Lowest price but best package of services. I went in for an estimate on repairing a deep dent in the hood, but Mike put a package together that included replacing a broken taillight and minor fender dent. All for a lower price than what the other guys wanted for just doing the hood dent.

This shop is the real deal. Honest, excellent customer service, and fair pricing. While visiting CA we had damage to a car we were borrowing. We wanted to return the car to the owner damage free and Mike and Mark worked us in and had the car back to us looking amazing almost as soon as we brought it in. They REALLY took care of us and did a fantastic job. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking to have body work done.

Best experience I have ever had at an autobody shop.After backing into my neighbors car, I asked my friend from SLO a recommendation for an autobody shop. He did not hesitate to say Mike at the Dent Shop. I went in on a Thursday afternoon and had an estimate before 5pm. We brought the car in the following week after he secured the new part and the car was ready to go by the end of the week. He was truly a pleasure to work with and made what could be a horrible process absolutely seamless.

Mike did an amazing job on paintless dent repair on my truck. I keep my truck so clean, you can pluck your eyebrows in the paint's reflection. So, I was apoplectic when someone door-dinged it. Mike did such an amazing job, it is literally impossible to see that any damage was there. It's like he did paintless dent sorcery. On top of it all, he (i) went out of his way to accommodate my schedule, (ii) had the job done in 45 minutes, (iii) explained how he did the repair, and (iv) did it all for an unbelievable price. I definitely recommend The Dent Shop if you have any issues with body work.

The Dent Shop did a fantastic job fixing up my car after it was hit from the side. They handled all the insurance and made it easy to manage from my side. The car looks as good as new! I can't even tell where the new paint is! My car leaked like a sieve after every rain because of some bad body work done on it several years ago. I finally decided to get it fixed after a particularly bad storm that left 2 inches of water on the floor of my car. I can't say enough good about these guys. They gave me advice on how to dry out the inside of my car and then spent a day sealing up every leak they could find. They did great work, and I haven't had any issues since! Seriously the BEST place in SLO! Mike genuinely cares about his customers. I am usually very wary of auto body shops because it seems like a lot of people in the industry care more about profit than customer satisfaction. Not here! Mike really cares about helping anyone who walks through his door the best that he can. I have been there twice now and have always felt like his top priority. I m sure whoever he is working with at the time feels that way too. He was able to fix an urgent problem with my bumper in record time so I could get back on the road and I couldn t thank him more. You should definitely try this place out and make it THE place you go for your auto body needs. Dent Shop is the best! Highly recommend.

My 08 Nissan ultimate was a hit & run on the passenger side back door. For the 2nd time I used The Dent Shop & as usual everything went very well They dealt with triple A for pymt. When I picked up my car it was unbelievable, you would have never known anything was wrong. Such honest people & right up front about your issue.Thank you Mike & Mark Service: Body & Trim

Mike really looks our for his customers. As a college kid who's never had to deal with insurance before he really helped me get everything sorted out. He and his team worked on my Nissan Altima after it got hit and it came out perfect. The Dent Shop deserves all the fantastic 5 star reviews that it receives.

I've had both of my BMW's worked on here, and the paint work and service is second to none. I've had the paint work for over 2 years now, and it still looks perfect like the day I picked it up. The rates are very reasonable, and they are very friendly. I don't trust anyone else in the county to work on my cars!

Mark and his team did a fantastic job on my 2011 Infiniti G37. A friend of mine side-swiped my rear right bumper backing out of a driveway. I got a couple quotes and we chose the Dent Shop as we didn't want to run it through insurance and their quote was the lowest. I was a bit nervous going with the "cheapest" solution / shop, but decided to give it a shot based on online reviews. Fortunately, it looks like we made the right choice! My bumper looks brand-new (definitely not "cheap"), the paint matches, and the rear sensors still work beautifully. While the shop kept my car for 3 days (other shops quoted faster turnarounds), it was well worth the wait. Plus the entire team was very friendly! Thanks!

I had an accident with my brand new car. They came recommended and now I know why. They fought with insurance. Pressed with Toyota who didn t have the right equipment. They also sent my car back to a vendor that they didn t think did a good enough job. I hope I never see them again (so no more accidents) but I would recommend them to everyon. No, they re not friends so this is a real review.These guys are AWESOME!

I'm incredibly pleased with the service and quality of work. Mike was able to fix our dent in 3.5 hours. I was really impressed with just how nice everybody at this shop is. These guys are A1!

Amazing place, ive taken my BMW here twice, and they dont dissapoint, hopefully youll never need their service, but if you do, one of the best body shops in SLO.
