We had a great experience with SLO Towing after having our first flat tire on our Tesla. They arrived quickly and had it loaded super fast and professionally and we were on our way. They used their new red truck (that matched the color of our car)which is really a state of the art towing vehicle. The cell phone reception was horrible but Mike patiently called us back and kept us updated on his progress. The service technician Mike was very friendly and helpful and was very careful not to damage the car. SLO towing took a stressful situation and turned it into just a minor inconvenience. As an added bonus Mike dropped us off at our hotel. I highly recommend SLO towing. A true 5 star experience.

10/10 experience. Mike the tow truck driver was incredibly experienced and professional. I had some trouble with my truck while visiting pismo beach. While experiencing high wait times from other nearby tow companies I decided to call slo tow. They dispatched a truck immediately and were at my location within 20 minutes. The second mike showed up I knew I called the right place. Clean/comfortable truck, the ride home was great. Highly recommend.

Mike and Daniel were super professional in towing my Tesla, which was completely unresponsive. They are very knowledgeable, and professional, and have a great attitude. My experience with was amazing.

Fast response and very friendly tech. Literally felt like I had a friend come out to help me. I've been towed five times in the last month and this was by far the best experience. Most have trouble with such a big vehicle. Great job SLO Tow.

Had issues with van starting. After a quick call, Mike showed up within 30 minutes and helped us get to the dealer for maintenance.Was very professional and cordial. Would recommend and will use if ever in need of a tow in/near SLO..

I lost the only key to a vehicle and needed a tow to the dealership to have a new one made. Called these guys and Mike showed up quickly and did a great job, especially with a tricky bit of backing the vehicle into a parking spot at the dealership. Great customer service and work.

Absolutely the best experience with having to get towed! My tow truck driver was Dennis and he was very kind and went over and beyond my expectations when towing my tahoe. Overall customer service was exceptional! Also Robert at dispatch showed great customer service as well

Our vehicle broke down on the side of the road and while searching for a towing company we came across a company that serviced many areas to find a towing company. Ultimately it was a scam and of course we were frustrated and leery at this point to call anyone else. We ended up calling S.L.O. Towing and Rob was the on-call driver. He was fantastic. He was professional and gave us a very specific ETA, and stuck to it. Once he got to our vehicle, knowing we had been on the side of the road for hours he sent us on our way reassuring us that he was the professional to get the job done. It was a tow that was over 100 miles and he showed up when he said he would and even gave us a 10 mile call out so we were ready.I really wish we had called S.L.O. Towing right away and not dealt with the scammers, but at the end of the day, we got our vehicle home safe and Rob did a fantastic job ensuring everything went very smooth with our interaction.

Let s be honest, if you re dealing with a tow, things are not going your way. Today the 12V battery in my Polestar decided to die, locking me out. Rob was the consummate professional, clearly communicating when he would arrive and ended up being early. After he left with my car, I realized I didn t give him the key, and the car was going on a long tow for service in LA. He flexed and arranged to pick up a key on his way down, saving me a trip back to SLO. Rob went *way* out of his way to help me out in a way he didn t have to, and most places wouldn t. While I don t want to call for another tow anytime soon, SLO Tow will be my go-to for any issues. Thank you!

On a roadtrip to San Simeon our Tesla battery died and we were stranded at our motel with no hope in sight. When Michael got here it wasn't looking too good and it took a lot of different tries in order to get the car up the ramp but Mike's attitude was absolutely amazing and no matter how many roadblocks we came across he always knew what to do. The tow was long distant and the drive was incredibly pleasant. Mike was so personable and lifted our spirits. He made what would've been a terrible day into a great one. I highly recommend this company for a tow and special shout out to Mike for being so awesome!Services: Battery service, Special vehicle towing, Long distance hauling

Rob was our Tow truck driver. He was very professional and super nice. He towed us from Arroyo Grande to Salinas made our ride very comfortable with his compassion and professionalism. I definitely recommend this towing company when needed. Once AAA contacted SLO Towing he was there in a timely manner and kept in contact with us. Thank you Rob and SLO towing for your service. I highly recommend their services.

