Here's what you need to know: Super convenient location, right off the highway. Lots of pumps. Good selection of snacks and drinks.

**RACIST WHITE EMPLOYEE ALERT**Love the shell brand, it is the only gasoline I'll put in my cars. However this Gas station you should avoid as it has one racist employee among its staff.I went in there around 2:35- 2:40 p.m on 4/24/2019to buy $45 in Gas and a $9 Car Wash and I only had $100 . The employee first told me he doesn't have change and cannot sell me gas and car wash. When I told him it says you accept cash out there by pump and I'm buying many things, he then proceeded to tell me it is a shift change and they don't keep much money in register and drop everything in the safe and asked me to Pay with Debit or Credit which has higher cost. And then he changed the story to we don't accept $100 although there was no sign anywhere stating that.I told him I want to pay in cash and it is all I got . So he finally opens the register and Low and Behold it has lots of change and also full of large bills like 50's and $100's ( so much for "we drop all large bills including $20's in safe). I pointed that out to him and then he said I only have one $20 and a bunch of fives and tens and (not to forget the '50's) they run out pretty fast. I couldn't find a reasonable excuse for this bankrupt racist man other than racist, cause he had plenty of change , it was broad day light so no safety issue there , there was no sign telling me we don't accept certain bills and it is a large business that one would reasonably expect they can give you change if you use cash to pay for your transaction. Needless to say, I just left in disgust. It is too bad Shell's brand is associated with this incident, perhaps I will send a link to their PR department and ask for a comment.So owner , please heed this massage( this man is older in 60's maybe with short white grey hair with glasses and skinny build) .This is not good for your business at all , especially in today's business climate. Rest assured , I do have the ability to sue your business, however I don't think any successful business owner such as yourself who understand the magnitude of liability of having people like that working in your business would let this pass, without out setting systems in place not to impact another of customers, thus I will allow you the space and time to clean up your own house with this incident. Thanks.o

This is my first time ever writing a poor review about this location, due to a staff member that works there (older gentleman with an attitude). I've reached out several times in attempts to inform the manager, but I feel like it's the same employee taking in phone calls and so nothing is ever resolved. Hopefully by now the strore manager will take serious action and address this situation. This employee I'm referring to had a bad reputation and not very friendly towards most customers and unfortunately I happened to experience it first hand. My first encounter goes way back months ago when I came in for a propane refill. I approached the older gentleman who was smoking outside and asked politely for a refill, he then told me he'll do it for a beer in exchange which is an unusual response for me at that time, but I payed no attention and played it off. When he finally came to the filling station he then threw the keys at me and said "Here hold this" in a rude tone of voice. Months go by and he is still currently working as an acting manager accordingly to some of the staff there. Today I sent one of my coworkers to go in since I didn't want to deal with the same employee. My coworker then told me that we have to wait 20 minutes for a refill and when I went inside I noticed there was two of them in there and luckily the younger employee was willing to help us out. Just the inconvenience that this guy is causing and unprofessionalism is to the extreme. I don't think this place is safe for anyone due to his lack to communicate in a civil manner. Joe is out here in the rain this morning filling my propane tanks. He doesn t have to but he s out here because he really cares about customer service. This team is always friendly and helpful. Bring them your business.

Thank you so much to the cashier working right now!!! I only had a few bucks in change and you helped out by putting a few more bucks into my gas tank and believe it or not, I was on my way out to work! You sir and your act of kindness are one very many reasons I still have hope and faith in humanity. Because it is those who don't care what a person's story is, but are still kind enough to lend a helping hand to a complete stranger whom you didn't exchange more than just a few words with. Thank you again because you have no idea how much you helped me out today!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Do Not Stop here. Prepaid $100 inside for gas. Got outside to pump it and the pump wouldn t work as I went to go back inside there was a sign on the door of back in 10 minutes and no employees around to help anyone. There were multiple customers around looking for someone and no one to be found. After waiting for 15 minutes an employee finally showed up to help. I would not even give this store 1 star. HORRIBLE !!!

Poor customer service. Denied giving keys to restroom with a reason that it s closed and not clean.. within few minutes, he let another customer use the restroom. What a miracle! The restroom cleaned itself or it was just a racism. Such a shame for a popular brand that is known for its customer service excellence.

Seriously rude guy working there today. Yelled at us for not wearing masks. Was all like, "no mask, no service! Shut the door on your way out!"I get it, I'm forced to wear a mask at work, too, even though they don't work. But I'm always polite to customers and employees about the issue. A little kindness can go a long way

Great Service and Knowledgeable directions. The attendant says they are under new management and improving everything from Customer Service to a makeover of Car Wash and soon to be new pumps! :)

Upshotscott Review!Some may find my posts and know what I do. Being an avid truth seeker, I use my experience for decerment basically forming beliefs for myself, and sharing my experience with my new found conviction. I am HUGE when it comes to customer service. My customers are the people that deserve my personal standard, which is and I qoute, "Hello, my name is not upset too serve you, and I could care less that you have stepped out of luxury too appear homeless raising vibrations to at least compassion level for humans and all energy in it's own right, I need to help you too better myself in this box of control we all put up with to stay in balance, and know that when you make the effort to try and cheer me up with a simple, how's your morning going? I won't look at you in a definitive presumably arrogant an egotisically way while you reply , "my days are always great!" Which tells me since I came too show on my own accord the behavior I had heard from others what you would call less than fortunate that I have found to be your reason to stay in an "always great" vibrational frequency that attracted me too shed some light on the reality at hand. So my OPINION is Shell offers great product in a long haired Should I label hippie .. I find hippies facinating and full of life, others opinions may differ, but attitude is key to appearence and my first Morning start my always PROSPEROUS and ABUNDANT Reailty to have too buy my coffee next door and regret that im a smoker cause I could BE wrong .. but long hair death metal just never brought me positive attraction into BLISS.. I can never go back too always great cause i always wanna go further.. I love too look homeless KNOWING this lion lives in timeshares traveling.. always a great day knowing intuitively for yourself you were more attracted vibrationally to Brewster's millions and Trading Places rather than Clerks and Deathlock..however I do enjoy my adult swim.. BE THE CHANGE YOU WANT TOO SEE!Or continue always great day.. just be a bill Murray fan first..only an opinion.Upshotscott

Stopped to fill up but guy working at the counter was rude and had zero interest working there. Anything you ask"I don't know" was his answer with zero interest in actually listening to your question.

5 minutes before midnight on Friday and Saturday it's the best sight to see and only place in the neighborhood still open! Smokes, drinks and eats to keep the party going!

Claims they sell propane but don't have the right connections to hookup to the actual propane canister. Older gent that works here needs to retire. Just straight up ride and the most unhelpful employee..

Horrible service. I'm 0 for 3 on trying to get propane there. Every time its a new excuse for why they can't do it. I honestly believe its laziness of the same guy always there to do his job. Shell on Santa Rosa is always willing to do their job though.

sadly, a card reader was used to steal my Shell credit number at this station. Fortunately, Shell/Citibank caught the fraudulent activity. Sigh...
