Amazing service and John was very informative and helpful through the whole process on my Tesla S repair. This was after a bad experience with a Tesla service center.I will be taking my vehicles to him for all my my repairs.Thanks John Reeves..... your team is so welcoming and helpfull.I'll see you all on my next service.Thanks again.

I was new to the area and needed to have my brakes checked out so I did the natural thing to look on Google and found that Reeves had raving reviews! Well let me tell you firsthand, they live up to the 5-stars! Their customer service is impeccable and never judge you based on knowledge or condition of the car! They ask detailed questions in order to find the best solution. I love how Reeves also provides detailed report of what all you will get done and know the price before doing it!Once at Reeves in person, their lobby and waiting area is very homey and it feels nice in there especially if you are waiting a bit. Every single customer that walked in while I was waiting, the crew was so kind and gave full attention. If they could not provide the service themselves, they even gave recommendations around the area!As far as quality, they got all my work done within the day and I feel like my car was taken care of! I truly appreciated the full transparency and report, including pictures.When you go with Reeves, you re going to pay for service and comfort! So if that is important to you, check them out.

The kindness and efficiency and quality of the people who work here is unlike I have seen in a long time! I gave up going to Ford and Toyota dealers for my vehicles, and always feel confident that I am getting honest work done at Reeves! They are always on time and their waiting lobby feels like a comfy living room. I can t say enough great things, so go see for yourself!

We don t live in the area so when our son broke down on Hwy 1 we had no clue where to tow the car. We searched and went with Reeves. They promptly responded and received the tow. The diagnosis was quick and the pricing was more than fair. I would highly recommend. Very professional and very helpful. Thank you!

Reeves staff have always been extremely attentive, polite, respectful and punctual. Every issue I've ever had, they've been able to diagnose and promptly fix. Me, my wife and three kids all being our vehicles to Reeves. Never had any problems and always left with a smile driving away in my fixed vehicle.

Top notch auto repair shop. My heater and defroster stopped working on my Toyota. Toyota dealer diagnosed it for $272, saying major components of the heater system needed replacing. The quote was for $5400. (!!!!!) That sounded unacceptable to me so I brought my vehicle to Reeves.Their quote was a few hundred dollars cheaper. And here comes the good part. After completely removing the dash ( a lot of work), I received a call from Mike telling me that the heater system was fine and that a rodent had gotten into my car and chewed through the wires. The total cost for repair was much less than half of what was quoted. And Mike informed me that most auto insurance policies cover rodent damage, so I was only out the deductible. (I did not know that!)I can't say enough about the service, the quality and the ethics of this auto shop. They are honest and really into customer satisfaction. The communication was excellent.As for me, my original estimate went from $5400 from Toyota but after Reeves checked it out and accurately diagnosed it, the bill went down to $500, ie, my insurance deductible. This is a first class auto repair shop. My wife and I will be bringing both of our cars here from now on. What was a nightmare for us turned into a fairly pleasant situation. Thanks so much to Mike and the crew at Reeves. You guys are the best and a pleasure to do business with.

I recently had my truck smogged at Reeves Auto Repair and the entire experience was so pleasant. I didn t have an appointment but the very nice young man said that s ok we can do it now if you want. The waiting area was clean, comfortable and even had a beautifully restored gas pump that looked new. Before I knew it my truck was done. The young woman who processed my bill was also very nice. Thank you again for such great service and I ve found a new home for any future work my truck needs.

The team at Reeves auto really goes above and beyond to take care of you. Recently I had a couple random auto issues and they got me right in, fixed, and back on the road. Highly recommend them to all my friends.

Though I've been there once I can say I finally found the auto repair and service I've been looking for in San Luis Obispo. Reeves Auto knows their stuff about cars and they go the extra mile on service, repair and establishing trust with the customer. Plus they have the coolest, cleanest, most inviting waiting room I've been in anywhere in my many years.

The Reeves crew finished my car in record time. Plus gave me a list of upcoming needs. Biggest issue was a nail in my tire which they photographed and I was able to get that repaired at tire shop. Every one at Reeves gives the best. They are always there for me.Once again Reeves kept an eye on maintenance issues and when my tie-rods were becoming hazardous recommended where I could have them replaced. Literally saving my life. Kudos to the staff at Reeves

I called to see about a smog test. They said smog tests are by appointment only but that they had a couple of spots available today. So I went down there and they took care of me directly. They also have an amazing homey waiting area. In and out quickly.

I am really impressed with the professional treatment and willingness to make sure my problem was really solved. They got me going with my air conditioner in my car so that I could go on my trip and then repaired it permanently when I returned. They also had me come back just to verify that the problem was really solved at no cost. I was so thankful for this attentive care. I always feel confident when they work on my old car. I highly recommend Reeves Automotive Repair to all!They are simply hands down the best! Friendly, honest and extremely fair in pricing.The owner and all his Team Members make it sheer pleasure to do business with them. They make you feel valued and cared for from the moment you step in their front door!Oh! They have one the best family room feeling waiting room in all of San Luis Obispo County. Hands down, the best mechanics I ever encountered because not only do they stay up to date in thier training, but they understand that trust is earned and go out of thier way to continue to validate that trust. Their inpection documentation process not only clearly communicates what repairs are needed but clearly documents their reasoning for the recommended repair in a way that I (not a mechanic) can understand. They have always found the time to discuss proposed repairs with me so we come up with repair plans together that balance my risk tolerance and my budget. This has been super helpful over the last 10 years in navigating times thick and thin.Unrelated to the service I've received personally, I thought it worth mentioning that last time I was dropping my car off, Reeves Auto Repair was hosting a local teacher to teach young adults car maintenance basics. I was very impressed that John Reeves was willing to go out of his way to build up our community at the expense of billable work he could have been doing. Truely, these guys are a gem in our community.

The staff is incredible; the repairs are seamless; and the prices are affordable. If you want outstanding, expert care for you car, regardless of its age, this is definitely the place to bring it.
