They treated me and my car so well!Quality did a perfect job recreating my original stripes (I actually like their final result even better) and they were very professional and kind throughout the whole process. I also felt their pricing was fair. I will be bringing both of my cars back soon.More details:1. Quick removal, quick install. My whole car s stripe removal and reinstall took slightly over a day and didn t do any damage to my paint. That s impressive after the vinyl had been there for 7 years2. They were professional while also being warm and inviting. I came to check on my car halfway through the job and they were super friendly while letting me look it over. When I came to pick up the next day they offered me and my fianc� water and popcorn and chatted with us for a bit.3. Fair pricing! I was worried this job would cost a few thousand, but it was very reasonable considering the speed and quality of results.4. Very attentive to detail. They made sure they understood exactly what I wanted and made sure to tuck the vinyl into nooks and crannies so there are no jagged edges or random breaks in the stripesSorry for so few pictures, it has been raining a lot since I got them installed. They look perfect all around, though.

Big Thanks to everyone at Quality Tinting...from my first phone call asking questions and setting up my appointment to picking up my vehicle after service the whole staff went above and beyond. Seriously don't go anywhere else you will be very happy and proud of getting your work done with Quality Tinting's up front prices and honest on the level crew. My vehicle looks great and more importantly my little ones in the back can feel the difference with a real Quality Tint keeping out the heat on the hot days. Took the Rivian over for a quote to window tint, Quality team was exceptionally friendly. Greeted with popcorn and water! Quick run through of options, made a selection. Prices are reasonable. They were able to fit us in immediately and came out perfect! Highly recommend. Great team and work!!

Awesome staff, great experience. Design images came extremely fast after initial conversation, they understood exactly what we wanted and made it all happen within a week. The staff, management, and ownership is extremely friendly and helpful and made sure I wasn t without transportation for the day while they completed the van. Looking forward to using Quality Tinting and Signs on many projects to come. I recommend using their team for all your graphics, tints, wraps and signage if you d like it done quickly and professionally with the level of craftsmanship that helps all of our businesses look sharp and enticing. I've had three cars tinted here, and couldn't recommend them more! Everyone is super friendly and they put the customer first. Their work is first class, I've had zero issues with the tinting on my vehicles. A+

I don t usually write reviews, but my extremely poor experience with Quality tint warranted an exception. I heard good things from friends and saw solid reviews here, so I mistakenly decided to trust my truck with them. After going over the cost and agreeing on an hourly rate for my odd shaped back window, I left my 59 Chevy truck with them. I received a call that the side windows had been tinted, but they cracked the back glass. They at first tried to charge me for the side windows that had already been completed, but they eventually let me go with half my truck tinted and the other half cracked beyond repair. They didn t even get the tint right on the side windows. There is clear bubbling at the top of the window as you can see in the attached pictures.CAUTION: the signature you provide to confirm your appointment is also a waiver that they will use to deny any responsibility for damages they cause. I found this out the hard way, and I am now out $1100 for a replacement back window, shipping, and installation. I consulted multiple other shops that all agree it is near impossible to crack class while installing tint. I have also never received a straight answer from Quality on how the glass was cracked. This whole experience has demonstrated Quality s disregard for customer satisfaction and refusal to stand behind their work.Shoutout to SLO Auto Glass and Tint on Tank Farm for the excellent work they did installing the replacement glass (on my dime). If you are looking for an actual quality shop that stands behind their work, take your vehicle to them. I wish I had.

Austin is one of the best teachers and mentors in this industry I really learned a-lot coming here to his School. He always takes that extra Step to make sure you really understand what he teaches you and I don t regret a single Penny coming out my Pocket. Definitely the best School!

Confidence, Quality, Communication. . . . Our instant impression when we took our 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for a evaluation of a oxidized paint area above the windshield.The 1st photo doesn't show the white flaking clear-coat coming off, but it was. Auto Paint shop quotes were $900 - $1000 for the roof area.Quality Tinting & Signs ( Taylor, GM ) met with us and looked over our paint issue, explained how the process worked, and then assured us we decide when we are satisfied, and then job is complete !I must say, this turned out SO MUCH BETTER than we thought possible. We couldn't match the paint, so we chose a slightly darker gray in a matte color. Here is the best part, their estimate was more time than it actually took, so the final bill was 31% LESS ! ! ! the final bill was only $185 - Out The Door !!

Came in to see if they would sell me materials for tinting headlights!! They were quick and helpful and made the buying process easy. I ve been in the auto body industry for 3 years now and will definitely come back if I ever need more tint work done! Highly recommend.

