Missed/ overbooked the first appt. Arrived next day, had to wait for part and schedule service another 3 weeks out.Here on 1/17, leaves,says it is fixed.Use washer next day amd sill has E13 error..barrel is full of water.

WOW! Couldn't be HAPPIER!! After getting burned BIG TIME from the first company that took on my LG warranty repair (Mr. Canela's Appliance Repair) we were assigned Sears Appliance Repair. They were friendly, prompt, informative, helpful, skilled, etc.... HUGE THANK YOU to Warren, Lawrence, and the other guy that got tapped out to go home but was the first on scene!
