I had a great experience taking my car to Vintage Auto Body. I had to take my Tesla model 3 in for front end damage after hitting a coyote. It was my first time having to get a collision repair, and Scott kindly walked me through the whole process. He took one look at my car and told me exactly what to expect as far as cost and the time repairs would take. The work that had to be done was just what they estimated. They really know what they're doing. All the staff were always friendly and honest with me. Highly recommend them!

Don and his team were absolutely amazing. They worked to gain access for an awesome paintless dent removal expert, Dr. Dent, in a challenging spot in my Tesla S. The who thing was done in a day for a super fair price. Love working with Vintage and highly recommend them to anyone.

Shortly after purchasing a new Porsche 911, I was involved in an accident which damaged the front end of my car. I specified Vintage Auto Body with my insurance company for the repairs, and they did an excellent job and my car now looks like new. Great job!

Best work in the area. Parts were on back order , but they always kept in contact with me. They didn t have me drop off my truck until everything was at the shop. Amazing work looks like nothing happened and brand new. I highly recommend them.

I went to Vintage because it is the only Tesla approved body shop in the area, and I'm very happy that I went there. They did a great job. The work was done when they said and it cost what they said.Auto repair shops of all kinds are often not places in which elderly women feel comfortable. Vintage is a happy exception to that generalization.Highly recommended.A few months later I had to take my Tesla back for another repair. Don was so very helpful- as soon as my insurance company accepted the estimate and the parts arrived, the car was fixed within days. Just like the last time, they did a great job at a reasonable price and were very helpful. Again, I highly recommend Vintage Auto Body.December 2023- once again I had an excellent experience at Vintage. I'd like not to have to go back too soon, but the excellent service and unexpected kindness at Vintage took some of the sting out of having to have more bodywork done.

Not a good experience with them. It took 2 months for them to actually give a right quote and at the end they were trying to buy off our vehicle from insurance after the final estimate was beyond real.

Had a front end accident in my wife s Tesla Model 3. The guys at Vintage did a great job of fixing the car, painting it, etc and getting us back on the road. Don was tremendous. Rob too. Don kept us in the loop at all times re: parts ordered, next steps in the repair and timing of when it would be completed. He was fantastic!! Great people, great work! My factory-painted matte hood suffered damage during the March wind storms. I initially contacted the shop my insurer recommended, but they declined to work on a matte finish. I then contacted 2 other shops who also declined. Fortunately, one recommended I contact Vintage Auto, so I did. I was grateful to learn Vintage Auto had plenty of experience with the difficult matte finish. The job was done in a week, and the car looks fantastic. I would recommend Vintage Auto to anyone who wants or expects perfection, and would take my car back to them in the future.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I brought my collector car to them after a minor collision and they repaired it perfectly. The small tear in the aluminum fender was repaired exactly right. Do not use Vintage if you are wanting your car back in any reasonable amount of time. Vintage had my car for 76 days and returned it with the repairs still incomplete. Every step of the way, Vintage was dishonest about the state of my vehicle and the time remaining of repairs. I selected Vintage over other shops because they said they were less busy than average and would be able to get started on my car right away, but they moved at a glacial pace. See attached picture of my vehicle after 30 days of being at Vintage. It still hasn't even been fully disassembled at this point! It does not take 30 days to do a teardown. The repair actually took so long that the insurance refused to pay for the rental because they said it was too long for the scope of work that was being done. Luckily the insurance finally paid the rental, but it was a huge hassle. When the car was returned, the sunroof was still broken even though I mentioned that when I dropped my car off. I had to get the dealer to fix it. Vintage also broke the driver and passenger seats while they repaired the active head restraint in the headrest. It was a whole new nightmare getting the insurance to pay for that one. Overall, this was one of the most disasterous experiences I have ever seen as a customer. I talked to Rob the owner a couple times during the repair and he was totally unapologetic and unwilling to compromise on price or any other kind of compensation for the awful experience. Do not take your car here.Update: if you read Vintage's reply to my review and all other negative reviews, you will notice a pattern. They are never responsible for anything that goes wrong, ever. They do not own up to their mistakes or even acknowledge that you may have had a bad experience. Do you want to be in a relationship with an organization like that?

They are good but so popular that there is a wait list to get estimates and another wait to get work done. If you want work done right away, try somewhere else.
