusted that they were going to do a good job (which they did, as far as I know). However, I didn't know I was overpaying by such an absurd amount.I asked them to do something simple that took all of 2 seconds to do and they charged me over 40 dollars for it without telling me they were gonna charge for it. I would have done it myself had I known they were gonna sneak an over 40 dollar charge. This is still unbelievable to me and I wish I had looked at the paperwork and called them out on this before paying.When asked if I was aligning for street or track, I said I want a balance between the two. They simply zeroed everything out. Zero effort was put into coming up with alignment specs I should run (nor did they ask what specs I wanted). I was hoping for a little negative camber so I can corner better. I wish they did more here especially for three hundred and thirty two dollars.They made zero mention of ride height which is a crucial factor to properly aligning a car. As far as I'm aware they didn't touch the ride height because I had every suspension related component off the car not more than 2 days prior and it looks as bad as it did before I took it in. For 332 bucks they should have taken the shocks off the car and made certain the ride height was set properly.Understandably, a lot of the problem here is my fault. I should have asked for the price breakdown and shouldn't have handed over the money before looking at it first. (I hate to do this because I feel like it's rude to doubt people like that). I'm barely reviewing the receipt 2 days after the fact (not that complaining sooner would have changed anything) I trusted these guys to do their job and not rip me off. Moral of the story, don't trust anyone, double check everything, and don't ask for anything extra because you'll pay for it.I am very happy about finally getting my car aligned, which they did accomplish (with the exception of ride height ) but now I can't help but feel like I've been ripped off. I hate working on cars. I've taken nearly every nut and bolt off my car and put them back on myself to avoid being ripped off by mechanics. Yet here I am paying well over 100 dollars more than I should pay to get an OK alignment.Service: Wheel alignment

Not your average alignment shop. Premium services for custom applications and aftermarket upgraded suspension components and setups.Don't expect an "in and out" $100 green zone alignment. With experienced techs and equipment for all passenger cars, trucks, busses and RVs they can service and recommend solutions for a proper driving vehicle.

The service is amazing! I called at 12:45pm to get my car aligned after I had a good number of suspension components replaced on my E46. Ray wasn't sure if they'd have enough time to get the car done before closing. I have another car and said it's fine if it sits there. I dropped the car off not expecting the car to get done honestly, which was fine. I got back in the house at 5pm checked my phone saw that I missed a call. Called back it was Ray saying the car was done, I said I'm on my way. They stayed open for about 10min so that I could come get the car. I know most places don't even answer the phone after the clock hits closing time let alone stay open and wait for me pick up the car. Can't say enough about that kind of service! Thanks guys!

Ray is Amazing and friendly, always doing everything he can when he can.No appointment I just came in was able to get my vehicle checked, same day.Got a good deal on the inspection while they were able to tinker with it just a lil bit to make it safe till I can afford to bring it in again.Life saver... Worst mechanic shop ever!!! Took my car there today to repair what they already fixed a month ago that broke again, only to be told that they could not be held responsible because I supplied the part which I had warranty for, so not a problem. But they would not fix it at even a discounted rate, instead the manager RAY was incredibly rude and short with me even about the simplest questions that anyone in my shoes would understandably ask considering this is my second time here in less than two months and how much they charged me the first time. I do not recommend going to this over priced and rudely managed establishment. Scott the mechanic is very nice and helpful but it's hard to get anything done when you've got a jackass like Ray behind the counter.

Came in to get my Jeep Wrangler aligned a while ago and they were really rude to me. they assumed I didn t know anything about my car even though I literally installed a lift kit on it? thought I just had one bad experience so I didn t think much of it but called back to try and make another appointment recently and not much has changed. why would I go here and pay way over what I should and also get sexist comments when I can go to 4wheel parts pay way less and get respect? Y all need to grow up and realize some women know what caster is

These guys are awesome. I had an alignment done at another shop and after a little while it got worse and worse and I went back and they did not want to fix it without me paying more. I told him to screw off and went to alignment plus & brakes the guy there was very helpful and he told me what the real problem was and showed me exactly the issues and why I couldn't get it aligned without fixing the problem first. They didn't just take my money like the other place and try to align it and give it back. I was very thankful for their honesty and helpfulness and once I get the problems fixed I will definitely take it there. they just made a lifetime customer

Great service and fair price. Good place to get your unusual or custom car aligned. These guys are not scared off by non stock vehicles.

The entire operation is professional from the personnel to their tools and equipment.All 4 of my family s vehicles (Toyota Sequoia, Mazda 6, 65 Nova Wagon, 65 Ford Fairlane) are serviced here when steering, suspension, brakes, alignment and pro-modification are required.They will also fabricate parts and provide the right suspension geometry that suits you and your vehicle s purpose.If you love your vehicle, and want a job done correctly the first time, take it to Ray and Steve.
