Had an excellent service experience. Andrew was professional, courteous and helpful. He noticed the car had two recalls and ordered all the parts necessary.If you need a SMOG inspection done, the Nissan dealership beside the Porsche dealership will be able to do it. Very convenient.

After driving a Range Rover for 7 years I was ready for a change and very happy to finally have a Porsche dealership right in our town! Their facility is beautiful and state of the art. The joy of building my own Macan GTS was so cool and so realistic on their computer program. Our salesman Chris is a Porsche expert and his knowledge was an enormous help. I want to thank their team including Ryan and Chelsea and the service department for their excellent service. They took very good care of me and I am happy with the final outcome.

I purchased my Macan S from Katie. She was brilliant all the way around. Helped me sort out a problem with deposit at another dealer. Was very patient with me and worked hard to find the car I was looking for. We found it in Woodland Hills and she got it to SLO in a couple days. The follow up on various little things has been great. She is friendly, professional and courteous at all times. Chelsea in the service department is also great. Of course with the new technology I needed help and guidance and she really knows her stuff. She helped me set everything the way I wanted it and fixed things I didn t understand or like. Highly recommend both these ladies. If you re in the market for a Porsche see Katie!

Customer service is great! Katie was awesome to work with and she made me and the wife feel right at home. They even had Diet Coke which was a huge plus for the wife! Overall, great experience. I will buy from them again. Even threw in a bottle of wine and wine tasting for four at a local winery!

I have purchased literaly dozens of vehicles in my 56 years on the road and have a wide assortment of experiences at car dealerships. The sales staff Kate, Chris and Darren the General Manager were nothing short of fantastic to work with. They were polite, relaxed and very helpful. In all my years of car buying I can honestly say buying buying a car at Porsche SLO was the very best.+

Just purchased a Spyder at Porsche of San Luis Obispo..And Let me tell you these guys are TOP Notch !!My experience dealing With Ryan GM and Norman sales ambassador has been nothing but exceptional !! Chris at Finance was super helpful and professional as well !!Love these guys and recommend every potential porche buyer toCall them up before any other dealership in the nation !!

TL;DR: Before buying a pre-owned car here, get it inspected by an independent shop.**Caveat emptor**A while ago I wanted to purchase one of the CPO vehicles in stock, but needed to clarify a few doubts:- why wasn't any maintenance performed (or if performed not reported) for over a year? - how come the last history of oil change was 15k miles ago? - would it be acceptable for CPO vehicles to have open recalls? - could a CPO vehicle have tires with less than 50% tread left? - is it normal for a CPO vehicle to have the original brake fluid and pads (5y and 40k+ miles)? After calling to ask those questions, a team member reached out to me and agreed to follow up on my doubts. The team member was honest and indicated that the vehicle was newly arrived - and perhaps there was some oversight in assigning it a CPO; the inspection was not yet complete.While I understand that an oversight in "adding" CPO to the vehicle tag is a price-gauge-and-marketing exclamation, this is a malpractice to attract potential buyers and hurts the trust I'd otherwise put on this dealership.Sidenote on CPO: "All work has been performed by Porsche trained technicians and only Genuine Porsche parts have been used" - unless the prior owner was a trained technician performing all its repairs and just neglected to report to Carfax, the car shouldn't qualify as CPO. I'm concerned that other vehicles assigned as "Porsche Approved (Certified Pre-Owned) are not in fact tested. Or it could be that no work was performed on the car, hence the CPO

If you live out of state, dont bother wasting your time buying a car from these guys. They got no clue what they're doing. I purchased my car on 9/27/23. took them 14 days to register the title with DMV. FOURTEEN DAYS! took them 4 days to file even after I started asking them about it. Of course they shift the blame on the department that's supposed to handle it, but as far as I'm concerned, you're all ONE ENTITY.For some reason, they don't think having a title is urgent. Unfortunately, in order to register in MA, they require a copy of the title which I've been telling them for 8 days now. this is my 3rd out of state vehicle purchase and the only one who can't figure this damn thing out. FAIL TO INFINITYIn response to their response: Ive wasted enough time with the people at your dealership. How about utilizing your time to fix the situation rather than waste both of our times chatting?

Ryan (general manager) is incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. He was cussing at us over the phone and just treating us as if he s better than us. I would not recommend going here because of him.

I'm a Taycan owner from San Diego. While vacationing in Pismo, I popped by this dealership to juice up. Shout out to Chris who went out of his way to make sure I was hooked up. He was very pleasant and made me feel welcome. It's people like him that make a business shine. I bet his Mom is proud of such a nice young man :)

Early this morning my Cayenne developed problems requiring me to drive directly to the dealership and drop off the car so they could sort it out first thing Monday morning. With only a skeleton crew on sight on an early Sunday morning, Emile and Ryan, the General Manager, moved mountains, saved the day and sent me on my way with a loaner (BTW - the new Taycan is awesome) so I could get back home. Extraordinary customer service. These guys and this dealership are a blessing to the SLO Porsche community. Thank you!!!

Good experience so far. Please keep up.Has been a Porsche fan since well... I got my first Boxster, very happy to see a local Porsche dealership. Was a little worried since it is from the same group behind Coast nissan and BMW SLO. And I did not have good experience with the Coast Nissan many years ago when I was driving the 350z.Went in the first day it opened, and either the owner or the general manager showed me around. They are very nice and gave me a detailed tour. It is a very nice dealership, not very big but very well decorated and feels personal.This month I came in with the Wife (walk-in) looking for a Macan or Cayenne and test drove both. Again the experience was great. They tried their best to find us a car but we are just tough customers lol. We have very specific requirements (Macan/Cayenne with 3.0L or higher + Full leather interior + ACC that is 2019+ and less than 70k price). Unfortunately later we found our specific car (A CPO 2020 macan turbo) with unbeatable price in a LA dealership so I am a bit sad that I wasn't able to work with our local business.What's intersting is that there is no follow up call, a good thing in my book since I don't like those, but I guess for some other folks a follow up call might be nice. Another suggestion would be to train all staff more about cars in general. Porsche customers have a much higher chance being a car enthusiast, so they probably do care about stuff like Macan having PDK and Cayenne don't and what magic Porsche did to an Audi SQ5 to make it a Macan. Since we were a walk-in and they are short handed, we are handled by someone that don't normally sell cars. They were trying their best, probably beyond a salesperson from another brand could. But I think I still wanted more from a Porsche dealership.This week I came in to do a recall on my Boxster, Andrew took care of me and he was great. Andrew was obviously knowledgeable, set the right expectation, got everything done in 1.5 hours and we had a great chat.

The experience I had with Porsche San Luis Obispo was fantastic! I purchased a vehicle and had to have it shipped out of state, PSLO helped me with everything I needed to get the car safely from point A to point B. The professionalism of the members of this team were top notch! Thanks Chris for all your help!