Quality people do quality work at Quality Tinting. I got 30% all around, and the tint turned out really good, all thanks to Josh. The ceramic tint helps with heat rejection as the heat is more bearable in my dark colored car. All the staff there are there to help and serve you. I wasn t sure what % tint to get, but Jenny helped out with the selection process and even used a tint meter to measure my partner s car which gave me a better idea of what % to go with. Taylor and Micaela were there to help me with any questions all throughout. Steven who s another tint specialist there and Josh addressed my concerns with a kind attitude. All the staff are friendly, kind, and professional. If you re in the SLO area don t miss out on Quality Tinting!

We use Quality for ALL our fleet and personal vehicles. We ve also had them print up yard signs and other marketing materials for us. Staff is amazing and their work/services are above and beyond every time. Hands down the best place to learn skills in the automotive industry. I went to Quality, more specifically the Tintstitute, to learn through practice and in theory. Communication, professionalism, and hospitality are the words I can use to describe my experience. I will definitely be returning to expand my knowledge and learn everything I can from the team.

I got my tint done back in September of 2023 on my Mazda 3, and it still looks great! Through all the hot/cold weather and the rain, it still appears brand new. As someone who really didn't know a lot about my options, I got exactly what I wanted and was treated with patience during the whole process. Vanessa really helped me out and made sure my whole experience was top tier. Thank you!

I recommend adding the word SUPERIOR to the Quality Tinting name. Excellent workmanship, attention to detail, and customer service. They were just as attentive to my small job as to the much larger projects in the shop. I brought my own decal which they had to modify to fit my car, and it looks great! The shop is clean and well organized with extensive options for any vehicle.

We just had Quality install tint to our living room windows to cut down on the glare and to provide additional privacy. All we can say is wow and why did we wait so long to do this? The folks at Quality are so awesome. From Micaela the sales rep to Ty the installation technician everyone was very professional and top notch. Couldn t be more pleased with them. Recommended them highly.

Got my windows tinted here a few years ago and they had great customer service. My car still stays so much cooler, and my interior has all but stopped fading. They were happy to tint glass that was not yet installed on the car, which meant that my tint would have NO GAPS around the edge, since it's an older car with no black matrix around the edges of the windows. (See before and after photos) Another friend just got their windows tinted here too and it came out perfect. I always recommend friends come here and will come back when it's time to tint my other cars' windows.

Customer Service is TOP NOTCH. I'd definitely go here again and I definitely recommend to others.All the things I appreciate about this place.- Ease of making appointment and communication- Ease of check-in and confirmation of work and subsequent communication- Comfort of chair while waiting(also I m a sucker for popcorn and it s good there)- Communication of payment options- They had the best balance of detail and options without feeling like you were being upsold.- I was also check-in just the right amount of times as I waited for the services to complete.What makes them go above and beyond- I was offered a treat from the coffe/cafe across the street- They through in the tint on windows where there's no gap on the edgeSome other noticing, I walked in just a little ahead of my appointment and got to see their team huddle. Being a project manager myself, this was awesome to see - organization for the day and clarity of goals.The work itself looks great to me having it just done! if I don t amend my review, then you know that I have no qualms about the qualityGreat place and when I need more tinting, this will be the first place I call.

I've had tinting, powder coating, vinyl wraps and ceramic coating done on my 2021 Tesla M3 and my 2018 Audi S7. They did excellent work and went out of the way to accommodate my requests.

This place was awesome! I was driving by and saw a 20% off tinting sign which caught my attention so I stopped in. Jimmy was super helpful and knowledgeable about all the tinting options and helped me pick what was right for me. Not only did they install the tint while I was waiting I got a complimentary pizza, popcorn and water! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting tint and great customer service

First off I know people don t wanna read a giant review make it quick and easy there is no other window tinting place that you want to go to Quality tint is the BEST and ONLY place to go! They go above and beyond every time! Now for my story This is my third car and my fifth time here and every time I come the experience keeps getting better even when I got there wasn t a way. The entire staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable! They always explain the process so that you understand exactly what s gonna happen and how it works. For this car I got the windows tinted as well as my tail lights and side blinkers they came out perfect as always. Thank you all the people who work a Quality for their hard work a support!! I will be back again soon for the next stage! Update 12/12/2022 back again for the front darken this place is amazing such good customer service so welcoming and friendly! They explain the info you need is terms anyone can understand! They do the job right with expert precision pleas come check this place out they do it all here wraps and paint protection! This was a great choice for having the tint installed on my Charger. I knew they would do a good job since I have seen their work before. Was looking for a place to remove some old vinyl decals on my Toyota truck. I called Quality based upon their reviews. I talked to Jimmy who got me all squared away to bring in the truck. Jimmy and his staff kept me apprised of what was going on. The finished work was excellent and they addressed any concerns I had. Very customer oriented business, and I will remember them the next time I need work done.