What a great experience when you are stressing about an accident damage to your car. The office was great and responded quickly. Rob came out with a new, well equipped flat bed to take the car with care. He texted when he was completing the drop off to the body shop and sent a photo. Wow. Please call them if you need a tow. Pass this on as one of the best companies on the central coast.

I want to give this place 10 stars. Michael was friendly, fast, and efficient. I scheduled a tow through my insurance the day prior only to get an early morning call stating they couldn t find anyone. I made one call to SLO Tow and they had my tow set up immediately. Michael arrived early, was super quick, and so friendly! I was told he would arrive between 8-8:30am, and I am currently heading back home at 8:36am, already dropped the car at the dealer, paid, and all checked in for my service. Talk about quick!! Thank you SLO Tow. I will never attempt to go through my insurance again. I will always go straight to SLO Tow, and you should, too.Service: Car towing

Arrived promptly. Knew everything Tesla required. Two hour trip to the Tesla service was time well spent with Michael. The experience was very calming all the way right from Michael s greeting to a wave as he headed back to SOL Tow office!

Michael is the best! After a long night of engine trouble and a morning to difficulties trying to get someone to tow over 200 miles; Michael shows up with a clean tow truck and a calm disposition. He really made a stressful encounter into a chill one. Highly recommend this company!

This towing company was a pleasure to work with. AAA messed up by not telling them we needed help, but when we called SLO Tow directly they were very helpful, and arranged to tow our truck 98 miles despite being busy. We especially appreciated tow truck driver Mike's friendly, cheerful demeanor and his excellent communication during the truck's progress to its destination. It's nice to have a cheerful tow truck driver on a stressful day!

Just what your day needs, your car breaks down and you re stranded in another town. Although SLO tow has the ability to literally tow you, Rob was knowledgeable and able to get me back on the road again and I arrived safely home. Pretty good response time for lunch rush on a Friday!

My Tesla died in my garage and had to be dragged out and onto a flatbed truck. I had no idea how they were going to be able to get the car out of such a small space and a tight angle. It took 2 trucks and 3 guys but SLO towing figured it out, They had all the necessary special equipment to move a Tesla that was not in tow mode. I m so thankful to the whole team but especially my driver Mike who towed my car to Santa Barbara safely and efficiently. They really helped a stranded gal out!Service: Car towing

I called AAA to assist with towing my 1995 Ford F350 Super Duty, Dually, & was dispatched to Chucks towing in MB but unfortunately they only have one available driver on sundays, so they passed my call to SLO tow. My truck is a hard one to have towed because of the size & weight. Not to mention the location of it, on Cottontail Creek Rd, which is in canyon behind Whale Rock Reservoir off of Old Creek Rd (very remote, unpaved road). Rob was awesome & cell service does not exists out there which is tricky but he was there & didn t hesitate. He was knowledgeable & professional & I felt completely comfortable trusting him with my pride & joy. I will never call anyone else! Very satisfied & highly recommend Rob, he really went above & beyond & definitely deserves recognition for being awesome! I had a hole in my radiator that forced all the water and fluid out of the hose and onto whatever it could reach (like the driveway of my friend's parents house in Los Osos and the newly laid tarmac in their residential community) and so I called my insurance company who paired me with a local towing company and I was immediately contacted by SLO TOW stating they would let me know when their driver would be arriving.Then the driver himself texted with an approximate arrival time which he held to as well as being so friendly, competent and actually reducing my stress level by more than 1/2. I believe his name is Robert and he delivered my truck to my residence in Morro Bay and then took photos and sent them to me so I was reassured on it's safe arrival. Thank you so much SLO TOW for being a wonderful business entity that I will highly recommend to everyone. Keep up the great work!!!!!!

Mike was on time and extremely professional. He took extra care with my car and took all of the photos prior to loading it up. He even went the extra mile and removed any cables that could possibly scratch the side of the car. I have used these guys several times and I think they re extremely professional & they go the extra mile. I highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend. I called for an immediate out of town tow and he was there right on time. Michael was very friendly and careful lifting the car on the truck. Great experience overall!!
